All staff were very friendly and the decor and facilities are very good.
I enjoyed the comfort of the room and the quality of the staff The decoration of the hotel - too many colours everywhere.
Surprised, and very pleasantly supprised by how lovely the team and facility.
Very welcoming and helpful staff.
Very friendly service, nothign was too much trouble. Hotel felt like a large villa. Much better than larger but compact 4 star equivalents
Clean, modern apartment-style rooms Good location, a few minutes away from the main square (and few restaurants) of Porto Covo Staff were friendly and helpful Continental Breakfast had decent options (for Europe), and was included Plenty of safe, free parking on-site WiFi signal was not great, and limits the number of devices logged on at once Breakfast was decent, but the coffee was cold
The location is good. Breakfast very good for this kind of hotel. The room was very cold, even with air conditioning turned on, I was freezing. The hot water was not constant, at night I had no hot water in the lavatory. You can find cheaper rooms in the main street of Porto Covo, above the restaurants.
quiet, good service, excellent equiped kitchen -
The location is the best feature of this hotel, in quiet spot of Porto Covo. The 1 bed apartment was nice size and was user friendly. The apartment we had did not have a balcony (we were on 1st floor) - would have been nice. The whole hotel needs to be refurbished and updated. Hot water was only available at certain times of the day - no idea why.
Rates, Free WiFi, splendid breakfast, swimming pool.
Good 3 star hotel in Porto Covo.

The location is ok, close to the beach and town centre. You have a small kitchenette in the rather spacious room. The hotel staff was just unbelievably arrogant and rude. We were made quite clear that we are rather a bother to the staff than paying customers. The room had a foul smell and the carpet wasn't really clean. We booked a king size bed and got two separate ones. We booked for a week and stayed only one night as we found just a perfect little hotel right off the beach with a stunning ocean view.
The location was good and there were plenty of amenities in the room (oven, fridge etc) that would have been useful for a longer business stay. Fairly basic and unimpressive rooms
The size of the room, it was big (T1), fast elevators Small beds, no air condition on the room, only one in the dinning-room. No private/hotel car parking. Old hotel, very overpriced. This hotel is in an industrial village, the fact of being near the sea, is not a reason for the price!
Perfect for one night and a walk in the beatifull Sine town.
Nice location. Rooms are clean. Staff is not properly trained - not very polite, not attentive to customers needs.
Clean hotel in good location. Saturday all is closed in city :(
nice little kitchen in the hotel room, nice view over the ocean when we checked in and went to our room, it wasn't cleaned yet, no parking space, poor breakfast, the staff didn't seem very motivated.
The situation, near the castelo and city center. We cannot open the windows of the rooms.
near badoca park
great price great hotel and no fuss, booking was all ok, no hiches
food / no english menu
The management and staff dedication to service, professionally run.It should qualify as 4*. I liked all aspects. The hotel was a very pleasant experience
The service from staff and the lovely pool area. Also games and play area for children was good.
Swimming pool and location We stayed at 5 different hotels in the region, Vila Park was no better or worse on average, but cost nearly as half as much again.
Very nice swimming pool and excellent breakfast buffet. This is more a business hotel. Too far away from the beach. Restaurant is very uncausy.
Staff kindness; good food and good breakfast for 3* hotel Lack of information about possibility of cots in a double room and politic of children charge by age.
This hotel is perfect for rual tourism, if you interested to see Portuguese countryside that is. Although it is fairly close to beaches and Santo Andre lake, you will still need a car to get to them. There is absolutely nothing within walking distance and the local transportation is very few, if non-existant. The carpet that covers the corridors and the rooms must be thoroughly cleaned or better, replaced.
Very helpful staff, very good standard of rooms and public areas, good restaurant with sensible pricing, and easy parking. No,everthing was first rate.
There was a garage that was locked during the night time.
Very clean hotel. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast.
