Pros (+) Breakfast (modified buffet due to CoVid) was outstanding. Restaurant / bar staff was top rate. Pillows were very comfortable. Hotel was clean and quiet. Vending machines sold small bottles of wine!
Cons (-) I specifically paid extra for a room that had a view of the airport runway, but instead was given a room with a view of the opposite building wall. I requested an iron and ironing board via the app, was told it was delivered but never arrived.
Pros (+) Great staff! I arrived around 11 am after an exhaustive trip from SFO and my checked bag had not made my flight.. The staff was so accommodating, offering a few things to make my stay a little easier. Thank you so much!
