Pros: Location, the lodge concept, the standard of the accommodation, the restaurant and terrace.
Pros: Just ideal... New owner couple - very friendly and helpful, definitely a difference to last year!
Pros: Beautiful setting. Unexpected and fantastic accommodation. Great restaurant and bar with terrace overlooking the sea.
Pros: The location was great and it was convenient having the restaurant on site. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had all our needs met. I would not hesitate to recommend Le Theven and hope to return in in the future.
Cons: WiFi was poor, at times it was difficult to stay connected. However, I would not let that deter me from staying here again.
Pros: When I booked this I thought it was a hotel so we were most surprised when it turned out to be individual lodges. BUT we were delighted with the standard of accommodation and the location. It was fantastic and very unusual. We had a really peaceful night and woke to the sound of the waves on the beach. Luckily we booked both supper and breakfast as there was very little around if not. The staff were very helpful as we were slightly confused about how we ‘checked in’ but otherwise a great stay!
Cons: WiFi definitely needs improvement. Unfortunately a previous guest removed the power cable from our Cisco router which wasn’t the lodges fault. WiFi strength still poor even on the general WiFi. I guess we expect better these days.
Pros: Nice rooms
Cons: Access to beach restricted, gate locked , bar always shut
Pros: The location was beautiful right by the sea/beach. Complex laid out to beautiful landscape gardens. Not overcrowded, peaceful and tranquil. Wonderful walks along beautiful coastline. Accommodation very comfortable and well designed.
Pros: Great view, located in a well-kept garden, very comfy bed, room furnished to a high standard, welcoming and friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Pros: Everything really.
Cons: Just a tad pricey, but you get what you pay for.
Pros: Fantastic find! Very peaceful tranquil place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some down time. Beautiful beached and plenty local coastal walking. Accommodation very high standard, comfortable and ideal for a long weekend break. We had a great time, and will definitely be back.

A bar is located on the building's ground floor. For guests exploring the Finistère department by car, public parking is free at a location nearby. Roscoff is 11 km from the Bed and Breakfast and Morlaix is 30 km away.
Pros: Excellent welcome, fantastic themed rooms and great breakfast, as my daughter said never judge a book by its cover! Would highly recommend!
Pros: The owner is very friendly. The room is awesome. Feel like at home.
Pros: Very clean rooms though extraordinary decor. One Harry Potter the other submarine. Good welcome and despite being warned that we would get no sleep as there was a party in the bar. Most of us slept well. Delicious breakfast , plentiful patisserie and coffee. Very close to Roscoff so very convenient for the ferries.
Cons: Bunk bed in one bedroom was over a double bed not ideal for a child. Decor was a bit overwhelming for children but the welcome was honest and warm and the rooms clean and comfortable.
Pros: great staff very comfortable
Pros: Value for money You have your own space Good facilities Good surroundings Nice croissants
Cons: First of all it must be clear that is a bikers hostel/bar. So if you were looking for a french style dont come! Yoy should be more into skulls and flames. Every room is decorated differently one is perfect if you are a goth (with scary looks) The uboat is like sleeping in a bunker. It was a bit dirty in the floor and one of the upper bunk bed had a terrible mattress
Pros: Very friendly owner and atypical accommodation
Pros: We loved everything about the B&B, they owners were so welcoming and although they spoke little English and our French was limited we communicated quite easily. The room was perfectly decorated and very stylish as was the rest of the property, there was a separate room for relaxing which was a bonus so we chilled after a long 9 hour drive. the breakfast was just lovely French homemade sauces fr the freshly cooked crepes, along with breads cakes etc... Just perfect. We were a couple travelling in a 3.5 tonne van on route to the UK on Brittany ferries and the B& B was a well needed pit stop before the crossing. We even called to put back the stay by one day as the ferry was cancelled and the owner was so good with translating my bad French. We will definitely stay again on our next trip over as we have 3 more trips over on a house move and will also recommend to our family and friends for their crossings :) Thank You
Cons: Nothing it was just perfect
Pros: Comfy room, very varied breakfast, charming and attentive hosts
Cons: Had to drive to get an evening meal.
Pros: The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Excellent breakfast each day
Pros: Everything was perfect. Located at 10 minutes from Roscoff (we had a car, so no problem for that) in the middle of nature. the room was great, clean and the hosts were very kind, gave us good advices. Breakfast super! Recommended
Pros: Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Especially as we had a one year old. Food was good and resteraunt always busy. You should make sure you book a table for dinner. Pretty fishing harbour.
Cons: We had standard rooms which were big enough for us but a little tight for son his wife and son. Room a little noisey especially from room above.
Pros: The people were friendly. The buffet breakfast was nice. Then you can have your coffee with in the patio overlooking the port. Rooms are comfy. Bed good. Sheets good.
Cons: I had a room overlooking the parking, thus garbage. The garbage bins could possibly be moved. But one thing they must take care of is the roof below the window that is full of dog poop. Obviously the neighbor does not take her dog for walks. It doesn’t smell at all. From two steps back you don’t see it anymore. From the bed the view is quite nice of the house and the sky.
Pros: The atmosphere in the property is relaxed with all pluses and minuses. The seaside around is very spectacular-not the harbor itself.
Cons: Check in was confusing but manager tried and solved the situation. The room is very small and the view is very(!) limited. Property is bigger than you would expect. To call closest surrounding harbor is really euphemism. We didn't see the sea there during our stay. there is nothing to do there.
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Speed and accuracy of the service was wanting!
Pros: Food was very good , Nice location .
Cons: Staff not friendly at all , room was tiny, waiting for food took forever , no one spoke a word of English which is not usually a problem but when they say on there web site that they do it was a bit disappointing.
Pros: Easy and friendly staff, nice location, rooms very nice, ckean and comfortable
Pros: The location was great, easy check inn, easy check out, so rural and quiet.
Pros: Breakfast & evening meal were excellent
Cons: Room was adequate for a couple but cramped. Exposed wiring in ceiling rose. Shower bracket and toilet roll holder broken.
Pros: Room was basic but very pleasant and the bed extremely comfortable. The view was so beautiful! Staff are friendly and welcoming, with a good sense of humour. Food here is outstanding, and the reason we stay here for a night when travelling south.
Cons: I was honestly happy with everything, no criticisms!
