Amazing stay! Such a wonderfully unique hostel. One of the staff fixed my broken rear derailleur without blinking an eye! Wonderful choice and I give it a rating of 10/10!
Staff was very friendly. Hostel has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Facilities were very clean and very functional. The Japanese room was great to stay in. The room was clean, has a good airflow (one window opens to a terrace), is large enough for two people, and we found the futon mats comfortable.
The Japanese room is next to a male dorm, which was quite noisy.
Atmosphere and kitchen was well stocked. The location was good next to a metro station but a bit far from most of the sites.
We stayed in the Japanese room in the annex and upon arrival found that there was no AC which we weren’t expecting. Also the futons were really thin, that we had to double up and sleep two people on a single futon. Even then it was very uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well. There also was no storage or table in the room. It would be worth investing in better futon, as this was by far the worst we have stayed on and was also the most expensive per night.
Really nice design hostel, with a new garden and bar. I was in the newly built annexe and it was really nice and clean.
Everything is wood which is nice, but also really noisy in the dorm.
Right next to a subway station, convenient travel friendly staff, speaks english, warm welcome Refunds my stay after i told them I got bed bug bites. Good value
I had serious bed bug bites all over my body, both legs, arms and hands. I found out on the morning after the first night there. My girlfriend travels with me and stayed in other places together with me but did not get bites. So it’s definitely the bed at Untapped, not any beds before. They need to do bug control on this. Washing machine did not dry completely Beddings are not very comfortable, but sleep well Can get hot with the curtain closed.
