10.0 Excellent
Pros: - amazing location with beautiful lake views, perfect place for circuito chico, cerro campanario - very friendly and helpful stuff - great breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional service, amazing views and great food.
Cons: We had to leave.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is impeccable. Staff is inviting and professional.
Cons: The hotel fitness center is tiny and has virtually unusable equipment. Also, the hot tub was lukewarm at best. If fitness and relaxation via hot tub are high on your list during your stay in San Carlos de Bariloche, then I would look elsewhere. If you can overlook those two variables, however, then this place will be perfect for you in all other respects.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellence service great rooms and incredible views. The breakfast was wonderfull and the hotel restaurant great. Best hotel during my trip.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Views were sensational Beds very comfortable, great spa bath Nice warm pool Good food at breakfast lots of variety
Cons: Couldn’t use either x2 jacuzzi’s or sauna as they are never on ore broken. Bread and hot water ran out very breakfast and it was frustrating constantly having to wait until it got restocked. Restaurant nice enough but not great value compared to all the great food in the local area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, amazing views of the lake, spacious and comfortable rooms.
Cons: Some facilities could stand to be updated and dinner at the restaurant was somewhat uninspiring. Overall though, great place to spend a few days!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Views from deck were spectacular! Grounds flowers very colorful! Loved the steam shower and rock all throughout bathroom! The coffee and wine were delicious!
Cons: Would have liked a breakfast server that spoke better English.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ok :) many good things so.. First of all the service was amazing, all the staff members were super kind and most importent, the constant atention to little deatails, for example: the balloons in the room for my wife’s birthday, the chocolate on the bed before sunset, birthday cake on breakfast ! The room was extraordinary, view was stunning and the spa facilities in the room were great. We really loved the place and hopefully will come back in the future!!
4.6 Okay
Pros: only the view
Cons: Poor hotel Only one small restaurant with limited menu Breakfast is poor Gym equipment are non functional Room are too small U can hear your neighbor taking a shower No paved road No real lobby No privacy

Our room as romantic as it can get;always impecable, breathtaking view, little details every day that made us feel spoiled and appreciated, absolutely beautiful property that they keep gorgeous even at night. Safe, quiet, all the workers were polite and totally willing to make our stay memorable; everything was just charming! They'll definitely see us back there again.
Cons: Shower and hamman amenities could be still improved.

Pros: breakfast was great-7-11am room service was on time. the room was a bit cramped.
Cons: the lack of a reasonable spacious room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing views. Great breakfast. Very nice room. Great warmed pool indoor, connected to outdoor. Best hotel in the region if you don't mind being far from the town. Worth the reasonable difference in price compared to other hotels, in low season.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: As a mobility-handicapped person I should have been given a room in the old section close to the common facilities rather than the Moreno building
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very attentive and accommodating. Attention to detail was paramount. The food was fresh and delicious and the view was picture perfect!
Cons: More hooks for towels and clothing in the bathroom.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: 1. Food is very good. Various options and good services for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For dinner at the weekend the special local barbecue called ASADOR is provided. And afternoon tea at the Jardin del Invierno is also interesting. 2. Staff is friendly and professional. Maintenance staff reaction was quite fast. We encountered a problem with cold water tap in our room and called for help. In spite of our studio location is comparatively far, the plumber showed in 5 minutes and solved the problem in less than 5 mins. The waiters, butlers, receptionists, concierge, masseuse are all very attentive and professional. 3. The location is perfect. Recommendable booking a studio or suite at the Moreno Lake wing of the hotel. The lake and mountain view won´t disappoint you. 4. Private remis/transportation service are with quality. Drivers are friendly and helpful.
Cons: The rooms at the Moreno Lake wing are a bit too far from all the main facilities of the hotel. The soundproof isn´t quite good. Nothing more to complain.

