Pros: The owners were very nice and very detailed oriented, the breakfast exceded our expectations.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was lovely. Place was well kept and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Given a third floor room with steep stairs. Out of breath even tho owner carried my luggage. I had to carry it down. Also breakfast was a croque Mouseiur with maple syrup. Not good for a diabetic. When I refused it I was admonished that I should have let them know the day before. How was I to know it wasn’t a simple buffet. If they knew what they were cooking they could have asked me.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was one of the most wonderful places we've ever stayed! The hosts were fantastic, the room and inn just gorgeous, and the breakfast delicious. We were on our way to pick up our boys from camp the next morning, and this was a perfect stop-over for the night and morning. Thank you! We hope to be back again!

Pros: We were very pleased with the connecting rooms. The sheets were amazing and the decorating was coordinated and tasteful. The breakfast was more than generous.
Cons: We stayed in a French-speaking area and the hosts didn't seem that fluent in English, but we were able to communicate. That was okay, but we wished we could have talked more with them.

Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: By far, the hosts are the best part of this establishment. Friendly and sweet is the couple that runs this b&b.
Cons: The room layout was bizarre having to share the shower and a closet for a bathroom. I believe a T.V would have been appropriate in the room. I don’t have much experience with B&B, but the fact that you could hear the other visitors was off putting to me.

6.3 Good
Pros: The place is located in a very pleasant setting, with nice bungalows bordering a lake.
Cons: A wedding took place the evening and night we stayed : the staff was running around like mad, the wedding guests noisily wandered around the property in the middle of the night, disturbing the sleepers and littering the place with half empty bottles of alcohol and snacks packaging. When I complain to reception the next day, the only response was :”Ok, these must be the wedding guests, thanks for advising us, we’ll send the maintenance team. A little short in my opinion.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and activities
Cons: Air conditioning was rather noisy and dated
8.8 Excellent
Pros: There are a lot of activities in place, beach, pools, small splash pad for kids, beach volleyball, mini golf, pedal boats, kayaks, etc. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Cons: Their choice of food is very limited. There's basically no lunch served there. Lunch is only available at the little kiosk by the outdoor swimming pool, and there are only very few choices.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent. Everything was perfect for sure we will come back next year.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like. We only thought that the dinner was expensive, so we didn't try it. If it had some affordable plates, we would eat there.
7.0 Good
Pros: The restaurant food was excellent, beach was nice also
Cons: I have reserved a studio with a hot tub ,when we got to the room we didn't have a hot tub. So we went back at the customer service desk they told me that all the rooms were call a studio that there was no hot tub that there was a therapeutic bath ( they should mark this cause a therapeutic bath is not a hot tub) but we have choose to stay there because of the hot tub. We got there Saturday late afternoon we decided to book a massage we booked for Monday at 11 am cause we were leaving @ 12PM. When we got there we saw that there was hot tub 3 of them . So why did the personal at the customer didn't tell us that there was some at the back with the spa.we would have pay for the extra charge. Very disappointed with customer service!

Pros: Location. The woman at check in was very nice, too bad there's no staff to complain to when you need them and no way to get in touch with anyone from the hotel.
Cons: Room was very hot, there's a portable Air conditioner in the room but it's not hooked up (no hose for AC and the vent is closed). No fan, no way of cooling down the room other than opening the screen door. There was no hot water, hotel staff told us to wait 30 mins, hot water never came on. The whole reason we had booked this hotel was to get a good night's sleep. The people above us were moving furniture at 1am and we could hear everything. Tried to call to make a complaint THERES NO STAFF TO REPORT ANYTHING TO AFTER MIDNIGHT. We ended up leaving at 2am and driving all the way back to Montreal because there was too much noise to sleep and no one to complain to. Waste of money. The whole point was to relax, just ended up being stressful.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean nice comfortable bed big room with enough amenities for a few days stay
Cons: The view and no space in closet as it was fun of cleaning products etc. Only one small dresser. Very limited storage place. Still was very nice and comfy room.

6.3 Good
Pros: Nice quiet central location. Relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable bed Great Shower and bath.
Cons: Old and tired place - badly in need of up date and TLC .Grass needed cut around the house. Only one electrical outlet in room. Table light was wired with tape! Room small and cramped. No A/C. No Facility for making coffee/tea. Sink in bedroom - none in bathroom. Very inconvenient No privacy possible in bathroom. Breakfast - no choice - not cooked - coffee cold. Staff a bit cold and distant - could have been language barrier. Hot tub not working. Pool very small

Cons: The light ribbon in the main room, where breakfast is served.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: No AC in the room I left the windows wide open in order to keep the old smell out of the room,it was advertised as hotel but it is bed and breakfast ,no name sign of the hotel ,exposed toilet and tub with a curtain no privacy.it is very old bishop/ non house.for the money I could find better.nice owners but the too tired ,problem adjusting the hot /cold water old piping .
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Hosts are very attentive and accommodating. They will go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. Breakfasts are good but the menu is the same from one visit to the next.
Cons: They have rooms that are rented out to long-term customers and those customers can make you feel like you are intruding into their space. Especially when they drop little comments to each other about how you are disrupting their comfort. We had reserved a specific room that we liked and found out a couple days before our trip that we got bumped for a long-term rental.

