My TV was broken that was the only bad part. The rest was great.
Cons: "They rebooted the entertainment system several times which meant I lost my place in the movie I was watching and would have to start over. The onboard system was working fine for me others must have been having problems with it."

Cons: "We where stuck in sju for 5 hour and the company said delay was weather and weather good verified in other companies. When we called st Thomas JetBlue they said we where waiting for other people. Information was confirmed with local JetBlue crew. They lied to us and no option presented."
Cons: "Everything could have been better. Flight delayed 3 hours due to JetBlue schedule mismanagement. No consideration for elderly when we had to change gates across airport. Poor communication on flight updates. And then as a perk to make up for delays, tried to sell us a credit card. Just Awful."

Pros: "I love JetBlue's hot towels at the end of long flights. I also love that the have free (Good) snacks. They do have considerably more leg room and bigger seats, and the free WiFi is fabulous!"
Cons: "The cleanliness of the plane in general could've been MUCH cleaner, but I understand that with quick turnaround times and getting in and out on time this is difficult. The air temperature was inconsistent sometimes too cold, sometimes too warm which made staying comfortable difficult. I wish they had more fresh options on the later leaving flights. Also, two of the crew members were SUPER chatty all throughout our evening flight and I could hear them through the earplugs."

From the moment I walked into the airport in Chicago to the moment I was walking off the plane in Florida I had an unforgettable experience! I was traveling with my 3 month old by myself and everyone just made sure I was taken care of. I couldn’t thank them enough!

Pros: "I took two connecting flights on American Airlines between Los Angeles and Lisbon period on the website American claims to have charging and or electrical ports in every row. There were none on either flight. To make matters worse, when my tablet and phone batteries both died before the end of the first flight, there was no inflight entertainment, other than 1 ridiculous thing available, on either flight. American has switched to BYOD for entertainment, but forgot to provide a way to charge our own devices. Incredibly stupid."
Cons: "On top of that, one of the flight attendants on the Philadelphia to Lisbon run was a hella snarky guy with a bad attitude all the way through. I would be surprised if I am the first person to complain about him."
Cons: "I have been flying for over 40 years and this American flight is the worst SNAFU I have ever experienced. Rerouted for refuling 30+ minute waits for gates to open, 1+ hour waits for takeoff. Not all of it was weather related. Even the flight attendant is disgusted."

Once we had to get off the plane after leaving the gate the flight information disappeared and could not be found on any flight tracking service. I know the airline cannot help the weather but keeping passengers informed is key to making people feel comfortable."

Then the flight from Washington to Chattanooga was delayed over 2 hours. Which i understand safety comes first but it made for a very long two day trip back from Hawaii."

Which is more likely more a management/structure issue of United than the crew themselves"

Cons: "My flight was delayed for 2 hrs. The attendant said the flight would flight out of gates 21 or 22. They weren't sure at all. Then the plane was sitting in 22 when I noticed that the time to depart was in 10 min. I got up and walked over to the desk. To only be told that oh that plane departed 10 min ago. Depated???? It's still sitting there at the gate. I was then told oh it switched over to gate 25. The wasn't an announcement at all. For that so I missed my flight and was sitting 20 ft from the posted gate of 22 and it was switched from 22 to 21. Them back to 22 and then flew out of 25"

Although it said you do not have to pay and the airiline would seat you, your website would not let that. would not let you exit the site until you paid for the seats. The tray tables behind the seats are extremely small and fragile. The seats seem smaller than usual."
