We liked everything. Very nice place. The staff was super friendly.
The location was great! The hotel was remodeled a few years ago, and looks great. I would recommend it to friends and family
easy to find room was quite great tv will go back
not a thing
It was nice, clean, friendly and had excellent location for our purposes.
For the star-level the place had a flimsy feel to it; like it was built on the cheap. The decor was nice, but that doesn't overcome feeling like a Motel 6. For the star-level and price it I expect higher quality.
Quiet and clean.
Small pool, but it didn't bother us, as we had it to ourselves.
Had to pay for breakfast. Also had to move to different room due to my kid playing with his new shoes at 3pm in the afternoon
The staff was friendly and the room was clean and tidy. It was cleaned each day and done promptly.
No free breakfast.
We liked the location and the atmosphere of this hotel.
There really wasn't anything we didn't like.
I have to say this is probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Attentive staff. Tables already set with flatware and linens. Fresh food.
The hotel is quite nice but is likely due for a remodel sometime soon.
The staff was so friendly and helpful! They straightened our room (which was quite messy with the kids!) after the first night, even posing their stuffed animals after making the bed. The front desk staff were very helpful. We loved staying there :)
It was quiet. Nice to have resturant next door to meet family/friends. Appreciate having pool/exercise room when bringing grandchildren.
Not able to get a small breakfast. For example coffee & rolls. Staff make you feel like a $9.95 breakfast is what every guest should want and it isn't . It looks good but I truly have seen few use.
Nice entry way - carts available. Clean pool area - coffee, tea and water provided in lobby, as well as fresh dessert/cookies each evening. Staff was great - always very professional and nice. Good quality soap and shampoo. Comfortable beds with pillows.
Breakfast - not free and not cheap. No operating fan in bath room although one was clearly installed near the ceiling - why hotels let steam enter their rooms day after day and not notice the toll it takes on walls, fixtures and a 'smell' after a while.
Room was spacious and very clean. Plenty of light and quiet.
Complimentary glass of wine cost 6 dollars two of the days had no maid service elevator smell of swamp key access didn't work at side door. I won't be back and I'm Hilton honor diamond
Comfortable room and a Keurig coffee maker!
The lobby was really crowded at check in due to a local chamber event. Lots of people in the lobby and a full parking lot.
Nice, clean, easy to find. Good location to food n shopping.
They dont serve food at the hotel friday through sunday. So basically weekends which is.misleading bc they dont post that anywhere on their website. They tell u wen u try n order food n room service. You can hear kids.scream n run through hallways.
They over charged my car and wasn't trying to fix it!
Room was clean. Somewhat close to destination near Rosedale.
Upon entering lobby the first thing noticed was disarray of area. Dirty dishes on tables , chairs askew and slippery tlies from water on floor. No one was around to tidy this area. Much noise from room above for much of stay. Noisy halls.
Gardens were beautiful. Staff worked hard to meet our needs.
We choose a 3 star hotel which listed a restaurant due to my wife's physical condition. It was my understanding that they served breakfast and dinner. They were closed both nights we were there.
We had one room with a bad shower head and the other with a loud vibration in the air conditioning.....to loud to sleep at night. Requested change room or repair. Hotel full. Request made early am and problem not resolved until 10:30 at night.
Huge room, high ceilings
People above us and outside our room were quite loud!
I was disappointed with the small pool. The room smelled musty and the woodwork was dirty. The mirror was cracked.
Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was a bit small but the hot tub was great! Loud machine noise outside my room right over the entry that sounded like a small plane starting up and landing that seemed more on than off. Had free internet that was excellent.
