Tasty muesli juice and croissants served at table
All ok
Happy apart from bed
Pleasant staff, very covid aware. checkout easy.
Uncomfortable bed
We always enjoy a stay...
We have stayed at Regio many times, it does not disapoint!
TV programs in English - very sparse.
Exceptional
The property is a magnificent hotel with modernist architecture that is a must for interior architecture lovers
Nothing everything is perfect
Superb
Have visited this hotel before and I am happy to stay here as it was clean and safe . On site parking at no additional cost .
Nothing wrong with this hotel .
Comfortable stay, great swimming pool
The swimming pool was fantastic and a nice treat! The restaurant food was good and helpful staff.
The decoration was a little bit old fashioned but it was very clean.
Horrible !!!!!!
Service really bad , not kind at all, and not respectful. Waiter in the hotel restaurant were execrable. The bedroom were not clean, Old furniture, and the A/C is doing an infernal noise all night long !!! That was awful .
very nice place with nice...
all
We wanted to have breakfast at the Camping bar! It opens at 8 and we asked politely if this could be confirmed! After confirmation they were late and asked us to wait for another quarter!
Hot hot hot
Always enjoy The Regio great Plato's combinados easy access for Salamanca by bus from hotel, really wonderful swimming pool open 10am-2100.
Nothing
The pool is excellent. The room was spacious and comfy and it is easy to find, well located for journeys continuing north and south of Salamanca.
Cafetería /restaurante was Madrid prices... There wasn't anywhere else nearby to give them competition. However the food and service was good.

Breakfast good, meal on the evening not so good. Ordered sauté potatoes and chicken breast with salad, actually got large salad, chips and a couple of chicken slices. Did not fancy tuna fish salad or I would have ordered it.
As above
Good buffet breakfast. Replenished when required. Value for the money. Great bus service from Hotel to Salamanca centre.
Room comfortable would have liked a softer pillow
Food in restaurant would like a healthy eating option
Good hotel with good facilities.
Spacious rooms, good to have a bath and not just a shower. Ample free parking. Varied evening menu good value for money.

Convenient for our overnight stay heading South. Local bus available for trip into Salamanca Nice Staff Good breakfast
Have stayed here many times, both hotel and camping very easy to find m
As usual the receptionist was very helpful. The bar were very friendly.
The food had to be sent back because it was cold. The head waiter was very off hand.
The staff were lovely. Helping my mum in her wheel chair in and out of the restaurant. The hotel needs updating but the rooms were very clean.
It’s too far out, the nearest town doesn’t have anything there so you have to go into Salamanca. This wouldn’t have mattered if the facilities were open. no swimming pool and I wasn’t even allowed into the garden. There was an area set aside for weddings and that wasn’t even accessible even though no weddings were happening.
LOVELY hotel but the breakfast is very bad for the price they charge
Liked the evening meal, 20euros set menu....however this was not offered until we asked about it.
Great hotel for our overnight stop on the way to the Algarve. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice bedroom and very clean and comfortable ,with a balcony and chairs where we enjoyed an afternoon glass of wine
Firstly let me say, this is a good hotel. It worked fine for us but was somewhat 'retro', which might not be everyone's cup of tea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and everything worked fine. There is plenty to eat for breakfast and is available until a generous 11am! There is a an excellent range of drinks available in the huge bar, and the pours are very generous and reasonably priced. Now let me turn to the architecture and interior design. This hotel is located in Santa Marta, effectively a suburb of the wonderfully preserved medieval city of Salamanca, a UNESCO World Heritage site so as you would expect the hotel is a well-preserved relic of Mid Century Modern architecture. Yes. Really.
There is a gym but it's small, not all that well-equipped (a few machines but no loose weights) and you need to go and get the key from the reception. It's Europe so you're lugging your own luggage around but there is a trolley at reception.
It was a very pleasant stay, clean and not too far from sights, and restaurants
The garage attendant made a comment that my motorcycle had a switch that could be turned on without the ignition, he implied that he was concerned about my battery , he could not of known about this unless he had touched my motorcycle
The breakfast was a perfectly adequate continental breakfast with items being replenished swiftly as they ran low.
We arrived late at night and we found the hotel difficult to locate on the edge of an industrial estate.
The twin beds could not be joinedIt was as
We have used this hotel for several year and we think the bread and croissants have dropped in quality but otherwise the breakfast is very good.

