Location was amazing. Right in the center of little Italy. Ocean in the background cute courtyard.
The view of the building 5 feet from my window was claustrophobic inducing. Very tiny room. Should be able to request a room with some kind of view . Parking was not included , no vouchers for nearby parking . Adds to your overall bill by quite a bit .
Location was perfect. Right in the middle of Little Italy and many food and other options withing walking distance.
Unfortunately the room was small, I mean really small. I was told it was their last room on the web site and was only a bit cheaper than the rooms with Queen and King sized beds. The room I did have had a full size bed and that should have been a clue to the smaller room size, but this was TINY. Had I not been in such a good location, I would have left the hotel and looked for someplace else. And that is too bad, I really liked the place but for the money, it really was not worth the value.
The location was fabulous. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. The room was very clean.
The bathroom was very small and our room very dark. There was a strong scent of cleaning product.
Location is great! Close to Amtrak Santa Fe station, 10 min walk only (flew to Los Angeles, then took train). Little Italy is just around the corner, plenty of food choices. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is smaller than what the picture shows, but it was clean and all amenities included with comfy bed! The breakfast was basic: fruit plenty of bread choices, cereal, coffee, juice and milk. The space to have the actual meal is small. We had no trouble since we woke up early. If its crowded, you can take it up to your room. No problem.
The close proximity of Little Italy and the many Resturants available. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and went out of their way to please, including offering wine as we sat outside.
Two suitcase was one to many for the tiny room. The wash basin was next to the bed with no room for toiletries. The telephone was on the wall out of reach from the bed. The aesthetics were unkempt, unkept and unfinished. We had another couple at hotel, but there was no room to sit and talk in our rooms...
