Pros (+) Walk around downtown. Well designed rooms.
Pros (+) The room was comfortable, well laid out, and immaculate. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and close to the University where I had meetings. I ate dinner at the Bistro and the food was fabulous. Our server was amazing and described the dishes perfectly. Delicious meal!! Overall the hotel is beautiful. I do plan to return.
Cons (-) Please know that the front desk staff is kind and friendly. However, while escorted to my room no one offered to assist me with my bags. I wasn't aware there was no lift and would have to negotiate stairways. My room was up a flight of stairs and with back problems carrying my heavy suitcase can be tricky. It's a bit embarrassing for me to ask for help with what may seem a not too heavy bag for mo...
