ease from euro star and parks
close to Disney. a lot of activities for children. various food menu. plates in restaurant were washed too bad, there are few staff in restaurant, so nobody cleaned the tables during the meal. the stairs in the doubledecked beds were too dangerous, not convenient even for adults.
Rooms is very cleans . Breakfast is excellent . The Hotel is very nice but it has only one problem and it's the internet because it's not free and they charge 6 EUR for 3 hour and there is only one computer to use.
Being picked up by a shuttle to Disney Park. The service in the snack bar was very good and staff friendly. We were disappointed at the welcome reception was very poor and not friendly at all.
the service, staff were extremely lovely and helpful
the close proximity to disneyland and the easy connection.
Designed especially for the kids. Our daughter liked the room and the environment. Travelling to Disney village was very easy. We never waited for more than 5 mins for the shuttle. large rooms and large beds. There were very few personnel at the reception. for the 3 days we stayed, there was always a long queue. The breakfast could have more variety. There was a moisture smell in our room.
The shuttle service was excellent. With the exception of our initial contact w/ two members of the staff we felt the rest of the employees were couteous and helpful. Although we didn't really use them, the gardens were lovely the pool and the whirpool were very cold. They were also poorly located. I did not like being charged for a pool towel or locker. We arrived during the train strike and were a bit frazzled to say the least. When asking the conceriege for help and information, we were a bit put off by his lack of help.
The family friendly atmosphere was most appealing. The children loved having the bunk beds and the pool was great as well.
nice, clean rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast.
The location, and the size of the rooms -the cue at the breakfast and dinner ..... -the price of Booking.com was less expensive, but without dinner ....
The service was friendly, special thanks to Mr. Johann at the reception. Room was big enough and clean. Shuttle bus to the parks was excellent and easy to use. Room was quiet as we wished and also our wish to get two separate beds (for mother and 16 year old son) was fullfilled. It would be nice if there were a fridge in every room. We would have preferred a wider choice of restaurant facilities (á la carte); buffet every evening and snacks only daytime were not enough, although the buffet was very good. My son got coffee on his new shirt in the breakfast room because one waiter pushed him by mistake but we could not get any help (no laundry service nor washing powder) to clean it.
very clean and comfortable. staff were very helpfull, and spoke good english
Good value for the room price Restaurant very expensive with limited quality
Clean room, near DisneyPark, shuttle Room didn't have night lock and air vent was quite noisy
The hotel is located a few minutes drive from DisneyLand and there shuttles were frequently coming. You have to pay the hotel immediately for any room service or at the restaurant, you cannot pay them upon check-out.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Magic Circus Hotel for making our stay special. We, in particular, enjoyed having cartoon characters around during breakfast and the child-friendly atmosphere that you have created in the hotel. Our kids had a fantastic time and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was equally good. We will certainly return. I think that we would have preferred clean bed sheets at least by the third day stay of our stay. They were never changed during our 5 day stay. The room was smaller than on pictures displayed on the website. For a family of 4 it was a bit cramped.
Staff , Comfort, Quietness in room, Ease of getting to Parks. Though the items were there for making drinks, there was no kettle! Ther was a large attractive lamp in the corner, but no bulbs in it ! Small things, but they should have been ok. I was going to fill in the guest info card but the last guests one was still there uncollected.
Very easy to get around with all the shuttles/busses offered. Was able to access Disney Village, the train station, and the shopping center whenever we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My kids love the bunk beds!
disneyland food ,
Very careful staff, calm atmosphere in hotel, good for rest and sleep, beautiful nature, wonderful breakfast nothing
the view of the golf play ground the cleaning staff they are not up to the standard
Nothing at all Check in time: 45 mins (Trainee without a clue, no supervising manager available) Wanted to upgrade to Suite, SAS wanted to charge the difference between discounted price and list price. Rooms were dirty. They sell standard rooms as family rooms for a higher fee, all rooms in the hotel have the same size. Staying in hotels around 50 to 70 days per year, this was the worst experience ever.
Everything for the price we payed. Room was big, and clean. Nice LCD tv, big bathroom...Hotel is 10 min withe the free shuttle bus to the disneyland park.