7.5 Good
Pros: Great location, staff friendly
Cons: Rooms a bit small and noisy at times
7.5 Good
Pros: Decent value, good location. Clean. Breakfast pretty good.
Cons: Way too noisy - doors did not close quietly/easily anywhere, so there was constant door slamming at all hours. Level of noise in breakfast room over the top. Paper thin walls. We booked a standard room which wound up being very small and dark. We upgraded so we had a view of the lake - bigger, brighter room. Worth it. Extra charge for parking and tourist fee - not indicated up front. The hotel could use an upgrade - photos a bit misleading.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean cute cabin feel.
Cons: Our room was on the street side and it was very noisy. The room had no air conditioning or a fan. If you opened the windows you could catch a breeze but the street noise was terrible. At night it got worse with people yelling and screaming, vehicles playing loud music and loud motorcycles. Hard to sleep this went on till 4am. If the room had a fan or air conditioning then you could keep the windows closed and not have the noise.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staffs are all very kind. Hot water, warm room. Good view in the restaurant. Good price.
Cons: Room is little bit small.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: old facility's. toilet did not work. personel was helpfull and nice.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was very nice
Cons: The air-conditioning in the room is not controlled by the room, we sat in our room freezing for two hours until they turned it on ( we asked to turn it on)
7.5 Good
Pros: location was very good and the view of the lake is amazing! The staff was very lovely too, specially Jose the waiter and Artur from reception.
Cons: it was expensive comparing to other similar hotels in town. Also, the rooms were really too hot so that we had to sleep with the windows open, what brought a lot of noise from the street. One thing in Bariloche that is really anoying (not particularly from this hotel): almost nobody accepts credit card, so the tours I hired from the hotel I had to pay cash, and they didn't want to exchange dollars (which almost all hotels usually do).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff very friendly
Cons: If you want to be close to town it's a good place to stay
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It is very near the main street, so you can walk anywhere in the city from there. My room has lake view
Cons: It was in the citiy and the city wasnt so pretty as the areas that sorrounded. It you want to be in a mountain/woods hotel this is not de place. Go outside the city and rent a car.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location room was very clean. Staff was helpful.

Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The lakeside location is excellent. A short walk to the centre, shops and restaurants. Parking is ample and secure. Good breakfast though this time the coffee was pretty bad and the eggs overcooked and definitely tired.
Cons: Only problem, which is recurrent is that handbasin drains in bathroom are always plugged up. Needs an overall maintenance of washbasin drains.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: amazing hotel, great value for money. We were there on our honeymoon and they surprised us with a bottle of wine and helped us celebrate. great pool and hot-tub, great service and helpful staff. amazing view of the lake.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: We booked a stay at Inacayal Lake Hotel pretty much last minute and at that time it was the only hotel that seemed to have the facilities and level we were looking for (4-star hotel with a nice view, good breakfast and a pool). I'm happy to say that the hotel exceeded our expectations because of the incredible view, super helpful staff and a nice breakfast which has a lot of options. Couldn't really ask for more!
Cons: The only thing that bothered us just a tiny bit was the cleanliness of the bathroom in our room and the pool area which both had some hair here and there.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The manager helped us very much. The room was excellent with everything you’d want. Breakfast was definitely Argentina style; large variety of pastries and savory choices.
Cons: Everything was great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The people working at the hotel are wonderful! We received excellent restaurant recommendations from them and their breakfast service was great! Also, every room has a fantastic view of Lago Nahuel Huapi and Bariloche city. The location of the View Hotel is pretty good--easily within walking distance of a mercado and many good/great restaurants and coffee shops.
Cons: The bed was a little firm for my wife's taste and the bathroom was smallish.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay was very nice. The lady working at the front desk went above and beyond for us as we were staying over Christmas. She worked so hard, and yet was always so friendly and willing to help out. The rooms were very nice, with a great view of the lake.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Carlos (one of the stuff) was the nicest guy that we had mate in our vacation
7.5 Good
Pros: The view was nice, the staff was nice. There was parking below the structure. The breakfast was nice.
Cons: Wifi barely worked for about two hours out of my stay -- the rest of the time it didn't at all. They reset it several times. That's a dealbreaker for me, as I had work to do.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view and location. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, VERY clean and comfortable
Cons: Nothing not to like!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very accommodating. Friendly, courteous and warm was our experience.
Cons: I didn’t appreciate booking.com saying that there was only one room left at the time of booking when we know that was untrue. It makes me distrust booking.com.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved our stay at the View Hotel. The owners are warm, welcoming and super friendly and helpful. When we checked in, they gave us a map with lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, and offered to help us with booking any excursions if we needed. Our room was lovely; a good size, with great storage for clothes, a mini fridge, good air con (we had really hot weather during our stay, so that was essential!), excellent bathroom with a really good shower, a comfy bed, and a beautiful view over the lake. It was also always super clean. The hotel is also in a great location - just a short walk from nearby restaurants and bars, and the town centre. Breakfast was good too, with plenty of choice, and again warm service from the hotel owners. Overall, the hotel has a really lovely family atmosphere and great hospitality, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely come back and stay again - highly recommended.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like. However, the hotel doors are always locked, so when we came back from being out late at night, we would have to ring the bell to be let in, waking the owners up each time. They never seemed to mind that in the slightest, and were always friendly and glad to see us back - but it did make us feel rather guilty about having to disturb them constantly. That's the only thing I would say, which wasn't really a downside at all for us, only perhaps for them!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is good, location is good to start hikes around Bariloche, private parking is available, rooms are clean, microwave and sink is in the room, bathroom was big
Cons: Slow WiFi, little English at the reception
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a very enjoyable stay here. The property is surrounded by a garden that seems more like a forest than anything else. It feels like a very welcome breathe of fresh air away from busy Bariloche. As a consequence, you get a beautiful view inside the tree canopy and all this nature from the room's wide windows. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful which went to very kind lengths to make my stay comfortable. I find it very easy to recommend this place if you want to relax and spend a few days to enjoy Bariloche. I stayed twice and did not regret it.
Cons: There are a few nitpicks and things I need to mention for the sake of fairness : - The road traffic nearby can get loud at busy hours, although the staff was more than accommodating to get a quiet room that helps a lot in that regard. I am a light sleeper and spent good nights. - The location is a ten minute walk up and down a steep hill from the center of bariloche. However there being a fairly priced restaurant on the property's doorstep and another 5 minutes away helps a lot if you, like me, are on foot. - The property has good wifi coverage but, being far from Bariloche, the bandwidth is not enormous. It wasn't much of an issue but it's something to bear in mind if this is a requirement for you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Can't get any better for the price, was surprised to see what we got for the price. Breakfast included.
Cons: Norhing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely recommend!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly personnel, very good breakfast, clean and spacious room, fridge and some tableware in the room. It's very good place to avoid morning/evening road jams as you're closer to the mountain, though because of this it's quite high and it takes around 15 min to get to the center of the village
Cons: There were not enough place to store staff, like any cupboard would work, but there was not any. Would be awesome to have a tea pot in the room ...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, decent size. Good shower. Little kitchenette in the room. Very helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Good location for bariloche.
Cons: A kettle in the room would be nice. Although there was a microwave which worked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very basic but good breakfast! Strong coffee :) Friendly yet down to earth staff, very low key, chill place. A great place to be a base camp :)
Cons: The facilities were quite basic and straightforward, which fit our needs perfectly. If someone was looking for more luxury, The walls were somewhat thin, which is to be expected for the area and age of the building. It wasn't a problem for us.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: 20 minute walk into town but not a problem for us
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing and was the hotel with the best English level during out long trip. Breakfast was also very good.
Cons: It's a bit far away from downtown but you can always take a taxi.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice design, great staff, comfortable room.
Cons: Location is a bit out of the way, but relatively quiet.

