Great location, lovely classic luxury hotel
Located in the center of Sapporo and is walkable from JR Sapporo Station. I could relax in the spacious room with a comfortable sofa. None
Good location that was walking distance to many tourist sites, restaurants, and transportation. It had several comprehensive breakfast buffets. Lots of bathroom samples and extras. The room itself was clean but felt a bit outdated and worn, especially the bathroom, as did the hallway. Room seemed larger in photo.
Bad hotel. Aging infrastructure. Didn't let us check in till 3 in the afternoon. Had to roam around in bitter cold for the room to get ready.
It's located in the heart of Sapporo, it's easy to get around from the location. The room came included with nice robes and slippers. If you can book with the meals I would highly recommend it. There's three excellent brunch spots to choose from with 2 being buffets. It was probably because I was staying during the Sapporo Snow Festival that it costs more than $300 a night but it was still too rich for my blood.
Easy to book on internet. Staff speak English. No gym. No onsen. Bar closes too early.
Location was great! Very near to Sapporo station and Hokkaido university. Massage chair was a great addition. Staff was very friendly, at first they gave us a bedroom with twin bed, although there were a bit difficulty on communication, they moved us to a room with double bed.
Hotel is close to many department stores & shopping centres & Odori Park. It is also within walking distance (<15 minutes) to train station and Susukino (a major dining and entertainment area). Staff have excellent manner and are ready to help. Room is spacious (we stayed at a Superior room which surely helped) and comfortable. There are not many extra facilities (not totally sure but I think there is no swimming pool, spa or gym within the hotel) although we do not need them anyway. Overall, good value for money and better than expected.
It was conveniently located. The rooms are spacious, but it was no four-star. The bathrooms were kind of gross. It was not very upgraded or modern.
The hotel is located quite neighborhood which is still closed to restaurants, department stores, and izakaya. We only had limited times when we interacted with the staffs but they are friendly and respectful. Distance from Sapporo station
