Pros: Very pleasant staff member. When I asked if we could get a room as near to the elevator as possible, (I use a cane) she very quickly found a room right next to the elevators for me.
Cons: Same problem I find everywhere. The handicap parking spaces are geared toward wheelchair users. There were closer parking spots that would have worked for a cane walker like me.

7.5 Good
Pros: Mattresses and pillows super comfortable. Love the bistro area with individual TVs.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and very clean
Cons: The booked price online was $3 less than what I was charged. Also they have a policy of charging a miscellaneous $20 fee that supposedly you get back if you don’t order extras. Confusing policy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room, very cozy and warm. Comfortable bed
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I thought that breakfast was a rip-off, costing more than $ 30.00. Person(nel) providing breakfast was very nice. I would suggest increasing price of stay and including a hot breakfast.
Cons: As stated above, charging a little more and providing a "free" hot breakfast. We chose 2 nice fruit drinks, and ended up paying just over $ 40.00 for breakfast, which left a "bad taste" in my mouth!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were so comfy! Rooms and bathrooms were so clean! Lobby was very inviting and impressive!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful, food at bistro was great and plentiful

8.3 Excellent
Pros: N/a
Cons: There was only a Starbucks breakfast for purchase.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location to accommodate our needs.
Cons: Refrigerator didn't work which was a main factor in choosing this hotel. Front desk clerk tried to tell me they keep them on a low setting so nothing done to fix the problem.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Admittedly I was expecting this to just be a room to dry off in before heading off on the rest of my trip, I booked at the last minute after getting caught in a crazy rain storm. But it was the nicest room, with the friendliest people that I stayed in my whole 2 week trip! Highly recommend it!
Cons: The common areas were swarmed with kids when I first arrived and had to dodge quite a few to actually make it to the elevator, but they were reasonably well behaved and not causing trouble...so that's not really even a complaint.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and location.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very nice, room was clean, bed was comfortable, pool was a good temperature.
Cons: Hotel did not have a hot tub, but the pool was plenty nice enough to not really care much about the hot tub. We had to leave before 7am so we didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.

Pros: The room looked exactly like the picture—clean, updated—there were no surprises. And the staff was vigorously and happily working to refill and restock the breakfast items all morning, even in the last 5 minutes before breakfast ended.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was great, ac was cold, room was clean.
Cons: Young man at breakfast was was a little rude. I asked for a new coffee pot si cr it was empty. A blunt response of "I will get to it in a minute" is not what I was expecting or wanting to hear.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I don't understand why this hotel has a 2.5 star rating. It should rate 3.5 - 4 stars. The room I stayed in was huge and the wifi was top notch. The breakfast had plenty to choose from and as much as you wanted. All in all a really nice stay.
1.0 Poor

4.0 Okay
Pros: The good: the pool and hot tub were nice and there wasn't anyone in there. The breakfast was well stocked and the breakfast attendant was chipper and obviously wanted to do a good job.
Cons: My room smelled weird. I can't really put my finger on it but it was weird. The carpet was dirty with food on it. That is just so gross to me. The bed had not been changed. When I pulled down the sheets there was hair and the sheets were rumpled.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, easy to get to
Cons: All good
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff.
Cons: I booked 1 room with 2 queen beds, got a king bed. They moved us to a suite, king bed & sofa bed, this room was not ready so waited in the hall while cleaning staff all worked together so it was finished in a short time. Was told by a person on the front desk that we would be moved to a room with 2 queen beds and our luggage, etc would be moved for us just stop at the desk when we got back the next day. We got back and had not been moved and was told by a person at the front desk that they don’t move luggage so we got the key to the new room and went to get our luggage but couldn’t get in the “old” room so we went to the new room and one of us went down to the lobby to get a key to the old room and finally got our luggage. We had 3 rooms in the 2 days we spent at this Holiday Inn Express.

