Pros (+) The staff is extremely nice! They upgraded our room to a balcony with a view since it was our first time there. Which was pretty awesome. And the snorkeling is great at the hotel, absolutely beautiful.
Cons (-) the hotel is very average. It's pretty outdated, the hot water didn't work the first night then the next few nights it would work for about 10 mins. The room was incredibly humid, our clothes in our suitcase were not just damp but wet. The bed is not that comfortable and the food was very overpriced and very average. ONE empanada was 14 dollars.
