Ciel Hotel

Pros: A new hotel so its very clean. Great location next to Seoul time square. The only thing I'd change are the pillows, but now I'm just being too picky. The bed was actually super comfortable.

Cons: The pool wasn't open even though there was a sign saying it was open. My wife and I would have liked to use it.

Cons: Hot water wasn't particularly hot at all, nor persistent. Picture of the Deluxe Double room didn't match, very minor detail though as the deluxe is fantastic.

Cons: Even though there was a screen on the window, opening the window resulted in multiple mosquitoes coming into the room. Not exactly the hotel's fault, of course, but bothersome all the same.
