Room is always clean and in good shape. Always has hot water available and the bellmen in the lobby are the best in Shenzhen. If you need anything in Shenzhen, talk to the bellmen! Location to me is awesome.
The front desk staff continues to not measure up. First, they do not understand there own check in procedures. Second, average English in the actual check-in staff which is not there fault. My fault for not knowing Chinese. Second, if your checking in or out and your from another country, if someone Chinese walks up to the desk, they stop your check in, help them and come back to you afterwards. This is normal in China but its overboard in this hotel. They just cant get there front desk procedures right at all. I don't think they have the ability to fix this problem.
Room and location
Front desk staff is 100 percent rude and does not understand website bookings. If you book on a website check your bank account as they charge you twice for your room so you end up paying double. You explain to staff and show them paperwork and they still do not have the ability to understand. Bad service
The location was convinient as it was right next to the train station but that was all.
The images online showed a completely different room from what was the actual condition at the hotel. Staff was super rude when i brought this to their attention; only good for a short stay and because of proximity to the train station.
Close to Louhu gate, Donggman shopping area, and subway.
Hard to get a non-smoking room
Very good hotel for this price!
Internet connection in the Hotel is not fast. Breakfast could have been better.
concreige great help in arranging transport to HKIA
strong stale smell in rooms
Great hotel, good value for money, friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. Excellent location. Close to Metro Station, shopping, food places etc. Will stay there for sure if I go back to Shenzhen.
The Gym opens only at 7am
Location and the Staff service
We stayed on the 9th floor, and the Music (super-bass) was so loud that we can't get to sleep at all - till 3 a.m. in the morning. This would be a disaster for those business travelers who need early sleep /rest during the night.
A lot of value for money in this hotel. Very easy if you have to connect to Hong Kong from here. Very pleasant people as well.
I stayed at the Hotel many times find staff very helpfull and friendly. Good location and excellent value for money
The hotel is easy walking distance to the Louhu Commercial Centre and train station.
The bed was very hard, tv programmes did not cater for English speaking guests.
they have internet access within the rooms. gym and swimming pool. restaurant that is open. english speaking services.
i think it is a little pricey.
I have stayed here before.Never found anything wrong with anything in the hotel. Will continue to stay here for all future trips to Shenzhen.
The general feeling is one of Dilapidation. It fees run down everywhere except the lobby, this includes rooms and swimming pools. The architecture is very bad and breakfast in the "Executive Lounge" was so disgusting I got up and left. I will never return to this hotel - the summum of everything that is typically bad in China.