Room was conforable The spa/swimming pool was closed. The hotel was chosen expressely because of spa/swimming pool facilities. The closing was not communicated at booking. If I knew in advance I would not book that hotel.
The decoration and comfort of the room, the golf course nearby, the quality of the breakfast and the foyer/bar area Unfortunately none of the maps of the Disneyland area show this hotel, neither do the street signs so it can be challenging to find if coming from the train station.
the bus shuttle to EuroDisney, as well as the room was spacious. the breakfast is also rich and tasty. Service of the room. the do not afford slippers and bath ropes. another, they do not have a shuttle to the val d europe. the mattress need to be changes as well .
Free Internet Service! The bus service between the hotel & Disney parks was not every 5 or 15 minutes as I was told over the phone by the hotel staff prior to arriving. It was every hour or more! The hotel's restaurant closes early! There were not adequate play activities for the kids.
Location, Staff are wonderful, clean rooms, staff are more than excellent, Buses to disney were on time and clean
The room was nice, the staff ok Took more than 30 mins to check out, missed Cups in the room after first day
Very nice view from the room , near from disney land If you miss the last bus from disney land you have to take a taxi , they dont know that the people want to have dinner in the disney village because theres no other restaurants in the area , after the park closed of 15 mins its the time of last bus it should be after an hour , but thanks it was a great hotel.
Size of the room the comfortable bed The garden totally burn by the sun. You have then an view on a desert Window not clean at all Dirty curtain the breakfast :pancake are cold, fruit taste not good
Have a problem with this hotel and reservation please call me at 973-301-1420 tx Frank White
Starting with Check-in we had a wonderful stay! The front desk was friendly and spoke English fluently. We had a Jr. Suite on the 1st floor (the 2nd floor if you're American). We were so impressed with the room! A toilet and shower right when you walk in, with a kitchenette off the side. It had a fridge, stove top, microwave, sink, dish washer, tea kettle, coffee maker and all the untensils, plates, etc. that you'd need. They also had a little welcome tray with two water bottles and some tea and coffee. Past the kitchen was a living room with a pull out sofa couch, coffee table, small dining table, desk, TV and closet. There was also a balcony off the sitting room. Past the sitting room was the master suite with sliding pocket doors, and two twin size beds, TV, another closet and then the master bathroom with tub, large sink and toilet. Everything in the room was clean, and fresh and new. We were completely satisfied. We also only used the spa facilities once but loved it! It was a lot of furniture for a small space, so having more than two bodies might have felt crowded, but it worked perfectly for the two of us. The Jacuzzi at the spa wasn't very hot.
Locition Bad rooms, and discomfort in the room service, the time of entry at four in the evening, too late
Proximity to Disneyland was very good. Shuttles were great, never waited more than 5 minutes, and ride was 4 minutes to front gate I have had better breakfast
Close to rer station and town centre Hotel is incomplete. No spa facility yet available on site. No local or even hotel information in room. Wifi enabled but no computer or printing possible in lobby. Minimal to non existent tourist information available from reception staff. Kitchenette doesn't provide basic detergent for machine
Close to Disneyland Paris, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very friendly staff Overall breakfast was just ok.
The location of the hotel is one of the best feature. Shopping centers is 5min walk and Disney land is very near about 10 min using rer trains The staff was rude and not very cooperative. The picture on the website is completely different that reality
It was a shame that we had to be moved from our first room to a new room as we had no cold water, but the hotel staff were friendly. The advertised free wifi was disappointing as the firewall stopped us using the wifi .... we couldnt book tickets for the LIDO wifi, noise
Newness of hotel, decor of public area, location, rate and mini kitchen in room. Good use of space in room. a lot of potential as a good hotel for the area. The fact that it's so new. Room smelled of construction dust, headboard still had masking tape, no tea/coffee service and other amenities that should come with a mini kitchen, nice looking but flimsy furniture and twin beds that won't stay together (I fell in the crack, yay!). Apathetic staff and bad breakfast (cheap quality). No information about the area or minibar available in room.
Staff unfriendly, unhelpful. Bar closes at 11pm even to residents. No coat hangers in room coffee machine did not work.Expensive for what it offers.
Exellent hotel for visiting Dysney Park, for families with children - the bus stops right in front of the hotel. It”s 30 minutes driveing to Paris, and minutes walking to a big Mall and Outlet Village. The hotel is clean with a big bathroom . I enjoyed staying at this hotel and woudd certainly recomend it.
