Guests consistently mention the hotel's good location and some comfortable facilities, but there are frequent complaints about poor service, lack of cleanliness, and disappointing breakfast quality and quantity. Issues such as unclean rooms, unfriendly or inattentive staff, basic or insufficient breakfast, and maintenance problems are common. While a few reviews highlight attentive staff and pleasant amenities like the pool, the overall sentiment is negative due to recurring service and hygiene shortcomings.AI-Generated from customer reviews
