Pros. I like the location, room was amazing, breakfast was exelent
Pros. The hotel is beautiful, well-appointed, modern and in a great location. It is across the street from a pretty park, near great restaurants (all price ranges), banks, 1/2 mile from the largest mall in Santiago. The buffet breakfast offers everything and is in a lovely large restaurant with a large outdoor patio. The swimming pool is small but the view is spectacular and the cabana area is nice. The hotel staff is friendly, professional and the service we received was great.
Cons. The elevator system is confusing. To get from the entrance to the reception and restaurant floor is one elevator bank. To get to your room is a different elevator bank. To get to the pool area is another elevator bank. The pool area has a cocktail bar area which is a bit of a young party scene. Need more hooks in the bathroom.
Pros. Glitzy decor and very friendly staff.
Cons. The layout of the hotel is very confusing... You have to take multiple elevators to get anywhere. The pool also was not heated.
