Pros: Great location wonderful staff fabulous food
Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful ,the hotel was spotlessly clean and the food was really good.
Cons: The village didn’t have a lot going on.
Pros: The owners were very obliging and keen to make sure we were comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant which was wonderful, delicious local flavours. The buffet breakfast had a huge range of cereals, juices, fruit and pastries. We were able to explore the nearby Castle, walk the Tibetan bridge. What a spectacular area!
Pros: We were delighted to discover such a gem and spend a couple of special days in this beautiful place. The location is wonderful and the memory of walking in the village, chatting to the friendly locals and enjoying the beautiful scenery is something we will cherish. The room was very comfortable and clean. The kind and generous hospitality of Vincenzo, Rosanna, Nonna and Rudolfo was very much appreciated and the highlight was the delicious food cooked by Rosanna and Nonna, served in the lovely dining room - local traditions using ingredients such as polenta, porcini mushrooms, meats, divine prosciutto, cheeses, cherries and home-made pasta and all the dishes prepared with love and a delicate hand. The food was exceptional and all we could think about after finishing one meal was what we were going to eat at the next one! Nonna’s bean soup, pasta e fagioli, polenta with vegetables (Mbaniccia - a delicious local speciality) - all divine! We would definitely return and unreservedly recommend this amazing place.
Pros: The staff were more friendly than family. Best hospitality we have ever had anywhere! The room was great and so was the breakfast. If we come back here we would 100% stay here again.
Cons: That we didn't stay more than one night.

Pros: The couple who own this accommodation are very pleasant and helpful, and speak very little English. They offered for us to join them for a substantial evening meal (reasonable price) but we had our own picnic. Big sofa-bed in a good-sized room with en-suite. The location/setting is breath-taking. Lake set in mountains. Views are amazing. Clear dark night sky - like walking in space. Bring your own bottle-opener for wine though.
Cons: Sofa bed dipped in the middle - needs support to level out.
Pros: The owners Giovanna and Alessio!!! Very kind, attentive, generous. Always ready to help. The nature around the chalet. The chalet. Super!

Pros: We loved our time at Chalet Vista Lago. The peaceful location is amazing and Giovanna & Alessio are the perfect hosts.
Pros: Stunning remote location with amazing hosts - we had some amazing walks in near by mountains and barely saw a person all day. The place is remote and basic, but great to get away from it all for a few days - the dinner option was also very nice.
Cons: The room was a little damp, it was early ion the season and the weather was colder than usual so we think that the rooms had not had a proper chance to warm/dry out after the long winter
Pros: I came as a stranger and went as a friend. The place is unbelievable beautiful , if you love nature and silence you should go there. Giovanna and Alessio are such a nice couple. They made my stay unforgettable. I wish I had more time. I will definitely come back! 100% recommendations!!!
