It has affordable prices for a 4-star hotel. We liked it and next time I would stay there again if I come to Saint-Petersburg again.
Everything was exelent. The location is 10 minutes work from the metro station. The stuff is polite and with pleasure to recomend how to get to sights. The room is not big, but comfotable and tipical for Europe hotel. Also it is quite as in the hotel as on the street. The breakfest is good for Europian Hotel.
friendly staff at the reception
probably 3 stars not more, bathroom without banio, cheap sacks of shampoo
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and beautifully furnished and the location was good. Generous buffet breakfast.
The laundry service was expensive and they charge for visa registration which other hotels in this price range do for free. And no russian hotels seem to provide kettles or irons which was surprising and a bit annoying to us.
tea & coffee for breakfast are bad, wi-fi isn't working