Pros: Excellent staff and restaurant!!! Denise was specially helpful. Very comfortable room with balcony and amazing view. We'll be back as soon as possible!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Spacy and comfortable room with magnificent views. Very well decorated hotel, with nice details and good size living room. Decent breakfast and although few staff, service is very good
Cons: Pool and spa could be better taken care and serviced. Rooms become very hot in the afternoon sun, awnings could be a simple solution.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: amazing place, great restaurant.
Cons: perhaps some heating system problem, the room was cold. Internet didn't work.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room, the staff, and the location.
Cons: Improved coffee would be great; everything else was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful small boutique hotel overlooking the lake. Secluded and quiet. Very nice restaurant in the hotel. Right off the Circuito Chico with hiking and other activities nearby. 5 minute drive to the dock for boats to Isla Victoria. Great restaurants nearby.
Cons: Quite a drive from the airport and is tucked away off a dirt road. No problem if you have a car.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were incredible, helpful and very accommodating. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are very spacious. Meals were of a very good quality.
Cons: Nothing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This is a good place to relax, far away from the hustle of Bariloche downtown, which is not very attractive. The staff is helpful, polite, friendly and speaks English very well. Denisse always cared for our concerns and gave us good advice regarding activities in the region. I also liked that it's a rather small hotel so that we had a really quiet and relaxing stay. The restaurant is very good! The quality of the meals is extraordinary and the restaurant has a lovely view on the lake and the mountains. Breakfast is good, with a lot of variety in sweets, whereas the selection of salty dishes is very basic (only ham, one sort of cheese and eggs). In general, the decoration of the hotel is genuine and appealing.
Cons: I would definitely recommend to book a deluxe room. Our standard room was located in the cellar and viewed mostly trees, which provoked a rather cold and dark atmosphere. I didn't expect that, regarding the photos shown on booking.com. In addition, the heating only worked in the third night (although the staff tried to fix it). We both had a little cold, so we would have appreciated the heating. Also, more sockets near the bed would be useful (actually, there was only one on each side for the lamp). All in all, the room felt a little like a "low budget option", although I don't consider 160 Dollar per night low budget. The outside area (pool, terrasse) didn't look very appealing. The rusty seating group is uncomfortable and the sunbeds are quite dirty. It would be little effort to replace those.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Stars And the facilities where great. The food is superb and the wine selection was out of this world. Prices where really affordable too.
Cons: There was nothing to complain during our whole stay at the hotel, we had a great experience.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The food is EXCELENT, gourmet food. The floor is heated in the whole appartament.

