Large room, good bathroom. Good restaurant, good breakfast. No air-conditioning or even fan.No English spoken.
The folks were extremely nice, friendly, and very helpful, especially for my wife who does not speak Italian. Nothing about the hotel, although the law in Italy that prevents the heat from being turned on is crazy. But then in Roma we could not have the air conditioning on either.
Pasports had to be send to next hotel of our holidays, because they need a lot of time to fill in documents at arriving time. We ask 2 times for our pasports. Following morning by check-out they dont give our doc.
This is a clean, well run hotel in the middle of town. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to go there again.
The location up in the mountains in a hill town area was wonderful - a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
The location is superb. It is very quiet and away from any kind of noise. The rooms are spacious and they have a roustic character. They were very clean. The heating was not enough. There is no central heating and the air conditioning was not enough to heat the room.
the location is in a quiet natural place just 1 km from the wonderful St.Severina Village. The restaurant is very good. The room have a traditional style which is very beautiful and very comfortable as well. The staff is helpful. The price is excellent.
We very much enjoyed the location of the hotel and it's silence. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The old furniture in the rooms was a bit stinky. The breakfast was being served a bit late.
Good central location to visit the beaches and the interior of the country (natural park Le Sila). Very friendly staff. Diner is excellent.
Excellent experience. The accommodation was amazing value for the price. For 28 euros I stayed in a very large room all by myself with a huge bed and very nice bathroom. They have a pool and breakfast and dinner are included (and delicious!) What really set it apart, though, was the hospitality of the staff. I am a young woman traveling alone, and they really took care of me.
Some of the staff spoke good English (a rarity in Calabria).
Excellent quality/price ratio (but I rent a room in special offer).
Very nice and comfortable place for peaceful relaxing with the great mountain views and a nice dog called Maara. Some of the staff spoke English and the medieval town Santa Severina was great and autenthic.
