The worst experience ever and definitely not worth what I paid for this hotel…not ever again!!! It was nasty, base boards were off, elevator screamed, stains on carpets and chairs, hole in the wall fixtures. Left early couldn’t stay the entire night. I don’t think using this service (3rd Party) is worth what I went through.
Pros. The lobby and breakfast area are clean and updated.
Cons. Dead bugs and food all over the stained carpeting in the room. Was it even vacuumed? Sheets were stained and we had to replace them ourselves. Bedcovers had fresh stains and clearly were not washed. When requested a new room in friendly and even apologetic manner the front desk associate didn't even apologize. Ended up staying in original room only because a soccer tournament had the hotel filled with preteens and we needed a quieter room at the end of the hall so our baby wouldn't be disturbed. Manager was apologetic when we checked out, but didn't offer to accommodate us or adjust our bill. Incredibly disappointing. Will never be staying here or at any other Country Inn and Suites again.
