Other things to note Rental age restrictions: -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. - Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*. *Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed.
