Pros: This was a very homey country property. The fire was lit on arrival, very warm. The entire house was amazing - great beds, decor, inside and outside fire places, great kitchen, etc. everything you need at the house. I would stay there again
Pros: Super clean and comfy!
Pros: Lyn is an amazing host, the house was so homely a welcoming and clean. She really knows how to look after her guests. I fell inlove with the place and would definitely go back there again anytime. Would highly highly recommend Lyn and her house. Thank you xx
Pros: Wonderful home, in a great location. Has everything you need. Beautifully presented.
Pros: The fireplace was great with plenty of firewood and kindling, the kitchen had all the utensils and things you need to cook, free bottle of wine on arrival, hot tub was fantastic. Lounge was comfortable, nice and spacious with plenty of room to move around. House was clean.
Cons: Did not know two of the bedrooms were outside the house and connected to each other. They had heaters so it was ok but uncomfortable if going to the bathroom or the person staying in the inner room has to go through the outer room while that person is still sleeping. One of the rooms in the house appeared to only have cooling and not heating. You need to bring your own milk for tea or coffee and BYO breakfast.
Pros: The house was perfect for a group of friends or a couple of families.
Cons: It wasn’t a big deal but if I have to say something it will be there was only one bathroom for a large group.
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Everything we wanted over the weekend was available. The unexpected "little extras" most enjoyable. Thank you! Great outside spa area. Log fire made the home cosy. Backyard pool & bbq area would be great in summer.
Cons: We would have given 5 stars except for only one bathroom and one toilet in a 5 bedroom house. I believe an ensuite is planned.
Pros: The host Lyn was absolutely lovely and she made everything so easy for us! The house has everything you could possibly need as well as unexpected extras. Our group loved the spa, pool, big bbq, outdoor seating areas and comfy beds!!
Cons: Nothing! It was perfect for a weekend in the hunter :).
Cons: The property needs more than one bathroom
Pros: Great location for us to attend our function i.e. walking distance to bus pick up point. Beautiful and quiet and relaxing. We stayed with family but there were no children under 18 years of age.
Cons: Whilst the accommodation was excellent and not a problem for us for 1 night if you were staying longer and had 10 to 12 guests you would require a 2nd bathroom and toilet. We managed fine for 5 of us :-)

Pros: The alpacas. Feeding the animals.
Pros: Loved that we could feed the alpacas and collect fresh eggs from the chooks
Pros: Great facilities. Feeding the animals was fun, particularly the baby alpacas
Cons: I can't think of anything
Pros: There is so much to do. Pool, tennis courts, bikes, feeding the animals etc We stayed with friends and we each had our own place which was awesome. So close yet still your own space.
Pros: The cottages were cute and quaint and quite roomy. I loved waking up to the alpacas every morning. The scenery was amazing and overall a beautiful place to stay.
Cons: The bed was far too small. My husband had to sleep on the lounge as he was too tall for the bed.
Pros: We took our own breakfast, location was great as our event was just down the road.
Pros: The kids enjoyed the animals
Cons: The beds were too hard and we also had ants that went through our food. The lighting was very ordinary as it was hard to see in the kitchen. The bunks were a bit dangerous for the kids to get down from my granddaughter hurt her leg getting down trying to reach the steps
Pros: So clean, great shower, plenty of space. All the animals on the property were super cute. We got the cabin that was brand new so was great! Loved it!
Cons: A few more utensils/cutting knives/cooking dishes are needed however our cabin was very new and felt like they were maybe still getting it up and running.

Pros: Its location and that cat that visited my room
Cons: As the room was at the front and looking out on the main road, to have the door open it was noisy. Because the Air Con was in the bedroom the lounge was warm so it was have the door open and put up with the noise. A ceiling fan in the lounge and bedroom would help
Pros: Large room. Reasonably close to the Hunter Valley wine country
Cons: No windows could be opened in the room, so the room either hot and stuffy or cold and noisy from the air conditioner. The Tv kept turning off. The internet didn’t work despite the fact we paid to upgraded the system.
Pros: A very traditional, old school motel. Not flash, but good value
Pros: It was nice and clean, everything you could have needed for a weekend stay.
Pros: Friendly reception.Good location and clean rooms

Cons: Traffic noise was extreme all night. A microwave was supposed to be in the room as advertised, but didn't exist so could not heat up frozen meals bought prior to arriving.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, close to hotels, food et. Very clean rooms.
Cons: Sadly very noisy from constant trucks all night. I read other reviews that said the same but disregarded them. Unfortunately the motel is located at the base of a hill and nothing can be done about the trucks. Bring on a bypass please.
Pros: Location was great. Easy access to coffee shops and shopping
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Too close to busy highway
Pros: Amazingly helpful owners , responsive and made our late check in really easy.
Cons: Very noisy position. Room too small.
Pros: Good communications with staff via phone and email. Convenient location.
Cons: Can be noisy as on Hyway.

