Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to downtown, restaurants, and attractions. Cleanliness and comfort were highlighted in several reviews, especially regarding the rooms and amenities. However, many guests were disappointed with the service, citing unfriendly or unhelpful staff and issues with room cleaning and communication. Parking was a frequent complaint due to high valet costs and lack of alternatives. Breakfast also received criticism for limited options, unclear policies, or not being included. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out positively, service and extra charges detracted from the experience.