The property is within its own grounds , own car park for safe and secure parking. Lovely gardens and swimming pool. Easy to get to . The staff are all very polite and professional. The rooms are comfortable with very comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Very clean and well looked after .
Nothing really to say
Excellent hotel. Very good location just outside lovely city of Salamanca with frequent bus connection to city. Lots of parking. Very clean and quite spacious rooms. Good restaurant and breakfast. Friendly staff.

All. very good
Bus really useful 1,45 for single to city centre in 20 mins. Bus stop in hotel car park. Very good value for money
All good
Comfortable, near town, good price.
Easy to find locationn
The breakfast was pretty good. My only suggestion would be that, perhaps, the fruit could be provided already prepared, as it is in a lot of other hotels. It's a bit tricky to peel some of the fruit offered eg kiwi fruit with a fairly blunt knife. The rooms are lovely, spacious, well equipped and the beds are super comfortable. The bathrooms are really quite swishy. The pool and pool area are very good and also great, safety wise, if you had children with you. The location is good, with nearby places in Sta Marta del Tormes to visit at night and or the on site bar/restaurant. Regular bus service to Salamanca city comes into hotel car park and is inexpensive.
Can't think of anything.
Sunshine
Uncomfortable bed and pillows
Good size rooms, with balcony. Great facilities, clean and we arrived late which wasn’t a problem
Spacious room. Beautiful pool area.
Nothing
Everything, we have stayed here many times & will happily return again!
Nothing.
The Reception staff were very helpful and on the first night, Sunday 9 June the waiters were very good.
On Monday 10 June the restaurant staff were awful. The main course of schnitzel was inedible. We were going to have dessert to make up for the poor main course but the waiter did not offer us a menu so we decided enough was enough and went to our room.
The fact that they have their own bus stop....ideal for getting into the city.
Although the cost of the room was excellent, the price of food and drink was on the high side.
We have stayed many times before so we know the hotel from previous stays
NA
Restsurant was excellent value for money. Staff were polite and attentive.
Nothing comes to mind!
Spacious rooms, confortable beds. Staff very helpful! Parking available at no cost. Beakfast timings until 11.00 a.m
Nothing
Dated, old, tatty, food poor. Full of bus tours, clearly on its last legs
Large well maintained public areas and bedrooms. Immaculately maintained grounds with beautiful gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of free parking spaces. Very clean and tidy. Regular return bus service ( one per hour) at the Hotel to and from the historical centre of Salamanca. Overall the Hotel represents excellent value for money.
Not much not to like about the hotel, although soundproofing between rooms could be improved.
Good Breakfast, very friendly helpful staff and lots of free parking. Its in a good location about a 10 min drive into the city. With its outdoor pool and tennis/basketball courts and large outdoor park area, this looks more of an ideal hotel for familys than couples, we enjoyed our stay though and Salamanca city is lovely, also Tordesillas is worth a visit if you are passing that way.
A bit noisey in the room due to being close to a room with children that were up early in the morning.
Room spacious and had a bath
Liked it all might be good to add longitude coordinations to your web page to assist finding hotel
The rooms. The service.
They realy look after you.So polite and helpful. Nothing not to like
Everything was good except WiFi was very poor
Poor wifi
Breakfast was nothing special, could be better. Normal spanish hotel.
The hotel is more or less 10 minutes out of Salamanca, which is quite close and enables the property to offer numerous parking spaces. The price/quality relation was tremendously good - the room had the biggest bed I've slept in and it was quite comfortable!
Nothing to point out :)
The staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. The room was very good and comfortable with a very high standard of cleanliness
Nothing
Super hotel , loads of free parking , impressive lobby, rooms and fittings ..... Lovely bathroom super large towels....just surpassed our expectations. Large bar area and Resturant ,,,but we didn’t eat .... Close to the motorway travelling north/south...
The overall experience was very good: big room, good bed, staff was friendly. The location of the hotel is also good. It's overall good value for money. We only stayed 1 night as we were travelling through but I would definitely stay there again.
Nothing
It was clean and room was big and comfortable. Big comfortable shower too.
I asked for a room at the front and they organised that for me, excellent. I always stay here on my trips to UK and back, never disappointed.
It’s a lovely hotel with very friendly staff
It was cold outside when I got there!!
Size of rooms and cleanliness.
Pets are not allowed.
Clean and comfortable room. Location of the hotel was good.
Not very welcoming on arrival, no general information given (eg dining, breakfast, etc) and no information in the room. Whilst the room was very clean it looked as though the balcony had not been swept for several weeks.
Good position out of the town with lots of secure parking.
Fantastic swimming pool that was shut. The advert extolls the amazing pool and outdoor space available- september and 33 degrees and it was closed and you were not even allowed to sit in the outside area. Pointless advertising what you dont allow to be used! Some effort has been made for disability access but for a major hotel chain it could be a lot better - even the staff looked embarassed about the steepness of the dining rooms ramp (not safe to use).
spacious room, balcony, free in room safe and huge free carpark. Local bus from grounds every hour to centre of Salamanca or walk about 1 hour. Prices in restaurant for meals/drinks about level with city centre places. Has a adjacent site for caravans etc. Friendly staff. 5 minutes walk to shops/tapas/bars/ banks etc along the road from the hotel.Popular with coach tour groups. visited mid september 2018
very satisfied.
The pool was wonderful and the room with a balcony was good. The bus for Salamanca stops in the car park, meaning you don't need to drive into the town. The decor is dated but still all well kept. The staff were all friendly and attentive.
The breakfast was ok but the pastries a bit dry and the fruit, unusually for Spain, not ripe. But given the price I paid it was not going to be top quality. As vegetarians, the cafe doesn't offer any options and cooked vegetables at breakfast would have been a nice option, mushrooms, tomatoes. There was lots of meat on offer, so food probably good for meat eaters.
I liked the location close to the motorway, the facilities including easy parking and the large swimming pool, the size of the bedroom, the hospitality and efficiency of the staff and, overall, the good quality to price ratio. I am pleased to recommend this place.
Nothing
There are two pools and the room was spacious even with three beds in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed clean but older than some we stayed at in Spain. There was a balcony which was nice
The room doors were very thin and you could hear people in the corridor outside. The location was a bit out of town, fine in the car but a long walk to town otherwise. The pool doesnt open until 10am
Good location with plenty of free safe parking. We only had an overnight stay but my kids were impressed with the extra facilities they could have used if we’d had more time - i.e. big swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court. Rooms clean and very comfortable, we ate in the restaurant and the food and service was very good. I would definitely stay here at Regio again.
Excellent pool, black out blinds, air con, huge rooms mainly with balcony. We have stayed here many times, the bus stops in the hotel car park & takes you right to the majors plaza.
Nothing, except the restaurant bread buns in tge restaurant are like concrete but that's obviously how they like them in Salamanca!
Too much salt in hot food otherwise very good
Salt in hot food choice
Bed was so comfortable, I love the bathroom and view from there. It was very clean, staffs were very helpful.. breakfast was good too. Overall, I love everything...
WiFi was quite slow in the room ..also hotel was bit inside from centre.