Staff was helpful, especially Magdalena a Polish receptionist who was very nice. The hotel is next to a very big mall that is open 7 days a week, something very rear in Paris. Sea life exhibition there is very nice for kids. The bus for Disney stops in front of hotel and the new town of Val d'Europe was interesting to me, I would like to find out more about it from a real estate point of view. The blankets were old and worn out, I believe that if they changed the blankets the rest would be o.k.
The Hotel is in a great location beside shopping centre and the regular shuttle service to Eurodisney was excellent.
Size of the room and access to Paris No tea or coffe making facility and more storage for clothes i.e. hangers
Great location with super close access to trains (RER access directly across street) and shuttle bus service to Disney parks. Rooms are very clean, contemporary, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet selection is expansive with options for anyone from around the world. ,Only negative is wait time and crowded shuttle bus returns at close of day from Disneyland
room good and near shooping centre.. the prature for the water in the tolite is very bad
Location. Near shopping mall, resturant and with shuttle stop which goes directly to Disneyland Poor breakfast in compared to its price. No iron in the room.
CLose to train station. Close to Shopping center and outlet. And frequent free shuttle bus to Disney land which take only 10 mins
good location only bed was so bad . and service was so poor. brack fast was poor too.
Large comfortable family rooms. Easy access to Disneyland Paris via shuttle bus and RER train. Across the street from Val D'Europ shopping center. Complimentary early access to Disney Park before general admission (Magic Hours).
Exellent place near Disneyland. Free and easy connection by bus 50 to Marne la Vallee Disneyland. There you can get tgv train to airport cdg. Near hotel very big shopping centre to by what ever you need and good restaurants. Near hotel local railwaystation, rer trains to Paris centre. So good hotel to do what most people want to do in Paris. No problems!
Clean room, comfortable, friendly staff, shuttle bus to Disneyland very useful, poor breakfast
This was a very good value hotel. The rooms are a little small for a family of four, but bearing how much time you actually spend in the room this wasn't a problem. Breakfast was very good, considering this was more of a 'budget' hotel than some of the others at Disney. The Free shuttle bus to Disney is useful. Staff were informative and pleasant which added to a great stay. One problem we had was that we was in a non smoking block, by request, but found that people would smoke outside the rooms which in turn set off the fire alarms twice in the middle of the night, scaring the kids somewhat as we had to evacuate on both occasions!
good and comfort facility compared to its price the reception, staffs are not organized, you should wait at least 10 minutes whatever you want to do
The hotel is okay apart from the airconditioning problem we had. The food was very poorly prepared. No better selection especially for the kids. The toys in the dining area was too much of a distraction to kids.
its quite close to disney with free shuttle buses running quite frequently The room was very very warm and hard to regulate the temperate, room was quite small for a family
evrything was clean and just as described served its purpose well
very clean and warm the coloured ladies cleaning the rooms could learn how to smile when th e kids said hello to them
The location is awesome! We drove in, parked at the hotel for free and took the free shuttle to the park. Basic breakfast, but more than we needed and the staff were wonderful. The wifi was weak, but that won't stop me from coming back!
Staff was very helpful, room was clean, location if the hotel and free transport to/from Disneyland was perfect. Not all staff spoke English very well, wireless internet not available in all rooms (signal marginal some floors, at least with my laptop).
Family environment, cleanliness, staff and their ability to speak English
The accommodation was better than I had expected, I would mark it 10 out of 10, could not fault it. There was a shuttle that ran daily to the Disney Parks at a cost of €2 pp, the trip took around 10 min. I would not recommend staying anywhere else if going to Eurodisney, we looked at the price and reviews of the Disney Hotels and were amazed how expensive it was, put 'disney' infront of any thing and the price doubles. The place was like home. To get from the parks back to the hotel in the evening we just called them and a taxi was sent out, which was a few euro's more than the bus. There is a small shop on site which sells general groceries but is expensive, we had no car so would recommend one to get to the local supermarket. We were told to get a No' 34 bus which ran to the street which the village was located, the bus driver did not speak a word of english, it did not stop at all stops, we did not know where we were supposed to get off, so we ended up at the bus depot next to the shopping area. We called the hotel who sent out a taxi for us which arrived within 10 mins, I would recommend this method of getting to the hotel. In the evening the shuttle does not run which considering the parks do not close till late, should run later. The parks are expensive to eat, so would recommend like us you take a picnic.
