The room is nice. Bathroom is very nicely done. The fridges currently are being updated and were removed from all rooms. U request one to bring if needed - but it will be some old model and it does not fit in the “fridge space” I thought the common Hlwy’s carpets are poorly maintained. Outdoor space is very nice!!!! Pros (+) Nothing.
Cons (-) When I arrived, the hot water and the customer service of the staff left for vacation.
Pros (+) The location to get to restaurants and shopping was within walking distance and there was a spa onsite.
Cons (-) Parking was bad. Also it was hard to relax, you could hear the neighbors conversations clearly and there was no movies to rent to just relax. Not what we imagined for our staycation.
Pros (+) Nice room, amenities and staff. Probably the highest end hotel in La Jolla. Staff is very accommodating and definitely this is my "go-to" when I stay in La Joalla.

He then informed me the area by the front door was for valet and we'd have to move. I told him we were there to register and unload and then move the car to self-park. Cons (-) The first room we checked into was dirty- hair on bed/pillows. We moved rooms. No amenities like fridge, shower cap, robes, etc. Very basic, simple but nice.. you have to ask for any of the "extras".

Pros (+) Beautiful hotel, we loved the lounge bar style and the rooms had a cool look to it. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Nico and the front desk. My husband and I enjoyed out quick romantic getaway and loved the proximity of this hotel.