Everything excellent and strongly recommend this Hotel Complex easyto find

The hotel smelled, the rooms smelled of smoke despite asking for a change of room the second room was only marginally better. The Hotel was miles out of Salamanca, not what the booking.com described ...
Service
Room hot, a/c did not work well
Always a good stop if travelling to Portugal or southern Spain.
We have stayed many times at Regio, but may not stay again, it seems to be now run by and for the Chinese coach tours. The TV which used to be quite good have lost BBC World and Sky News, so to rely ...
Very comfortable large room, excellent facilities, large bath and shower and excellent large bed.
No tea or coffee making facilities.
It was cold
Parking. Access Sizable rooms
Quality of some breakfast items
Wonderful hotel with a bus service on site to the city of Salamanca.
nothing
The beds were comfortable and the room was very well presented. The breakfast was good with a range of hot and cold choices
The evening meal was simply awful. I really object to being served reheated French fries from lunch with my evening meal
Excellent base to explore Salamanca and surroundings. In the past we located ourselves in the centre of the city. This time we stayed in the Regio which is a short distance distance from the centre ...
No complaints !
All good
Location
As usual, we enjoyed our stay here.
The tv channels have been changed, out with BBC and sky, replaced by RT and Chinese Central - Ugh!
Nice and clean
Air con very poor room temo never dropped below 27 deg and very noisy due to coach parties
The bathroom and sleeping area were a very good size. It was nice to have a balcony and there was plenty parking
The restaurant didn't match up to the quality of the hotel. It was far from bad but there was something missing.
Nice location, big swimming pool, range of internet (swimming pool and gardens covered), very clean, free parking onsite, everything very spacious.
The internet speed.
Great room
Very nice room
