We were covered in bug bites after staying here. The hotel was extremely unhelpful after I contacted them and told them. I said I read other reviews (after staying here) that said they also received bites and were given compensation and then the manager had us take pictures of our bites and email them to them. Then they contacted me a few days later to say there were no bugs in the room and just left it at that. I emailed back that I was unsatisfied with their response and they still haven't replied to me.
Polite staff. Very close walking distance from restruants and key arena.
A/C units barley work so rooms were very hot. Beds were uncomfortable. Cold water did not work in the shower so it was impossible to shower. No available parking. We had to park 6 blocks away from the hotel.
It was awful. Holes in bathroom walls, bathroom window painted shut, tile missing; old electrical wiring scary; underpowered air conditioner, smelly, Clearly a welfare hotel.
It was convenient, it met my need which was a place to sleep after going to a play so that I did not have to commute to work in the morning. The bed was comfortable. This place would be great in any Euro-city or even in US for someone traveling and staying on a budget. Nice little kitchen with utensils.
The city noise, but that is to be expected in any older hotel in a city.
The location was perfect. You're a mile from anything you'd like too see.
From the pictures, I expected something much nicer. The room, the twin bed with kitchenette, was.....subpar. The paint was cracked and peeling in all the rooms, the bath tub was small and old, rusted and chipped. The kitchenette is archaic and fits into the size of a closet. The walk in closet is actually bigger. It's more than a quarter of the room. The beds are the size of cots. Parking.. Costs $25... there are less than ten parking spots for the hotel, located in an alley that it is impossible to get down if someone is parked in the first spot. Be prepared to pay for parking on the street. This hotel needs a makeover and then, and only then, would I be okay with paying what they're asking...which cost more than my plane ticket from Alabama to Seattle for a four day stay.
Carpet needed replacing in our room, bathtub needed repair
The place was disgusting when we got there and there were no other hotels in Seattle to book so we could get out of there, so we were forced to sleep in rooms that had hairs and stains all over the room from previous people. It was disgusting. Won't ever stay there again.
Kitchen, staff, location. Good value.
Older property, needs some renovation.
The adorable mini kitchens! It felt like playing house :)
