Convenient to directly arrive hotel by MRT from Changhi Airport.
We got the room earlier than normal check in time and we got to keep the room later than normal check out time.
I have booked no smoking room, but when we arrived the room, there haved just smoked. The bathroom was so small and there are no handtowels and no waste baker basket in bathroom.
Very conveniently located in Singapore for travel to and from the City Centre.
Had to request room cleaning every day.
The Services / facilities were bad
Courtesy and efficiency of registration staff. Hotel's proximity to Lavender mrt.
Very cramped space (especially in the shower cubicle), no freezer facility in either room or the hotel and very late room cleaning (after 6pm) when most clients have returned to their respective rooms for shower and rest before dinner.