Location Lack of quality in the products used for the breakfast, specifically in the coffee taste which is absolutely undrinkable. The room was not cleaned when the keys were given, and quickly done after, but ....!!!!
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Secure parking. Spotless room. In the middle of town. Free wireless internet. Bar reasonably priced. Small but adequate bathroom. No restaurant but buffet breakfast and limited room service.
Very friendly staff and clean rooms
Wonderfully helpful and friendly service staff.
I was quite happy about all the hotel's facilities. Noise from the family in the room next door.
It is right on the beach, and it has a wonderfuls landscape. Very quiet and peaceful. Excelent breakfast with regional bread. Knowledge of the management about the region. Road to the hotel is not suitable for low cars. Best to take a SUV.
We very much appreciated the location, which is exceptional.
The scenery is amazing - it is the only hotel on the beach side I've seen in Portugal. We stayed for 2 nights - the staff was most welcoming. You can get there only by car.
The view The quality of the matress
Bright, modern hotel. Excellent breakfast, beautifully presented. No garden space to relax in.The hotel was out of the way of tourist attractions as it was as it name implies in a rural location.
Internet access was good. Late breakfast possibilities. This is a big handicap for business people. No good table for work with laptop and papers.
Really nothing. I was counting the hours to leave. Poor in everything and the prices are ridiculous expensive for what they offer as comfort. I specially didn't like the smell of the rooms, the facilities really poor, the breakfast room , the fact that we are paying a silly money for a poor room that doesn't offer us even soap nor shampoo and the fact that the price they are offering on booking.com is exactly the same as the reck rate. What's the point to be in booking.com?
Comfortable and relaxing with friendly helpful staff.. No swimming pool as yet but informed by staff it will be installed by next year.
Very quiet hotel. Only stayed for1 night and arrived late.
Friendly staff and comfortable accommodation Position a little remote which is not necessarily a problem except there is no restaurant or bar and the nearest are a car ride away
localization - it's really oazis of peace It was too cold and too humid in the rooms - at night I was freezing - I think this hotel is ONLY for summer. And I miss my hot baths - the water was not warm enough for bath - only shower! But some people like shower?
Friendly staff, tasty breakfast. The reception is open till midnight. The staff members have problems with the English language.
very kind personnel
The ideal hotel for nature lovers. Very friendly service. Room was very clean. Modern bathroom. No holiday resorts, etc. in the neighborhood. Zambujeira do Mar in about 8 minutes distance. Several restaurants in the area. Coast with rocks nearby. None
a comfortable, small, quiet hotel in extremely peaceful location yet within easy driving distance of beaches and towns on Alentejo coast. Excellent for those who enjoy a conventional summer holiday away from main tourist destinations. Please note that you do need a car but roads are quiet and maximum drive time of 30 minutes either to north or south puts you in reach of numerous beaches and towns. Nearest town and beach is only 5-10 minutes drive away.
Peace and tranquility in lovely surroundings. Helpful and very friendly staff
Perfect place for a holiday
perfect country surroundings. peace and quiet, but very close to beaches and cultural sites
staff very friendly; charming place;nice and convenient location; they try hard. weird towel changing policy;rooms not enough big for prize, but it depends on the combinations they assign you, cause they kinda separate a house in pieces (i.e. the randeira house), and you can get asigned a small section while other people get the big one, problem is, the small section is too small.the Tonel beach has a risky hazardous access, beside the dizzyness, we gave it up (and despite our age we are fitted, but oh!, the joints!), Alteirinhos beach is way much better and has a very good, hippy, skinshow, i mean topless and that, and familiar at the same time, atmosphere. anyway I loved Touril place, maybe we'll be back, have we money enough...
Not quite up to the standard we expected
The peace and quiet, the beautiful views, the warm welcome, the attention to detail, the wonderful breakfasts and the incredible scenery that we were able to see out on the bicycles lent by the hotel. We had a llovely time in a truly beautiful part of Portugal.
