Booked for 2 nights (non-refundable) based on reviews. The price was okay. The A/C worked well. The office smelled of curry, and as another reviewer said, the proprietor did not speak very good English. The room felt like a prison - cinder block walls painted yellow, and bare fluorescent ceiling and vanity lights. There was only a sheet and a bedspread on the bed. Needless to say, I didn't feel like snuggling up to the bedspread which probably gets washed once a year! The grounds were generally run down. I forfeited my second nights fee and went elsewhere. I think the positive reviews are bogus.
Room was more than adequate for the price. It was clean, firm bed, microwave, and fridge. Found the proprietor to be very friendly and helpful.
For the price is was good.
It was conveniently located in the heart of Sheridan, but very quiet inside the rooms. Felt safe. felt like the room had been 'rushed cleaned'; couple of candy wrappers on the floor when we arrived. The rooms are very aged. The 'marble' in the sink was cracking and the countertop was very chipped. The complimentary lotion bottle was half empty.
Friendly Bed squeak
Can you put a blanket on the bed?
The clean, heated indoor pool was great-I think it's saltwater, which I prefer over chlorine. Mini fridge & microwave in room. Good shower & water pressure. Free WiFi Internet was fast. Parking is free & the area had bright lighting & felt safe & secure. I read the hotel has an indoor pool/hot tub. There's no hot tub. Pool is nice, but no towels are in the pool area. We had to bring the only 2 towels provided in room & ask for more. There should be more than 2 towels per room & towels in the pool room.
staff very friendly and accommodating. quite. bed was slightly soft for me. I prefer a firmer mattress, but overall good rest.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. We arrived late in the evening, and the room was comfortable and quiet and clean. The breakfast had some hot items as well as the usual continental fare. The room and bathroom were both spacious. The orange juice at breakfast was nasty-tasting, but there was also the option of apple juice, which tasted fine.
It was just off the Interstate, easy to find. It was off to itself, creating a safer feeling environment. Staff was friendly and did their job, cleanliness was A-1. Their amenities were good, and they had everything I needed. Nothing I can think of worth mentioning.
Bedspread was dirty.
Very friendly staff. Needed a hotel close to an event in White Hall so convenience was essential. Within walking distance or drive to multiple food options. Very close to highway. A little 'lean' on amenities (no towels initially in room and had to convince late night desk clerk that we REALLY didn't have towels--three adults in room but clerk would only give me two towels).
The room was dirty. The towels were not clean. The heater kept up a squeaking noise all night. The dresser had one drawer that was torn completely out. I would never stay here again.
