going to the pool and spa

the cleaning of the room wasnt very good - they didnt cjanged at all the toweles.

I was pleased it was clean. The food was great and the hotel staff were very respectfull. I made the right choice for going there

Very bad. If you are with Family with kids do not go there. Nothing good to say.

The room was stink, the bed covers were not clean, no elevator. We reach at 23.00 there was no one to recive us, all was dark and closed.

Wonderful staff, good place, good people. Recomendated for all guests of town.

Very nice pool with thermal water, good breakfest

Scary invasion of tiny flying insects in our room. When we turn on Raid electric, thousands dead small insects rains down on everything in our room whole night. After massive work cleaning service, second night was ok. And although we had windows closed, the third night was insects in our room again.

Great location, close to lake & restaurants. Nice quiet street. Great indoor heated pool.

Breakfast wasn't so good. More variety would be good, such as fresh fruit & hot meats.

1) The rooms are uniquely designed and very attractive 2) Hotel breakfasts were excellent. 3) Hotel staff are so helpful and kind. 4) The restaurant Amigo near the hotel was excellent.

1)not comfortable as a relaxing spa. The spa and the swimming pool are too small. Do they really use real thermal mineral water? Water looked clean but it was not explained how often it is changed. Not sufficient facilities as a spa and wellness. Not very many activities within the hotel, and on the second day we were so bored. 2) Not good air-conditioner. Too cold to stay in the winter. Hot shower was not working, either in my room. 3) i wish they had free transportation service to the station. (on a rainy day, guests must walk the muddy road to the station) 3) we (two) were charged on our credit card upon arrival at the hotel. I hope we were not double-charged.

this was my second stay. a lovely hotel with such helpful and friendly staff.

It was a lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff even though we spoke no Hungarian. The beds were really sweet I have never seen such tiny beds, it was like steeping into a nursery rhyme as mama and papa bear but they were extremely clean and comfortable.

The pool and the sauna were a delightful pleasure. The staff were extremely friendly despite the fact my boyfriend and I spoke neither Hungarian nor German, it was not a barrier

This Hotel is a good value for the money. Great restaurant and friendly staff. If I come back to Ballaton I will definitely stay in this Hotel again.

Hotel location was fantastic! There were lots of free recreational activities for by 8- and 11-year old boys - pool, darts, foosball, ping pong, badminton. The included breakfast had something for everyone.

We were in Zamárdi during a hot spell - about 35C during the day. The room was not air conditioned and had no fan, just a window and the door, both on the same wall. This made it difficult to create any kind of breeze. But, we found that if we kept the curtains closed during the day and opened the window and door in the evening, we were able to keep the room from getting uncomfortable. We kept only the window open overnight and slept well.

the staff of the hotel and restaurant is very friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, outside our room was the pool and very near also the beach

the hotel is exactly in the city center and has a club which at night is noisy, but manageable

I liked airconditioning in the room, breakfast and my favorite pool.

Walls are to thin so you can hear almost everything.

We very much like the very friendly family atmosfere in the Hotel and the friendly way the staff is handling us as guests.

Charming place if not for the traffic lights in front of it, big noise from the street & not working air condition.We got a very nice room in one of the towers of this little "castle"; Very close to the Balaton Lake ( 10 min walk), commercial center nearby

Without a car the location is not ideal

The hotel was pleasant and the staff very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant of the hotel was nice, quick and cheap. The hotel is on a lively street (must not be sensitive to noise during the night!), near to everything of interest.

The room was a bit small.

The only good thing at the hotel was a free parking place and the fact, that the hotel is near the lake. And the stuff was nice.

The room was very dirty. The glasses, that supposed to be clean were brown. Spiders were everywhere. Towels weren't changed. The onls thing they did when they cleand our room was that they aligned the pillows. One pillow was bloody. Small room. Small bathroom. There was no air at night in the room, so i slept on average 3-4 hours per night.

The hotel is located 200 meters away from the beach. In my case, the receptionist could speak english. The beds were fine.

They should change the ceiling fans because you can bearly feel the wind.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the lake, restaurants and pubs. Good food in the restaurant.

No air condition in rooms - makes sleeping very uncomfortable in summer.