Cons: Matress spring,need new mattress
Pros: This was only a one night stay while passing through. The place was comfortable and quiet. Good view of the gardens. Breakfast was good and welcome
Cons: The only thing was the restaurant was closed so needed to find a place to eat. Quite a distance from town you would need to drive.

Pros: Comfortable. Free laundry. Quiet enough even though on highway. Large room.
Cons: Price due to limited availability in Singleton.
Cons: Rooms outdated
Pros: Friendly staff and good food
Pros: I loved that i was allowed to park my motorcycle under cover right at the front entrance area where it was watched all night by cameras & desk staff , also i don't ever recall staying anywhere before that has had such a dark/quiet room at bedtime , not an ounce of noise all night & once i closed the curtains & lights out it was as dark as so i got a great nights sleep which honestly hasn't happened to meany other time 1st night in a strange bed .
Pros: We loved the open country around us, the kangaroos on the lawn, the spaciousness inside the house, the atmospheric gas log fire, the 3 bathrooms and air conditioners in each room!
Cons: We needed to "borrow" some salt and pepper sachets from a nearby cafe as we couldn't find any in the house!
Pros: This is an awesome property in a beautiful area! I can highly recommend this place.
Pros: Accommodation was fabulous. Facilities were great. Service was top notch.
Cons: Having to go home so soon.
Pros: All bedrooms had their own bathroom which is great when you are away with friends and family. The views were beautiful and the living room space was a fantastic size
Pros: Facilities were good!
Cons: I could not access the wheelchair ramp as there was a step to the bottom of landing, which was very disappointing. Luckily I had an able bodied family member with me or I wouldn’t have been able to access, which would’ve been a disaster! Everything else was well thought out, so I found this very confusing

Cons: Nothing really it was good cheap accomodation
Pros: Very central, nice place to stay for the price
Pros: it was a great experience. I travelled with 15 students and colleagues and stayed here for a night. Staff are so friendly, food was excellent. they even prepare a big table for us! the next day we were late for lunch, the staff even helped to contact the other bar to wait for us..... thank you.!
Cons: all good.
Pros: Having the rooms so close.
Cons: No top sheet on the bed. Only had one blanket. Meals took over an hour but we were reimbursed for the cost of our meals.
Pros: The people working there where so helpful and friendly. The device in the VIP room was outstanding.
Pros: The room was really affordable, and the bedroom linen was clean. The bathroom facilities were mostly clean, but one of the toilet seats was broken.
Cons: The rooms were noisy, either from the highway or from the beer garden. But I would expect that from a pub located on a highway.
Pros: Clean room, warm at night. Modern shared bathroom facilities. Great food at the hotel bistro downstairs. Plenty of parking onsite. Easy to access from highway.
Cons: Window in room didn't shut, which let in some road noise. Shower curtain didn't touch the floor causing water to splash out onto the floor.

Pros: To check out
Cons: Dirty smelly room , curtains did not cover windows dirty towels worn out bed
Pros: Close to the centre of town
Cons: It’s a workers / miners place to stay no money has been spent on the rooms since the 1980s ..... even the bedspreads and towels haven’t been updated....and screeching Bats at 6am
Pros: Work stay over, easy check in.
Pros: Nothing good about this motel.
Cons: The establishment is outdated, still in 70’s era Not what I expected & paid for would not recommended this motel. Too much was wrong , old, light didn’t work, TV on box cupboard, things thrown in cupboard, thick dust in bathroom, bathroom door didn’t close. Disgusting.
Pros: Nice hot showers, plenty rom
Cons: small parking spaces, no restraunt (under repairs), small rooms, would not reply to requests when emailed
Pros: Quiet good-size room in central location. Friendly, helpful staff The room included tea and coffee, electric jug, biscuits, milk, toaster and fridge.
Cons: In need of renovation, but everything functioned - lights, hot water, tv - so this not a problem. The cost perhaps too high in relation to the appearance of the room.
Cons: Very basic rooms.
Pros: Good sized room, did not feel cramped
Cons: very dated; there was a wet spot on the carpet that we eventually realised was probably due to a plumbing problem; pretty poor quality room for the money (supply and demand - Singleton has a lot of miners staying in motels so I guess they can charge more). For the quality of the room, I expect to pay no more than $90.
