Ignacio was super friendly and accommodating, he helped us a lot organise the tours around Salta since we were arriving too late. He also took care of our laundry while we were out on a trip! Muchas gracias Ignacio y hasta luego!
Unfortunately it's not possible to have breakfast
Great location, is only a 5 minute walk to bus station and cable car. Room was nice with a good on-suite bathroom, all clean and beds got made everyday for us. Good kitchen facilities for making food.
Wifi was quite slow
I didn’t have much time to enjoy the hostel as I arrived in the middle of the night due to problems with busses, etc. But the 24/7 reception is great! They showed straight to my room where I thought I will need to be super quiet not wake the others. But I was alone in 6 people dorm room and that was the highlight of my trip as I was so tired and needed a shower etc. The showers and WC was in the room which was another huge advantage. Beds and pillows were really comfortable! Unfortunately I was not able to try the breakfast as I had to leave too fast but it seemed OK.
The reception people did not speak English (or at least the ones I met) but one person I spoke on the phone, was OK so it did not disturb me much. But if you would like to have some tips around, that might bother a bit.
It's close to the bus terminal and the cable car up to the mountain. To plaza de Julio it's only around 10 minutes walking. The shower was hot eventually (though not the first minutes).
The wifi isn't the best. The lobby isn't really big and comfortable, there's not much to hang around and meet other people. The bathroom wasn't the best, but it was okay. The door in my room didn't close very good, it always went back open.
Nice cheap place
