5.0 Okay
Cons: The hotel is most definitely not an eight. 4 at best the rooms are tired and smell of smoke.

Cons: Room keys had to be reset every day.
6.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast and nice pool
Cons: Smells like cigarettes smoke. Make all rooms non smoking.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The price and location. Also had a pleasant variety of options for the complimentary breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom was one of the smaller ones I've seen in my travels (fine for one night but a tad cramped if on an extended stay) and the shower water knob wasn't the most intuitive. Also no desk in the room; otherwise very nice room & overall experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was fine and staff is always friendly
Cons: Everything was fine
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is concerned for the guest.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: WAY overpriced
1.0 Poor

Cons: The floor we were on had teenagers running and screaming ibavk and forth on our floor we reported it 3 times on the 4th time ask to be moved course they said they weren't any open rooms they promised to come up But nothing was done st 1am still going
3.7 Mediocre
Cons: The bed is not comfortable at all. The closet has water water damage and molded. Some front desk stuff are not helpful at all. Won't stay there again.
4.5 Okay
Pros: I was lured by the historical aspect of the hotel.
Cons: This hotel needs significant care and renovations. It is not clean. The wallpaper in the halls is peeling. The carpet is worn. The curtains are not functional in the room where we stayed. The water temperature and pressure are inconsistent. I could go on.
9.7 Excellent
Cons: Didn't like hearing that it will be permanently closing.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The room was ok, if not a little dirty and the carpet was wet. Enjoyed the in room fridge and microwave. Enjoyed the high floor request was accommodated. Enjoyed he free parking. The elevators were prompt.
Cons: Ok...first, checkin. When there is an obvious line, don't help they people being rude and cutting in first! It tells me that you don't care about your guests. Then there was the flies. Oh the flies. In the evening, we joined friends for a game night, pre-wedding activity and while it was ok, the room had a major fly problem. They were on the tables, on the food, on our drinks. It was terrible. And there was no indication the hotel was interested in fixing that. Then, at breakfast, the flies were back and EVERYWHERE! They were on the food, the drinks, the baked goods, the "clean" plates, our table, and on the people. Approaching the coffee station made them buzz all around and get in your coffee and it was gross. The hotel also was very disorganized as far as the wedding details, and we little to no help to guests. And finally, at check out, they handed me a bill and it was for more money, above what we had already paid in advance. Waiting for that to come through on my card now. Overall, if you want to simulated what a hotel in Botswana is like, stay at the Abraham Lincoln. I've stayed in boatswains, so I can make that comparison. Old building, hardly helpful staff, dirty rooms, and flies every where.
7.6 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean, bed was nice.
Cons: The front of the hotel is really scary. I was not sure if the hotel was actually there because it looked closed.
6.2 Good
Pros: Excellent customer service at front desk.
Cons: Room was clean but hallway on 16th floor had very musty, stale odor.

Pros: Wow I don’t even know where to begin.. I have nothing but nice things to stay.. from our check in to check out, it was perfect. The facility is exceptionally clean and updated. The gentleman that checked us in deserve a promotion. The amount showing on their end was a bit higher than what booking is, without any hassle, he contacted booking and fixed the issue. This is my birthday trip, and also a trip to look at apartments around the area since we’re relocating. We ended up booking an additional stay. The barbecue grill is not that clean but when we told them about the oil catching on fire, they cleaned it the following day. I honestly can’t think of anything bad. The TV is updated that we’re able to plug in our Fire-Stick. The WiFi is flawless so we’re able to watch movies without any problem with our Fire TV.
Cons: I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about the hotel other than the people above that was extremely noisy early in the morning but that’s not the hotel’s fault,

Cons: The first think you’re hit with in lobby is a strong smoke smell. It was dank and floor looked dirty. Same with elevator and hallway. Got to my room and the bed was stripped with the linens rolled up in a ball in the corner. Bathroom light was on. Made me unsure if the bathroom was cleaned.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The only thing that I liked about the hotel was that I had a place to play my head for the night. Other than that, my experience was horrible; and I will be reporting this to the Quality Inn and Suites Corporate office and leaving a review on your website
Cons: The hotel was in a poorly lit dark area. The hotel smelled like Marijuana. My room was not up to standard. (Neither of them). Toilet was backing up. Customer service at the front desk(woman) was not appropriate in resolving my issue or complaint.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Reservations were not found and had to set up as a new stay. Wrong room type at first and when to the correct room asked for extra blankets and pillows. They didnt know where to find them. Never answered when calling front desk.
4.8 Okay
Pros: The beds and pillows were comfortable. The tv worked. It's conveniently located. Easy parking. Friendly staff. The A/C until t worked well and was not too noisy as are some I have experienced in budget hotels.
Cons: By 8:45am, much of the breakfast items were out. By 9am breakfast items were taken away. I feel they should offer breakfast until 9:30 or 10. 9am is too early to end it. Also, the carpeting was fraying in spots. There was a water issue on our first morning - the shower was hot only. There was no other option- it was either take a really hot shower, way too hot, or none at all. This was fixed for the rest of my stay. My room lacked an ironing board and iron. I called for one, waited 35 minutes, called again, was told "oh, I forgot, I'm so sorry" and waited 10 more minutes for it to be brought to my room. Lastly, since it's not the level of vote for room service, they should have more vending machine options. They have a machine for drinks, and a very old machine for snacks...very old...like an antique...with about 20 snack items. Overall, the hotel needs a little facelift, and a little more attention to the breakfast.

Pros: Breakfast was okay. I was not up in time to partake.
Cons: My adult granddaughter found bugs in her bed. She collected them and took them to the front desk. They gave us a different room. My granddaughter moved to the other room and I stayed in booked room because I was half asleep and did not want to repack and move. At 330 am a lady came to my room very upset and mad. She made me get out of that room and move to the other room where my granddaughter moved. She claimed she had to inspect the room and bed with the bugs. She said I had paid for one room and not two. The next we were both worn out from lack of sleep and had to go to a funeral. Not sure I will ever stay in another Comfort Inn.

Cons: Made a mistake thought I had smoking hotel/room because I had contacted several hotels in the area prior to booking. Anyway I smoked in the room. Hotel desk person came to my room and told me smoking was not allowed, why or how he suspected I was smoking I don't know. We had a pleasant exchange Explained my mistake and told him I wouldn't do it again and I DIDN'T. However, he came back about 30 minutes later and asked if I was smoking again and I told him NO, not since his initial visit. How or why he thought, or suspected I was smoking I don't know. On the second visit, which pissed me off, I was still cordial with him. .He proceed to tell me he was going to call the cops if I smoked again. Although I obeyed his initial request I wonder why the second visit and the use of the threat of calling the cops. Guess black people aren't civil enough to leave on their own if asked for violating hotel policy. Acting naive the hotel desk guy, when he came the 2nd ,time claimed he talked to his manager who told him to tell me if I smoked again he would call the cops to remove me. Not during any of this was I confrontational in any manner so why the "cop threat?" Don't like saying it but other than me being black why a cop threat! I am a retired serviceman and I don't have a problem following rules. I do have a problem with folks who try to mask their true agenda. I did stop at the desk and politely gave him a piece of my mind when I went out for the evening.
