Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's prime location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and elegant atmosphere. However, many were disappointed with the service, citing slow, disorganized, or unprofessional staff, and several mentioned that the hotel did not meet their expectations for a five-star property. Cleanliness issues, such as musty odors and stained linens, were also noted. Value for price was a common concern, with guests feeling that the experience did not justify the high cost. Overall, while some aspects impressed, many guests found the hotel lacking in key areas.