7.5 Good
Pros: Great location, staff friendly

Pros: The personnel is always polite and friendly, during our stay they were attentive to our requests. The hotel is spotless and I can't imagine a better view to enjoy while having breakfast, which btw is very complete and full of options. The restaurant and bar in the hotel are excellent. The restaurant has gourmet dinners that are top notch and the bar is a great place to have drinks. I'll definitely comeback to this hotel in my next trip to Bariloche.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Close walking distance to town centre. Good breakfast.
Cons: Bed a little too firm for me, but that’s just a personal choice.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel had a very good location
Cons: The quality of service of hotel staff was terrible, they are very unfriendly. For example, I had to insist several times so they can help me with a reservation on a local restaurant, as they insisted that I should do it or simply arrive to the restaurant. The service at the bar was even worst. One night we had to wait for about 20 minutes to order a couple of beers. The attitude of the bar tender was very unkind, unfortunately it was late at night and very cold, then we had to stay at the hotel; otherwise I would have never waited such a long time for a beer with very rude attitudes from the staff.
7.9 Good
Pros: Walking distance to everything downtown. Pool and sauna were nice. Decent size shower.
Cons: Tended to be very noisy at times. WiFi could be better.
6.7 Good
Pros: Quiet family room with 2 bathrooms
Cons: Breakfast during a tour group was chaotic and poorly managed. It was like vultures on carrion.
7.5 Good
Pros: The receptionist area is very well managed with great service support overall. They work very well together to go above and beyond client needs. They get five stars for helpfulness and service. The excursion desk at the hotel was also very helpful and had a lot of information to support guest tour requests. Location is great. It’s in the heart of the town and close to restaurants, shopping, the lake which is a few blocks walk.
Cons: The room itself is dated without air conditioning which makes it stuffy and warm. Although there is a ceiling fan it is not adding to the overall comfort. If you open the window you then have to contend with the street noise below. The bed mattress was very cheap, thin and generally uncomfortable. The restaurant waitstaff are not very good. The bathroom is dated and has an odd configuration with the toilet directly behind the door and in a tight corner making it awkward to use. They neglect tables and service is very slow. The breakfast was adequate but there were few healthy choices.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: No shower caps.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It has nice facilities, very clean, excellent breakfast.
Cons: The room was near a generator or something that kept making noise all night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: As positive, the hotel had a good location, a friendly staff and a big room
Cons: The negative points were that the swimming pool was kind of cold, so it was difficult to use in the winter ( we tried just once ) and the bed was not so comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent. Beds comfortable.
Cons: Activity director was aloof and not very helpful. But they may not even be connected with hotel. Heat was hard to regulate.

Cons: Nothing special.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very central location with an easy walk to downtown. Excellent breakfast with polite and attentive staff. Brilliant pianist playing most nights was a wonderful treat. Efficient check-in and proficient staff. Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Reliable wi-fi. Able to relax in front lounge with drinks to chill-out in comfort.
Cons: Nothing to report here. Everything was perfect.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great central location. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and sorted our dripping air conditioning.
Cons: We were given a room with a wet room bathroom so floor wet and shower fixing unstable. Also air conditioning started dripping water.
6.7 Good
Pros: Wonderful piano player in the foyer Best massage I’ve ever had from Veronica Upgraded to an enormous suite-wow!
Cons: No Wi-fi except in foyer- staff shrug Unhelpful staff Re my ski lift photo which didn’t arrive Bath in front of view- lovely- crept the window does steam up!!! So lying in the bath looking at the view is not an option! No reply to several requests for airport shuttle which booking.com insists they do - they don’t. And their taxi service is a rip-off
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff at check in were extremely professional, polite and gave us great service, especially the lady, unfortunately I didn’t get her name
6.3 Good
Pros: the location was good, breakfasta was OK
Cons: We made a reservation of two rooms, one with three beds and one with a double bed(or two beds) The first night we received the double-bed room plus a room with only two beds. Hotel staff insisted on saying that we were receiving an upgrade because both rooms had a nice view over the lake. To me, the service did not conform to my reservation and I made a complaint. Some staff were even rude, instead of apologizing for the mistake. The second night we received another room, which had three beds as requested.
7.1 Good
Pros: The breakfast, especially the eggs were great!!
Cons: The room was above the kitchen. So it always smelled like food in our room.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location is great / Superior room Lake view is incredible / Breakfast is very good / SPA is great / Staff is very friendly
Cons: Too much noisy hotel -> room doors do not close totally, and all noise from corridor is practically inside the room. Walls are very thin, and any noise in nearby rooms are heard very high. Shower bathtub with leaks so bathroom was wet all the time.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nicely decorated. Good location. Lovely lobby. Gracious staff.
Cons: Beds were very saggy and uncomfortable. I asked them to put a wooden slats beneath the mattress, which helps a little bit. Slow Internet, which you have to be in the lobby to use
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are excellent, the view of the lake was amazing, my room had a deck, the breakfast was very good and location was also very good. I am coming back to Bariloche and have already made a booking at this hotel.
Cons: everything was perfect..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
