The free activities on the site indoor and outdoor. The staff are really helpful. The camp fire and marshmallows.
A microwave in the room. The movie was not adequate for kids .
The location was amazing and there were lots of activities for the kids. The resort was very easy to get to and there was free parking when we arrived. The staff were very friendly. and Best of all there were marshmellows at the fire pit every night!!!
Even though the location was wonderful, and there was no real reason to spend too much time in the hotel room, the rooms were very dated. We had a room with 2 double beds and we found it small sharing with our two sons.
The room was clean and comfortable, lots of activities .
The pool was not very clean
Resort-style hotel complex with hotel rooms that you would find anywhere else in that category. We were far up on the hill with no particular view (into the bushes). The beach had direct access to the lake. The canoe, kayak, SUP, pedalo and swimming activities were all included. It's great for intergenerational families with kids. There are plenty of activities of resort-style such as ax throwing or games to win drinks or gift items to keep people entertained. If you want to relax, the beach gets overcrowded and there is no space where there is more privacy to experience the lake and quiet nature unless you take a canoe out onto the water. The restaurant is high end and serves french style foods and has a sommelier. The service was excellent.
Beach gets crowded and is geared to family activities. Due to that, there is a lack of privacy and quiet to enjoy nature. The restaurant is a bit over-priced but it goes with the category of hotel. The room didn't have a view as it was on the ground floor and looked into the bushes instead of the mountain and lake view.
The activities list is extensive. ATV tours, bus trips, jeep tours. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We had a jetted tub in our room ( My husband used it twice LOL) Extremely clean. Very well landscaped. The resort is so large that they offer a shuttle service. The Spa services are wonderful. I had a facial that made me fall asleep. There is an activity center down by the beach to supply you with anything you need. And they have a mini putt course. Lastly, but not not least, the food was exceptional. And the wine list was extraordinary. We had Chateauneuf du pape 2010.
There was nothing that we didn't like.