Pros: The Spa and solarium. The staff is very nice!
Cons: Standard room too small. Not enough staff at the bistro. The lady was alone at lunch time. We waited 45 minutes for our order. She did her best! Can't have a glass of wine at the fireplace and solarium
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Awesome location! Right in front of the river. Falling asleep with the sounds of nature was cool. Outdoor spa is pretty good with gorgeous scenery.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. My favourite part was the 2 hot pools and eucalyptus steam room.

Cons: -
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast, staffs were very kind , quiet and clean room, loved walk in the woods near the hotel.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was nice.
Cons: If we'd known how far this place was from a restaurant for dinner I wouldn't have picked it. We hadn't ordered the table d'hote beforehand and so had to take a taxi into town at a cost of $28 there and back for dinner. The roads are hilly and dangersous for bikers and walkers. The table d'hote should be offered to everyone at check in.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was nice
Cons: Reception
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, flexible timing of breakfast. Also, nice authentic feel to this building with real wooden floors, etc. Clean.
Cons: Somewhat noisy at night from cars on the road/hwy nearby. Next time I'd bring higher quality earplugs.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was awesome.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A quaint and cozy little B&B The owner was very friendly and most accomodating
Cons: We had to walk down a long corridor to get to the bathroom The room had two beds which I asked for and it was a bit cramped. The other rooms in the Auberge were lovely and had ensuite bathrooms but only one bed
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Auberge Bonne Nuit-Bonjour Bed & Breakfast in Sainte-Adele, you'll be in the mountains, within a 10-minute drive of Mont Saint-Sauveur and Polar Bear's Club. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was superbe. Homemade jams and preserves were a nice touch. Right off the highway and 5 mins from St. Sauveur was perfect. The hosts were very nice and parking was ample
Cons: No television in the room and the shower was small for a bigger fellow like myself. The pool and hot tub were off limits after 9pm which was a bit disappointing. These were not deal breakers but would have been nice to know before booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent loved it
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The entire experience was an extremely positive one, but the breakfasts were just so delicious. The plates were works of art, visually and to the palate! Sylvie is truly an artist in the kitchen! Filling but not heavy, healthy, with lots of fresh fruit as well as a hot portion which was a surprise each morning, and a small healthy dessert. The pool was lovely and refreshing, and towels for the pool were supplied. The whole property felt very private. We enjoyed good conversations at the table with the other guests and Sylvie. We would highly recommend this B and B!
Cons: Nothing! :)
7.0 Good
Pros: Amazing breakfast, in fact, 3 courses, all freshly made in the kitchen. Croissants exceptional and salad picked from the garden. Breakfast served in the solarium with a view onto the lovely garden.
Cons: For $125 one would expect a bathroom inside the room. We had a “private” bathroom opposite the room but the rate should be lowered to reflect this. Our friends had the same rate, bigger room, with a toilet and a bath in their room. Since most guests would be biking the petit train du nord, I would suggest a bike rack or shed behind the house that guests could use to lock up their bikes.