It was a small villa with 2 bed room and all facilities and all kitchen equipment. Very good place for family. Very close to disneyland and outlet. You can buy Disney tickets from the resort. Excellent security.. Close to CDG airport. Check out at 10AM is very early. Far from Paris
Fantastically professional staff (Bar one) Amazing attention to detail by Hotel in local knowledge. Wonderful accomodation The staff member in the Bar failed to pick up the phone in 20 minutes of calling despite reception going over twice.
It was very spacious, homey and very well equipped. There are also plentiful parking spaces for everyone. The check-out time was at 10 O'clock and we were not informed until 10 O'clock, and the staff were not helpful.
- Clean the room - Required gulfe car to transport guests from the maine hotel entrance to the hall reception - need ( WI - FI ) internet free for guests - need room service
the whole stay wa like a dream. the house was very big and the the hotel was very peaceful the rooms were cold
Facilities, fully equipped kitchen, laundry machines inside each of the townhouse and availability of foodstuff for cooking at "marketplace" inside the resort. The wifi service inside the accomodation should be free for the guest, EUR 10 per day per machine is too expensive (i,e.unreasonable). A family with 3 children who have one notebook each will have to pay EUR 30 / day. This wifi are available for free at many other hotels. The Mobile reception at the resort also very poor.
An excellent hotel, very clean and tidy and child friendly There was no porter
The location - very close to Euro Disney. Train station into Paris easy access.
curtains where mesh like, in other words everyone can see you in your room with your lights on ! If you like this book the groundfloor! sofabed is no option for a good night rest.
Nice family hotel close to Disneland Receptionist very slow and in some ocassions not very helpful, answering phone calls while dealing with customers...bit rude
We got upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival. The room was very nicely laid out with a comfortable, large bed! It can be a challenge to find a decent sized bed in France. nothing
Close to Disneyland Paris / 2 distinct rooms + 2 bathrooms great to accomodate a family of 5 / breakfast offered quite a variety of items (contrary to critics found in your guest reviews). The baby cot had not been prepared when we arrived, contrary to our request. But the staff quickly provided us with a baby cot (that we put up ourselves).
I thought the suites were very well designed and felt very much like home. The main reason was to head to Disneyland Paris but they had a mini bus which only seated 8 which meant a long wait. A bus which you could either book 30 min in advance or a bigger bus would be recommended.
Quiet setting. Perfect to have the hotelroom so close to the driving range and hole 1! Nice course. Restaurant was open on evening of arrival. We missed a sun-shade parasol on the terras. Batteries quality and number of channels was minimal.
rooms are spacious and comfortable.breakfast is good value for money. not enough light/lamps in the rooms. towels are very thin.
We wanted to be close to Disney, but we wanted somewhere nice to stay and it was very important to us that the duplex was clean and comfortable with having a young family. On the second night we stayed there there was an awful smell in the duplext (we did have an apartment with a kitchen in it).The smell clung to your clothes and the bedding, i think who ever had stayed in the room before us had cooked a fryed meal. But that was all that was off putting, the staff were really helpfull and friendly and the setting is beautiful, the room was ideal for us with a young family. It was close to Disney, but also a relaxing retreat away from it.
The location was quiet, restful and a close drive to CSG airport the following day. The only disappointment was the dinner at the restaurant. We found the serving staff to be very inexperienced (were they in training in September?) and the meal was not memorable.
The surroundings - countryside, quiet, beauty. The staff was very friendly. We could here something from below us (either washing machine or dryer), and also, running water. We stayed four nights, and they did not change the towels even though it was obvious they were not to be used again. Also, the light over the stove was out and so the sink/cooking area was very dark.
Self catering, clean, proximity to Disneyland Paris and countryside, tennis courts and pool freely available, very helpful staff. For self catering appartment for 6 only had 2 rings and microwave no real oven. For us as family of 5 it felt that the self catering part was maybe only for breakfast as not really able to cook full dinners easily for 5 with facilities available.
