As soon as confirmation emailed arrived and I realized my mistake, I called on the phone to change the reservation to a refundable rate. Cons (-) The room was a sham! The "two story" suite is just two rooms on top of each other with a super steep, small spiral staircase up and down. The "jet tub" was a regular size tub with two small jets that hardly worked. The curtains where torn and stapled together! Definitely not the Hilton quality I'm use to.