Pros: Amazing location and facilities. Must be beautiful under the snow AND during the summer. Great restaurant. Superb view.
Cons: I had to ask for bedsheets for the spare bedroom and do the bed myself. It said that the pool was under renovation... but it wasnt... unfortunately we hadnt brought swim suits
5.8 Okay
Pros: Really old hotel Needs updates The room was a 2km walk through gross carpeted hallways . Food in restaurant wasn’t good . Hotel walls a paper thin
7.0 Good
Pros: The room is nothing special. It was nice to sit outside on the grounds.
Cons: Breakfast not included.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Customer's service was excellent. They changed our room no problem.
Cons: We could hear the upstairs neighbors when they were talking. Almost heard what they said.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: for itself was good ... but the CUSTOMER SERVICE .... AWFUL!!!!!
Cons: · the response to customer service was the worst ever. I purposely booked this hotel for a ONE night stay during spring break. the day before arrival I called to I specifically asked if the pool was opened, cause my 12yr daughter was with us and another couple and being the only child I wanted her to have some fun swimming as she did not want to ski. Once we settled in my husband and daughter immediately head for the pool, they stayed a whole of 5 minutes. It was overpowered with chlorine, it was cold, the water was greenish and dirty. I went to the reception to see if it would be fixed shortly ... they answered in a few hours ... we went back in the evening still the same... we checked in the following morning still the same. Basically no pool!!! as I recounted my situation to the young lady at the reception and she offered no remedy or empaty... so I asked to be compensated in some way, she finally offered us breakfast ... which ended up being another awful experience. once seated at breakfast ... we were told that since we received breakfast complimentary of the house we were ONLY ALLOWED to a certain section of the buffet and if we wanted it we had to pay... WHO DOES THAT!!! The group who owns this hotel needs to update their customer service training!!!! WOW... AWFUL !!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very good I enjoyed too much a weekend off with my wife.
Cons: Price for breakfast is way too much. When you pay 200$ for 1 night!!!!! I found that they have to at least give you the continental breakfast in the price!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Staff is very professional , pleasant manner at arrival . take the time to provide you information about your stay .
Cons: I am not sure this is a negative point , but I had ordered a meal that I had before and was not the same . I was told that it changes all the time . But I guess it's ok . Just was expecting same as I had before there was more variety
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice outdoor pool and activity facilities
Cons: One of our two beds was very hard and uncomfortable, and the room was fairly small.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful. On arrival our room was not ready at 4 pm. We reserved rustic room and it was not what we expected. The heater in the room did not work we were up at 4 am frozen and hardly slept. We booked there to ski the next day but because of no sleep we did not go. The room was also not very clean. No way a four star ! The staff were nice to move us the next day to another room and upgraded us to a suite for the same cost. When my partner called we were told we would not be charged the first night but on check out were told we had to pay because it was booked through booking.com. If we had booked directly with hotel they could have done more for us. I have booked so many times through booking but will reconsider being told this.
Cons: Read above paragraph.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Most of the staff and the comfortable beds.
Cons: The pool was never cleaned. Always very dirty. Too many spider webs on the windows and rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, great location and good value.
Cons: Pool was packed, not enough lounge chair. Must be early enough to get a spot to relax.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff at the restaurant were awesome. Food was awesome. Room was super nice
Cons: Our tub didn't drain. Better coffee in room would have been nice.

Cons: Far from Tremblant village If not mistaken booking showed a whirlpool in the room however it was not what I booked, it could have been my fault however a bit misleading maybe...

Pros: Easy access from 117 Near the ski center
Cons: Bed is not comfortable at all at noisy Floor is not Solid Tv is small and image is low quality Rooms are not sound proof
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Price was very low, especially in comparison to the rest of the area. It's a clean little motel run by a sweet Asian family in a perfect spot. Close enough to the main areas while being just far enough for peace and quiet.
Cons: Nothing. Cute little place in a perfect location.

Cons: Floors were a little creaky.....could hear myself walking. Could hear the neighbour's floor faintly.

Pros: From the outside my first thought was we don’t have to stay here ... the inside was surprisingly newer and cleaner than I imagined. Good clean value.
9.5 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was excellent day, hotel staff is gentle and friendly. Nice place, clean room panoramic. Tks. Nizar.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was cozy quiet and the fireplace made it perfect
Cons: The spa was noisy and we had to go out to buy wood they did not have any available on site
6.3 Good
Pros: It has a great view with great amenities. Staff was very nice. Bed was comfy.
Cons: You had to bring your own firewood. Place had a funny smell, the bathtub didn't drain and had stains.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was beautiful. From our room, we had view on the lake. It was quiet. The staff was pleasant enough. It was a good stay.
Cons: The only reason I can't rate the hotel better on the cleanliness was because the hot tub that was in the room (that we had specifically selected because it had that Jets tub included) was really dirty. There were dead spiders in the bottom of it, left over hair from another person who stayed there. All around the tub, there was a ring of dirt that could have been easily removable had they just scrubbed a little. The rest of the room was fine.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The front desk person was courteous and helpful.
Cons: The website said they served meals but when we arrived we discovered that the kitchen was closed and no meals would be served. We were traveling by bicycle and needed to hire a taxi to take us five miles into the village for dinner and another taxi for return. The shower and toilet had a constant drip and water leak, causing noise and water waste. The air conditioner was not installed but was sitting in the middle of the room and inoperable. Light shades were missing, curtains didn’t fully cover the windows, double pane windows were clouded with condensation obscuring the view.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect spot and room was very clean
Cons: Internet
10.0 Excellent
Pros: hotel with private small lac without boats . Nice staff owner was present and made us feel very welcome . offered us wine and munchies in front a fire outside at night
Cons: not a major issue but hotel is situated close to the road where a lot of cars passby .
4.5 Okay
Pros: The hotel has potential. I was there a few years ago when the administration cared about it. It has great location and the smal lake makes it more cozy. I wanted a quiet place in the woods to rest and it seemed perfect but is too vlose to a very heavy used road and the engines noise spoiles the charm.
Cons: We were the only customers in the hotel. No breakfast, no coffee, no room service. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper after the second day. Nobody cleaned the room. The SPA outdide has too much chlorine, the pool wasn't cleaned, the weather got cold anyway.
5.0 Okay
Pros: We liked the front service we got from the hotel and the hot tub facility on site!
Cons: The things that we didn’t like was when we were sleeping through the entire night we were hearing noises from people all throughout the rooms.( poor insulation). Needs to be updated. The bed was not well, new beds. No place for a breakfast in the morning meanwhile they have a restaurant facility but only services coffee in the morning and says that their is a lot of restaurants around.. not worth it for the money that was spent on it.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly.
Cons: I was aware that the property had no air conditioning which could have been a problem, but wasn’t. I booked the room for two nights. The room was never cleaned the second day. No one checked. When we came back to the hotel the second night the office was locked and there was no one there to even contact if we needed anything.

