Great location en route to destination. Easy to find and just off the main roads, great pit stop place. Comfortable clean room. Good parking facilities. Convenient stopover just off the motorway. Close to plenty of shopping and eating options. Easy check-in at any time using the machine. Very clean and functional. Good value for money and breakfast. Staying at the B&B at Le Mans suited our needs and was good value. As a stop off traveling through France as a family of 4 it was perfect. Quick check-in. Lovely ac greeted us in a very hot day. The hotel was as expected for a budget stay. Rooms were clean and functional. The kids loved the little room upstairs. Comfy bed. Able to access room even when reception was closed. Quiet location as couldn't hear the main road through Le Mans. Clean, comfy bed, good shower and very good value for money. Relatively inexpensive once I finally gained entry. Easy to access and good location for where we was going. Handy stop over for highways brilliant parking. Good breakfast choices. Easy check-in. The room was very nice. Everything. Highly recommended for families with kids who are looking for an overnight stopover. Stayed several times with B&B Hotels and will stay again. The location is not great but does have a large shop nearby. Rooms are basic, but perfectly functional and comfortable for an overnight stop. Computerized check-in. Room was a bit of a squeeze but it was fine for one night. Shower gel hadn't been topped up and only a few sheets of toilet roll. Poor soundproofing in room right outside the stairwell which people were using right into the 'wee small hours'. A bit like a US motel with the rooms accessed from an outside corridor. Automated check-in process took forever. The breakfast. The bed was not that comfortable and staying on the first floor felt like being in a boat - sea sick. Nothing not to like. Air conditioning was not working very well. A little hot as air conditioning was not the best. The mezzanine level in family room was warm as air con was downstairs. The place is convenient for our car trip to Spain. However, the room was small and not very clean (it had many dead mosquitos in it). It was not that cheap, but I guess that's normal in France. The room was disgusting. Dirty and it smellt horrible. Not at all the room in the photos and the wifi kept cutting off. Noise from other guests. Would’ve loved a kettle for warming baby bottles. No restaurant. There are currently renovations going on. Everything smells intensively like paint. Descriptions of how to enter the hotel (self-service) were sent only in French. If you don't know French, this can be a real problem. No electric charging points. Start working already in the morning renovating the rooms. Too loud. Room had previously been occupied by a smoker and as non-smokers this was very disappointing. Complained but no offer of another room. Carpet had numerous stains. Otherwise adequate for an overnight stay. The heating was on full blast with no way to turn it off, had to leave a window open all night, very small room and the continental breakfast was pitiful, no food available in the hotel and had to walk out for a restaurant. Some lamps didn't work, old furniture.
