The hotel and staff were awesome! We stayed for a youth sporting event. Manager Austin and his staff were extremely accommodating to our group. They went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Opt for a Room Away from Elevators
Some guests reported noise disturbances from rooms close to the elevators, impacting their sleep quality.
Consider Bringing Slippers
A few guests mentioned that the floors in the rooms didn't feel the cleanest, so having slippers could be a good idea for added comfort.
Check Nearby Dining Options
The hotel is convenient to the airport and major roadways, but there are limited dining and shopping options nearby, so it's advisable to plan dining arrangements in advance.
Be Mindful of Room Design
The open concept design of the rooms, with the sink located outside the bathroom, and the shower and toilet areas separated by a thin wall, may not appeal to everyone, especially older couples or those seeking comfort.
Consider Noise Levels
Some guests noted that the air conditioner was very noisy, which could potentially affect light sleepers.
Verify Early Check-in Charges
Guests reported being asked to pay an early check-in fee for a very short early check-in duration, so it's advisable to clarify such charges in advance.
Bring Your Own Toiletries
A few guests mentioned that the hotel did not provide complimentary coffee or a coffee maker in the room, and the provided toiletries were minimal, so bringing your own might be helpful.
Plan for Additional Costs
Some amenities such as room cleaning, access to the pool, and speedy Wi-Fi come with additional charges, so it's good to be aware of these potential extra costs.
Consider Noise from Airport
Note that the hotel is near the airport, so guests should be prepared for potential airport noise during their stay.
Check for Breakfast Options
While many guests praised the breakfast, a few mentioned specific issues with the coffee and suggested improvements, so it's worth checking the current breakfast offerings.