Pros: The bed is comfy. It's within walking distance to downtown so you can have dinner and drinks without worrying about driving.
Cons: They could use bigger towels
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very cool chalet feel with two levels to the room and what looked like a working wood heat stove. Staff very friendly and helpful. Heated pool we all loved. Great location in walking distance to downtown.
Cons: Breakfast was unavailable before 8am, which means we were unable to take advantage of this. Some lights in our room seemed broken, or at least the switch did nothing for one and the other had a literally broken turn switch. Hmm.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Well treed area and an attractive cemetary nearby. Close enough to cinema, restaurants. Room was much nicer than I expected at the price.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The property is simple but quaint. Heated pool & always clean. The property was very clean We like the area a lot. Close to many restaurants & attractions & beaches. It’s really very lovely. Can’t wait to come back. We always take a room with a hot tub! Also they serve a little breakfast which is very convenient. As well they offer 10% off coupons to various locations to eat. The staff is very friendly ☺️ And a huge thank you to Manon who was super kind & accommodating during our stay here.
Cons: I can’t say that there was really anything that i didn’t like. We have been here many times before & have always enjoyed our stay here. My only small complaint was the girl who was supposed to clean our room never did. But other than that everything is really nice here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The stay was more than i expected! The rooms were really clean, nice space with a small refrigerator, microwave and a few kitchen utensils. Me and my friends used the pool, the water temperature was perfect! In front of our rooms we could enjoy the night in a small table and chairs. The breakfast was simple but good! I really recommend the place! Check-in and check-out were easy and fast.

9.5 Excellent

Pros: Price was good
Cons: The room smelled like cigarettes and the office was always closed. There was no breakfast available as promised. So even if the breakfast was offered it must have been after 9 am which makes it useless.

Cons: breakfast was continental but good.
6.8 Good
Pros: The place was ok , but the room smelled like cigarette , like a ashtray it was terrible , even the windows open , but ai was going for a wedding an late I did not have time to complain !
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The woman on the reception (I think the owner?) was nice, but with huge accent so kind of hard to understand. The actual room was clean.
Cons: The biulding is very very very old and dirty, looks ugly, so we even wanted to live without staying! The location is not exactly how it was presented - it located in the town Sainte-Adele, not outside , in the nature. We were looking for a place on the lake or in the forest. Very dissapointed! There is a huge problem in the bathroom - to flush. So overall - never come back((

7.0 Good

Cons: Wish there was more options for breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: Ideal locations. Very clean
Cons: Air conditioning was super loud and rooms are not soundproof. Guests woke up early and speaking in the hallways. Woke us up.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a continental one, would of been nice to have fresh fruit instead of fruit salad (in a can)
Cons: Should of had additional toasters for guests as there was only 1 and a lineup to use it. Restaurant on site no longer available, had to go out for dinner or order in.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The structure is nice and spacious, the outside park is lovely and it's relaxing to watch it while in the swimming pool.
Cons: We get to the hotel definitely in a low season period and unfortunately this meant low attention in some areas: the swimming pool need some restructuring and the water was quite cold, we asked if we could get a bathrobe but it costs something like 25$ more which is not a great idea if the swimming pool area is free (nor booking give you the opportunity to book a "full experience" tariff) the breakfast is probably at its minimum, the room had an old fan coil that together with the old mini-bar make a lot on noise during the night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The spa
Cons: Tv too small
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are spacious for a family of four. Facilities were as expected with pool, hot tubs, and barrel saunas. Kids enjoyed themselves.

Pros: Very friendly staff , Quiet rooms (was not there in high season ) 5 minutes from St-Adele off the 117.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Everything is so bad bad bad!!!! Never ever suggest it to anyone.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Nothing in particular.
Cons: This place needs some serious love...it' falling appart and not worth the price. The deck, pool and hot tubs are outdated..the beds are stiff and not comfortable.I will never go back.
