Room was exceptionally clean with excellent facilities. location was good for Windsor. Reception and room staff excellent. Would book again despite bad experience in restaurant. The service in the restaurant was very poor. Starters and mains were brought to the table together and after we requested main be taken back, we then waited 15 minutes before in was returned after starter was finished. Restaurant was not busy . However, waiter was very apologetic and did not charge us for the meal.
conveinience, Quiet no
the bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious and clean
every thing it was perfect for a quick getaway for the weekend lack of parking
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The showers were very difficult to use and we had to change rooms because the shower couldn't have pressure and heat at the same time (something about being too far from the main pipes).
Room facilities Noise in corridors at night
Check in was clean and efficient. The place appears at first glance to be running very well. Getting a meal was a fiasco. The restaurant staff informed me that the kitchen was running a "little" slow only she forgot to add the inverted commas. The standard of food when we finally got it (had to threaten to leave) was very poor. The up side was I didn't get billed for the meal but I would have gone out if the hotel had been honest and said they were not able to serve from the a la carte menu that evening.
Amenities Too expensive
Marriott room standards as expected Restaurant staff were extremely slow (it was busy for Ascot) but not full. Waited 20 minutes on wine to the table. As a Marriott rewards customer I have had better experiences with regards to Marriott service
Friendly staff, gym was good. SPA was not that good.
Comfort and cleanliness of room. Staff very attentive. First impression on arrival in reception, staff efficient and friendly queue dealt with efficiently. Room well equiped and bed plenty of pillows and clean.
It's a nice clean Hotel. Hotel is in middle of no where. Although its still close to Airport but more firther away than other hotels. Dont get confused between Arora International and Arora Park.
Two small gripes...1)some shoe cleaning wipes would have been appreciated 2)Please stick a 'Lift lid' label on the kettle cupboard.I got grumpy when I learnt I had to read a room operating manuel before I could heat a kettle!
the bedroom itself food and service
Exceptionally clean, comfortable and well appointed for Heathrow The resturant is a get it from a vending machine & microwave it yourself as mentioned but not great choice to say the least. the bar is limited at best when it is staffed.
The rooms had good quality beds and the external noise (heathrow airport) was not intrusive. The resturant was poor. The English breakfast tasted of Indian Cuisine and was over priced. The main menu was in reality limited to Indian food however was reasonable quality. Again it was over priced however.
I found the lack of facilities ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. Surely, due to the lack of amenities in the local area, the restaurant should have had more than vending machine food as an option?! My room was dirty and I have come away with bed bug bites. It's a shame as I have stayed at other Arora hotels and have had excellent experiences.
It is relatively close to the airport. It is very quiet. It has easy access to public transportation.
Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely. No complaints at all.
Friendly staff. Clean room. Plenty of hot water, good shower. Swipe Card that took on average 8 goes before registering. Soft bed leading to backache. No biscuits in room. No restaurant.
No instructions were given on use of room card to activate the lift. The checking in staff were not competent of the use of the computer. No instructions were given or displayed on how it was necessary to lift the top off the cupboard to make the kettle work
The hotel IS NOT AT THE TERMINAL 5! I was traveling by myself with 2 little kids. Bought it thinking it was right at the terminal, convinient location I thought... NOT THE HOTEL IS GOOD 15min FROM THE AIRPORT and you have to take a bus and pay for it too!!
Hotel was fine but location of this hotel shouldbe madeclear at booking. Myself and several others booked Hilton Hotel at terminal 5 thinking it wasHilton Hotel at terminal 4. Hilton Hotel at terminal 4 has direct access tosubway and shuttle busses to anywhere, Hilton Hotel at terminal 5 is in fact not at terminal 5 but quite a ways away requiring costly shuttle busses or taxis. Shuttle busses also do not run to terminal 3, but require taking a bus to terminal 5 and then another bus to terminal 3, or the expence of hiring a cab to get you there
Comfortable bed, quiet, complimentary drink on arrival. No coffee maker.
