Cons. Outdated, expensive, staff needs more training in guest service especially the front desk and restaurants
Cons. Arrived late and had a hard time seeing signage for the hotel. Ended walking through a cigarette infested casino and saw people being carted off for excessive drinking. NOT the type of experience I wanted my 7 year old to see. The smoke is so bad that I could still smell it all the way upstairs in our non smoking room.
Cons. Food quality (other than breakfast), and options and very slow service.
Pros. We loved the cleanliness of the resort, how there's an entire section for smoke-free guests, and pool, and the events. This time they had a small Christmas market full of local crafts and art works on sale. We got some fantastic deals. The staff was all very courteous, and they do allow pets! The golf course is quite large and beautiful taken care of. I am not a golfer myself but I was interested in playing just after seeing the course.
Cons. There were a fair amount of restaurants but there were not a lot of vegetarian options. Most of the food was a bit bland. There is no ethnic cuisine to choose from. Fortunately Olympia is not too far away and there is a very good Indian restaurant there.
