10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay here. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Lots of choice for breakfast, many different types of bread, scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit, cereals etc. For the gym enthusiasts: the gym is very well equipped, there is cardio equipment, loose weights (dumbbells and barbells) and several strength training machines. There is a squat rack, bench press, incline bench, Smith machine, assisted pull-up machine and many more. All I needed for my training regime was available. The pool is nice as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our car was parked for us.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were big, clean, and provided all the necessary facilities. Breakfast was good, same goes for the evening dinner. Car was handled by the valid parking. Check in/out was smooth and fast. Welcoming drink was a plus.
Cons: Literally the only thing we can come up with is the irritating elevator noise. It makes a sort of high tone when you cross the detector on the side, which can be heard from the room. Minor detail compared to the good quality of this hotel. Would recommend to anyone!

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great thanks to the large selection. It is a 5/10 minute walk from the main square.
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location and the staff where really friendly.
Cons: The wifi wasn't working when we were there which ended up costing us a fortune as we missed our flight due to not recieving the flight itinerary change, huge inconvenience and waste of our money. The room rate is overpriced compared to other accommodation we stayed at in other parts of argentina. The bathroom was not cleaned properly on arrival and had a lot of hair left in bathtub/shower and on vanity. Room got very warm and a/c didn't work, slept with window open, would be an issue for those that need quiet to sleep. Rooftop pool and suana area was nothing like the photos, unkept and not a pleasant space to relax. Couldn't use either facilities as were dirty.

Pros: Good location and access to jacuzzi, sauna and laundry (very convenient)
Cons: Not very well maintained and staff not particularly welcoming.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Very quiet except for a dog in the neighbourhood that wanted to howl into wee hours of the morning. Good size room and provided most amenities that were needed. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff were very good and provided any information when needed.
Cons: Not much. Good place for the money paid. Elevator was annoying as it had to beep at almost every floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast delivered to room exactly on time - not exceptional content in international terms but usual for Argentina, and perfectly adequate. Location is very good, being close walking distance to the centre but on a quiet street. Also close to various good restaurants. Staff excellent - not english speakers but we got along perfectly well, and obliging at every stage, and time of day. Beds and pillows excellent for good night's sleep, shower and bathroom fine, room enough in suite to spread out as needed. Underground garage is very useful and secure but a "white knuckle ride" down into it and particularly getting out up the steep ramp - but great story to tell when you get home.
Cons: Nothing - good value for money, good location, facilities and people. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: The room was super homey- the building is gorgeous with beautiful views, it was very clean, and I appreciated having a nice big window for fresh air. The staff was delightful!
Cons: The bathroom situation. I had to share it with another room which was a family of 4 and it was the only shower/toilet I knew about (I didn't ask if there was another one though!), and with 5 people showering/using the bathroom it was a lot of waiting to use it.

Our room was in need of more thorough cleaning.

Cons: Breakfast was ok but so many cakes (even for Argentina where we know they eat lots of sweet stuff in the morning !)
7.9 Good
Pros: At our arrival they gave us a room which we didn't like at all but, after complaining to the manager the next mornig, they moved us to a suite with a beautiful view to the surrounding hills.
Cons: They have a number of internal rooms (as the first we had) that clearly underscore the quality of the property.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, very close to the center - fife minutes walking. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was OK.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location was great, near enough to Plaza 9 de Julio and everything you needed in the city whilst being tucked away enough to be a quiet hotel. The area felt very safe. Lovely view of San Bernardo hill from our room and a big window to look out on the city. Staff were polite and helpful and the selection at breakfast was good overall.
Cons: The shower was quite weak. Only one pillow per person was provided, an extra one would have improved comfort a lot! On a busy weekend morning the breakfast staff struggled to keep up with demand so lots of items ran out quickly and were not being replaced. Not such a problem if you have a lot of time to wait but otherwise the choice became very limited.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, great location friendly staff.
Cons: Not the property itself & it’s personal preference only but the pillows are too high

6.7 Good
Pros: The patio and bathroom were wonderful. The boutique nature of the hotel was great
Cons: The staff was poorly trained and couldn’t answer basic questions. One person at reception didn’t even know that one of the most popular music venues was closed on Mondays. The taxi driver had to tell us. I emailed the property twice before arriving and they never responded The common areas such as doors, stairwell and carpet weren’t clean. Our room was in need of more thorough cleaning.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location good. Easy walk to good restaurants. Large room with comfortable bed.
Cons: We expected more from this hotel which has received such good reviews. The general areas are very dark and felt outdated. Breakfast was very limited with poor coffee.

Pros: The area was quiet. There was a relaxing feel to the hotel and staff couldn’t do enough to help in any way. Our room had a view of the outside pool and mountains, a balcony overlooking and jacuzzi bath which I would recommend. Definitely stay again if in the area.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and cosy with local character. Great service.
Cons: The location is very quiet with nice Mountain views but is far from town which very much limits dinner options since there isn’t a restaurant on site.
7.9 Good
Pros: Unbelievably helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful facilities and location
Cons: It was our last night in Argentina and we were hoping for some rest but our room was literally right under the stairs to the breakfast room which opened at 6:30! Needless to say we didn’t get very good sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the decoration, the bed, pillows and towels, everything was perfect.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely delightful decoration - what a taste !! A perfectly set « concentré » of the nicest craftwork Argentina can offer.