Nothing Our first room we received was dirty with old towels and bed unmade from previous guest, then our second room, was dirty but livable, so we stayed without complaint. Rooms looked very unkept with the bathroom being noticably filthy. This could be a fantastic hotel with a little more upkeep of the facilities.
Very beautiful environment and nice authenthic setting. People smoking in the morning very close to the breakfast room
The hotel was excellent - the staff were very polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious and made perfect accommodation for our family of four. An easy 20 minute drive to Disneyland. The fact that the hotel had a pool was a bonus for our children. We would certainly recommend this quiet hotel and may well come back for the golf!
Staff was kind and polite, dinner and breackfats were very good. The sleeping room was correctly warm.
It was only one night In general, I do not like any of the Campanile hotels; I booked it because it was the nearest to where we had to be that weekend
Quiet area, close proximity to Disneyland which was purpose of our visit. Rooms are very tired looking, no hairdryer, uncomfortable pillows. Room was very hot when we arrived as heating had been left on full even though it was a warm evening. Mould in the bathroom, general low budget look and not what we have experienced when staying at a Campanile in France or the uk before. Was relatively expensive as similar type of hotel next door was offering rooms at 35 Euros.
The location is perfect for Paris and for Disneyland. Room keys fit all rooms!!
Booked quadruple room. Upon arrival it had changed to two doubles for us and our two kids. Next stay (one week later), there was no hot water, although they did give us a free breakfast to compensate.
It has a convenient location to Charles De Gaulle airport. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
simple but clean, comfortable
The location at a bend in the Marne River was perfect for walks in the center of Meaux. The staff at the hotel were very helpful with restaurant suggestions. Parking was easy, in the underground hotel garage. There were no electrical outlets in the room or bath. I could not use my hairdryer, so wet hair was a decided disadvantage.
Staff were courteous. Linens crisp and clean. Hotel is very basic, not much else to comment on. Did not have spare toilet paper, soap in the room on any day of our stay and as such we had to seek out the staff late at night when returned to the hotel for appropriate supplies. Asked for non-smoking room, but room still smelled of smoke.
Minor point, but no rubbish bin in the room. The breakfast buffet ran out of food on two of the three days we were there.
Proximity to train station and Eurodisney Parking and size of room
Clean basic hotel room with few amenities but well placed on the bend of the Marne and with ready access to backdoor Charles de Gaulle (if one has a GPS or knows the complicated set of routes to get there) in about 45 minutes..thus avoiding the frequent snarls of the A routes. The hotel appears to be in transition to a new owner As in previous reviews the lack of electrical outlets in the rooms are a problem as well as a slow drain sink pointed up previously. The shower bath worked well with instant hot water however.
The Restaurant serves a wonderful selection of food, well presented, good service and has an excellent wine selection with the range of cheeses a staggering 120 varieties which changes frequently. A little remote if you arenot travelling by car.
nothing to find in good thing. nothing.
A charming traditional hotel set in a beutiful village. We went as a family to go to Eurodisney and it is a pleasant contrast to the very modern surroundings. The room (sleeps 4) was a little dated but large and comfortable enough. There were two restaurants attached; the Italian was affordable but the French was out of our league. Breakfast (10 euros each) was a little steep compared to Paris. Fortunately we had the car, as he bus service was infrequent and hardly worth running. The nearby village had shops and take aways. Euro Disney was about a 15 minute drive. Overall, we are glad we stayed there. Parking - car park closed due to work on the hotel but 2 vans in a large space. The Pizza restaurant was closed one night and closed quite early in the evening.
The view and the village chef and nightstaff were very helpful nice people top men Cold water maintenance works all barstaff had their own prices on the same drinks
restaurant and old-time atmosphere maybe smell
Saturday night had a good compliment of staff and they served an excellent champagne with dinner and great pizza for my son Very much in need of total renovation which was underway. Very poor staff compliment other than on Saturday night. We had to leave very early Sunday morning and no staff seemed able or prepared to provide me with my bill!
Hotel being refurbished, corridors dark and dirty. Poor compared to when we stayed there last year.
I did not rate anything about the hotel
staff were friendly and was a good location to visit paris and Eurodisney The Hotel on the whole represented value for money considering its location, but the breakfast was rather basic - i.e just bread rolls and cereals and the decor of the interior was rather shabby
Personnel Noise from the roads and improper ventilation in the room.