7.0 Good
Pros: Convenence and friendly staff
6.8 Good
Pros: Property had a homey feel, to it which I enjoyed. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I try not to stay at hotels without a hot tub. The breakfast not to bad, was to be expected for hotel food, but had a large selection of items.
Cons: The Pillows were the worst, come on people invest in extra-firm pillows. Then they even only give you 3 pillows per bed, not the usual 4. I asked for extra pillow but they did not have any, either. Hmmm... we stayed for 5 nights and after our first night, our room keys were deactivited,(they blamed it on demagnetizion), I think its something they do, (another group had same issue after 1st night), not knowing your staying there more than one night when you check in, I think they set them for de-activation after 1st night. Internet was the worst, very slow, always buffering and losing service, had to use my phone as a hotspot. and our room wouldnt get cleaned after our 2nd night there, I understand saving the planet by not changing linens/washing sheets for longer stays, but do come in and empty trash cans and vacuum and refresh toiletries and towells. I had to change my own trash and get towels and toiletries from the cart. Really not impressed with this hotel at all considering it is a Radisson property. Personally since I cleaned my own room, I think they should refund me 25% of my stay. But thats just me.
10.0 Excellent

7.0 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable and it was close to I-70.
Cons: When I checked in it was late afternoon/early evening. I stood at the check in desk for longer than I should have waiting for someone to check me in. The employees were in the back talking ( I’m assuming about work related things) No one even looked to see if anyone was waiting to be checked in. When the girl finally came to check me in she was not very friendly, more like I was a bother. She didn’t smile once, handed me my key and said, “There you go.” and that was it. Now the man working the desk the next morning when I checked out was extremely nice and friendly.

Pros: While the motel was located near where trucks parked, it was very quiet. Room was spacious, very clean.
Cons: Breakfast was just so-so.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: For the price it was very good place to stay. They are also pet friendly.
Cons: Breakfast was no up to par. No coffee in room.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Not really a whole lot.
Cons: When I checked in I said good afternoon and got the impression that the front desk clerk could care less about my stay. I tried making conversation and that lasted 30 seconds. The property needs a facelift, sorry folks.
6.2 Good
Cons: This hotel is very dated. The security deadbolt on my door had 2/3 screws stripped and I would not trust it to function anymore. Some paneling was missing off objects in the room. Breakfast was the worst aspect. A very mediocre, traditional continental breakfast (no hot food except make your own waffles). It was fine for the evening, but absolutely not something to write home about. I also asked for a room on the first floor if possible and the manager (?) just completely ignored me and gave me a room on the second.

Pros: Staff super friendly and helpful. Room VERY clean and bed comfy. Wish my bed at home was as comfy. Great location easy on/off freeway. Really good restaurant (Blue Brewery, I think was the name) in downtown area. (Doing a lot of road renovation work in downtown area but it was still easy to detour around it. It was worth the little effort). Made a reservation to stay for return trip.
Cons: Only wish it had a pool after a long hot day of driving. But knew it didnt when I booked it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, very friendly, great place to stay.

6.3 Good
Pros: It was your fault. You neglected to tell us it was under reconstruction. We booked 2 queen beds & only got 1 which was also your fault because they don’t have rooms with 2 queen beds. I got absolutely no sleep because I had to sleep with my husband who coughed & snored all night. I think we need a refund. Probably won’t be using your service again

Cons: New hotel , highly recommend
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was great! Very nice room. Loved the kitchen.
Cons: Was traveling on family emergency. Had to leave one day early and had to cancel for original night scheduled. So need them to refund for that night. We still booked and stayed the one night earlier. Haven’t heard on that yet. Hope they will refund as made a financial burden even worse having to pay the price of two nights for one. I’m sure they were able to rebook that night. Seemed very busy at this time of year.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Easy access from i70
Cons: Booked two queen beds and upon arrival they had sold all the rooms with two queen beds. The staff was frazzled blaming each other for not marking rooms as sold from hour earlier and continuing to sell rooms. The front desk person was trying to help and apologizing and said all they had were king rooms but they “wouldn’t charge me extra “ for the roll room or roll away. I said why would I ever pay extra to get a room I didn’t choose and make people sleep on roll always? Got to rooms and they were filthy beds, hair in them, crumbs, etc.

Pros: The breakfast was terrible, same thing every morning. Was worse than dog food in taste.

They also changed the rate per night from what I booked at . Very unhappy.