Pros: Our stay in kkala boutique hotel was amazing. The Place is beautiful, we had a room with an amazing view. The breakfast was great and especially every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. They even sent me a message after check out to tell me that I had forgotten my purse in the room. Thanks a lot for making our stay so pleasant.

Cons: unclean pool, and lots of mosquitos on it :(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty place decorated with folk art, beautiful garden, friendly staff, heated pool,we swam in in the winter, jacuzzi in our room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Luxe boutique hotel. Small and really beautifull. Very good bed and bathroom nice pool! And good vieuws over Salta. The staff was very helpfull. Before we came they contact us about a restaurant on christmas eve because nearly everything is closed than. They arranged a really nice Argentinian restaurant for us ( viego Jack II). Also they helped with the car rental.
Cons: A little touch of personal christmas athmosfere, because they say: a home away from home. Say a small drink for the guests on christmas eve or a smal christmas touch with the breakfast. There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room or in the living room.

7.5 Good
Pros: Good location and access to jacuzzi, sauna and laundry (very convenient)

Friendly stuff und especially the manager Consuela great and so warm, thank you so much for everything! It’s the perfekt place to relax, the atmosphere is calm and harmonic. There are several beautiful spots outside to hang out, spacious garden. Last but not least, we loved the dogs at this place. Give it a special touch.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The decoration
Cons: You can hear every noise from other guests out in the corridors and there was a noise at night of some machine going on and off.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Charming and beautifully decorated rooms, adequate for our needs and well presented. Bathroom is a good size with a good walk-in shower. The hotel itself is elegant and true to its boutique description with a cosy reception area and a lovely little garden at the back. Fantastic location, very close to the San Francisco Church and 5mins walk from Plaza 9 De Julio. Good quality continental breakfast providing breads / cereals / pastries. Close to amenities including restaurants (El Charrua / La Posada) as well as artisanal outlets. There is a also a great spot for coffee (The Coffee Store) on the corner.
Cons: Hotel does not have a lift, but only one floor, so should be reasonably manageable for most. Selection at breakfast a little limited and no cooked options such as eggs / sausages. There is only one member of staff on duty during that morning period, so service can be a little slow.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A beautifully restored small hotel in an historic building close to the main square. The rooms were charming and very comfortable. The garden was delightful and meticulously maintained and provided a relaxing area at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommended.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Good front desk staff. Great potential as a boutique hotel. However, the quality of the rooms are not as the images show. They have gotten old and need repairs.
Cons: Breakfast was a disaster. They didn’t tell us or offer eggs. Later I found that they made eggs for people who asked. That is terrible. The food itself was all stale carbohydrates.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Interior design was stunning / staff kind and accommodating / perfect location / a must stay in Salta
8.0 Excellent
Pros: great location, lovely traditional building.
Cons: the knowledge of the staff on reception was not high
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decor, lovely atmosphere, excellent staff, clean, perfect location. Would stay here again!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The first room we had (room 9) was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but lacked choice.
Cons: The only thing i didn't like was the noise at night. We were kept awake all night by a machine (possibly external air conditioning) switching on and off all night. The staff were very helpful and moved us to a quieter room the next day. Unfortunately the new room wasn't as nicely decorated as the first.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent, and so the decoration/environment which looks very original
Cons: The aircon was not good to warm up the room, so it was quite cold (in mid winter) and it was noisy.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved this as a family hotel because of the pool, the views and the good breakfast selections.
Cons: The hotel is starting to need some refurbishment, some wear is starting to show, for example the pool. But this does not take away from some brilliant aspects, for example the fabulous location of the pool.

Cons: The room was icky. The carpet gross. The walls dirty. The sheets and towels old and thin.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Staff were very friendly! Comfortable car park
Cons: They had to cut water supply overnight, which meant toilets were out of use throughout the night, not ideal with small children. They couldn’t offer me any alternative. Hotel is dated and no representative of Sheraton chain

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked a lot our stay here, so much that we came back later during our trip on 2 occasions. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is a highlight for me, I loved the medialunas there, best of my trip in argentina! It's a really great value for money.
Cons: My only issue with the hotel was the wifi, which only let a certain amount of people be connected at the same time. Therefore at some moments, especially during breakfast time, you can't always be connected, which can be an issue if you need the internet for something...
4.6 Okay
Pros: The situation. Walking distance to the bus station.
Cons: We stayed in the family room with five peoples. Poor level of maintenance (door lock unusable, scews missing, bathroom very humid - paint peeling off the wall). Noisy during nighttime (one night of two). Too much light enters the room during nighttime to sleep easily. Breakfast is low cost - we didn't enjoy it.
6.7 Good
Cons: We stayed there for 4 nights. First nights was ok, but in last night we arrived late and they gave us very uncleaned room. There was the plaster has come from the wall and has not been cleaned :/
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great place to stay, the family room for 5 was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to a park which is a great place to walk around and relax.
Cons: Our room was a bit noisy as we were just above the eating area.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good accomodation for the price! Secure parking.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, free parking
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: We booked this hotel as we needed an extra night in Salta and the apartment we were already in was fully booked. Unfortunatley the staff weren't welcoming, the room was very cold because the heater didnt work and the sheets discoloured. If we had the choice, we would have left that night but instead lay on top of the sheets, listening to dogs barking and other rooms arguing through the thin walls.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good size room and bathroom, with heater. Basic breakfast but ok. They also kindly let us drop our bags off and freshen up in a spare room after overnight bus journey
Cons: Slightly dated, a bit of a walk from the bus station
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great & clean room, good hot shower, heater, all the things you can wish for! Absolute value for money!