Breakfast was very good, staff very helpful Room was very small
Tea and Coffee facilities breakfast - was expensive, very little food - no baguettes, tea, few crossiants - had to keep having to ask for some food to eat although it was a help yourself buffet. We also didn't get the room that we booked, when we arrived we had to have two rooms - which although they gave us for the same price it was inconvwenient with two small children.
Easy access to the airport and to Disney.
Staff quite friendly. Breakfast good. Lack of hot water
The rooms were very quiet, which was appreciated. The breakfast was very good. The dinner (vegetable lasagne, made with aubergine) was not good at all. Three of us ordered it and none of us enjoyed it. On the other hand, the waitress was very good to us, despite that she had an entire soccer team to serve at the same time.
The breakfast is expensive.
calm, nice rooms l'employé de l'accueil
We had stayed in this hotel before and found it clean and pleasant. This stay the room was not very clean. Location, road works from Disneyland Park blocking off Meaux with no diversion signs. Took nearly an hour from Disney to the Hotel when it should have taken about 20 minutes.
The hotel was very basic and the breakfast was very poor for the price paid.
That the hotel is close to Paris We arrived very late approx. 3 am - the night porter could only speak french however ours was not good enough. Fire alarm at 4.45 in the night - everybody was awake however no information was given what to do. It was a false alarm. Additionally we went to breakfast at 9.15 unfortunately the breakfast buffet was more than empty -however we were fully charged for it. No excuse - no sorry - it was a short stay but we will not forget this "special event" We were travelling with three children who - just fel asleep were awake again at 4.45...
Breakfast perfectly fine! Room fine too! Location not great...
I liked the convenient location for a through traveller, the friendly staff and the wide dinner menu choice. Nothing
More than adequate for a night's stay on the way to the port from a camping holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. -
It was near where I was attending - but the hotel itself was forgettable. 9 euros for breakfast - for me a cup of coffee and a piece of toast - too expensive.
It was an easy and cheap place to stay for the event I was attending close by.
Outstanding help at the front desk to confirm our plane reservation and give us directions. Room was in poor condition, especially the bathroom. Mildew on tile grout, not perfectly clean, smashed hole in bathroom door, baseboard in bedroom area across from bathroom was eroding. (room # 11)
Its location. We found it hard to get to because I did not lookout for a suitable map, but we had a very easy run to the motorway in the morning. I would choose the steak rather than the fish.
Everything fine in room, restuarant etc Quite easy to miss the sign and the turning when coming out of Meaux
Large room with kitchen was nice The second bed was a folded bed. Which meant it didn't really provide a decent place to sleep. It's a good room for 2 adults + 2 kids, not for 4 adults.
Very clean, easy self check in, staff were very helpful spoke English, allowed us to leave our bags in reception on day of departure, close to the rer station and supermarket (5 minutes walk), lots of storage space in the room. Cooking facilities were fine, thought they might have 'thrown in' a dishcloth and some washing up liquid as we were bound to need these for a 4 night stay. All tv channels in French as you would expect in France, from previous reviews lead to believe there would be a dvd player but nothing in our room, no big problem but if you have two young children you are tied to your room a bit.
Excellent location, nearby Disneyland and Shopping Village
It's location. The beds were extremely creaky and the carpet in the bedroom was not very clean.
Location, good with excellent rail rink to Disneyland which takes approx. 5 mins.
Close to Disneyland The kitchen wasnt very well equipped at all, no kettle, cereal bowls and a very limited amount of utensils. No plug in the bath! The receptionist wasnt very helpful or knowledgeable of the area.
Location and independence Nothing
Met our basic requirements It was sometimes noisy due to other guests; hot water heater in the bedroom cupboard is not a good idea as it switches on and off during the night and makes a noise as it heats the water. It would have been good if the kitchen were equipped with bowls for soup and cereals. It shouldn't really be called a hotel - it seems that it is a residence improvised out of office space or appartments that couldn't be used for their intended purpose. Breakfast offered is supplied by the "Galloping Gourmet" and is overpriced
Whole stay N/a
Convenience in relation to travelling to and from Disneyland Paris