Nice breakfast offered, not included in price of room. No transportation from airport when flight is delayed and gets into the airport after midnight. Only taxis at a cost.
Located across from Heathrow property with free shuttle (city bus) to the hotel front door. Quiet comfortable bedroom. Great breakfast ($15). Good service. Not very close to local restaurants. 20 minute (easy) walk to closest pub (The White Horse). Cannot exchange currency at hotel. ATM located in convenience store 10 minutes away.
Close to the airport. Elegant in its own way. The rooms are a bit small.
Close to the international airport with easy access to cheap shuttle bus service. Rooms were clean and heating/cooling easily adjusted. Staff were friendly and good with children. A good menu for kids. Rooms are very small, even for overnight stay. There is no lift so luggage must be carried up two flights of stairs which is back breaking if your traveling overseas with a large load. They claim to be 4 star which is a bit of a joke... More like 2 1/2 to 3 mainly due to the fact it is dated (looking worn), lack of lifts to upper levels and lacking 4 star facilities. WiFi was a bit dear. Most places in this pricerange where we stayed offered free WiFi.
Slick check in, very clean and comfortable
First off I couldn't book the room through the hotel. I was forced to book with third party online. My bathroom had flooded when I had taken a shower, due to the shower threshold. I had upgraded my room simply just looking for a king bed. The only room available was a sweet which had cost me 275.00 pounds. They only compensated me 50 pounds for a soak and wet bathroom that I had to mop up with all the towels in the room.
The concierge staff were very helpful and friendly, but something need to be done for the check in and check out front liners. We checked in on 25 \nov 2010, arriving about 10 pm plus from Paris enroute to scotland, the check I staff was not very friendly. We checkd out early morning on 26 nov 2010, the check out staff was also not friendly. A simple eye contact would have been helpful for the hotel management.
close to the airport for our departure home the next day cost means to make our own coffee and tea mini refrigerator nice sized bathroom had to walk along way down a hallway to access an elevator to the 2nd floor and then had to walk back down another long hallway there was urine in the toilet in our "clean" hotel room and the TV was all ready on - it left us wondering if our room had really been cleaned no extra pillows or blankets
Nothing decor very tired, noisy
The food was great, and the service terrific too. Doors a bit scratched up.
the strict minimum!! 14 GBP for wifi
Close to the airport The rooms was far too hot.
Reasonably priced, comfortable, very close to Heathrow No complaints, would stay again.
Relatively clean I chose the hotel because of its supposedly superior pool and fitness room, but they closed right after I arrived. Why would an airport hotel close its facilities at night?
location for airport
Checkin was quick. Food at the bar was good (see also what I did not like) I picked the hotel because of the name, I stayed in excellent Jury's Inss before, also because it was (said to be) close to the underground & heathrow, Only at the exit there was no indication where the hotel was located, and the hotel was not visible. So I had to ask around, before finding the hotel. It was a bit farther away than described. At check-in they told me the restaurant would be open until 22h30, and gave me a key-card for my room that did not work. When coming back down to the restaurant I was told it closed early, so I had to go to the (overflowing) bar, and had to wait to get a seat. My room was close the the elevators, and poorly insulated, and I heard the elevators moving up and down, and stopping at my floor all night.
Returning to the US from a European trip, we needed to transfer from London Gatwick to London Heathrow late at night, and then depart the next morning from London Heathrow. The Hilton Garden Inn was ideal. It is located close to Terminal 4, and gave us a good place to stay for the night. Staff are very helpful. I can't think of anything
More for convenience,as I have to catch early flight. Proximity to the tube is the other plus points. none
clean and comfortable
The convenient possision, the room was very quiet, no airport noice. The bar area not very acceptable for eating a light meal
My wife needed to see a GP and they quickly called one out for us. They were very helpful.
Location The hotel was very noisy and the housekeeping staff kept slamming doors keeping us up. In addition we asked a server about the menu and she rudely told us to ask someone else and walked off.
The Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food is great at reasonable prices, everything looks smart and well organised. it is right next to the tube station which was convenient. The rates are low and you get much more than you expected for this sort of price. the breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Basically I would use this hotel again if I am in the area – very pleasant stay.
Very convenient, great location to airport
The bed was inviting and clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lovely! I didn't have a computer with me so was grateful I could come in free of charge to write an email. There was nothing I didn't like.
Brand new, lovely hotel and a superb Garden Inn. Comfortable and crispy clean. Nice staff at the bar and check in. Easy access from Hatton Cross Tube stop. Read a review that transportation was bad and have to agree. Expensive at GBP 4:50 each. Worse yet was the SURLY, RUDE, UNHELPFUL CRETIN that drove the bus. Awful.
Very nice room, beautiful garden and parkland surrounding the hotel
Excellently appointed hotel, fantastic grounds, comfortable beds, efficient and friendly staff Nothing really
Friendly staff specially reception .peaceful environment. No bus stop point.
large bathrooms with heated floors small bedroom
Staff, grounds, food. Room, Bathroom and Restaurant require additonal heating.
Handy location. I thought the swimming pool area and changing rooms needed updating.
The rooms were comfortable and clean. The sound proofing of the rooms was very good. Hotel staff was friendly. My room included "continental" breakfast. This turned out to be a doggy bag to take up to the room. Also the internet in the room was extremely slow.
No mention of car park charges! If there was it should have been more prominent.
the main bed was very comfortable and clean the matress on the sofa bed was too thin for older children
Staff were friendly and helpful. The size of the room and the facilities in the room were good. The car park was poor and being used as a store for new cars, so at peak times it was difficult to find a space. It was impossible to shower without flooding the floor. The towel rail was rusty.
The cleanliness was superb the cleaning staff an absolute delight, nothing too much trouble, the facilities especially the instant buffet for the children was excellent. The colouring facilities provided around the hotel in strategic places was brilliant to keep young ones happy, even in the restaurant. Pool excellent and easy for access with young ones and depth suitable too just 1metre.2 at it's deepest. Reception staff were an insult to the hotel. They were not speedy in any sense of the word, and rather lacking in smiles and helpfulness. At 7am myself and another guy were waiting to check out and the guy had to pick up the phone on the reception, telephone the porter's number, despite we could see them behind the door, just ignoring our presence. The information they gave was sparce, and often inaccurate, ie I was told that hotel patrons did not pay for parking, but then when I checked out was charged £6 per day for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The restaurant staff were equally unhelpful, exception was the young girl serving on the children's buffet who had a lot of patience and smiles. Just what was needed, and I would say that she was paid the minimum wage too for all that. The meals were certainly not value for money. £6 for three very thin pieces of gravaglax and the minimalistic two lettuce leaves were an insult to be called a starter and served on a huge plate too.!!!!!!!!! If you have a family there are good and bad points but you needed a very large wallet for the food.Yes I would recommend it but with provisos that you eat out or take your own food in!
I have mentioned this to the hotel direct, but the service at breakfast was a little odd regarding supply of tea and coffee. Instead of supplying a pot/cafetiere per table, guests had to ask a waiter for each cup. This felt awkward. Also, no milk was supplied on the table for the drink , so having got the waiter to pour a cup of coffee, guests have to then get up and go over to the central service point to use the jug of milk supplied for the cereals. This may seem a petty point, but it made the breakfast far less relaxing than it should have been.
Good gym/swimming pool etc, good location(just off the M4),comfortable room, friendly reception staff, quick check in/out Charges for car parking, not enough tea/coffee/milk in room, had to ask for more at reception desk took approx 1hr for replacements
The plumbing was a bit dodgy - it kept making odd gurgling noises, and we didn't have any water at all for about an hour one night. Also, it would be nice if there was a little shop (for toiletries, etc), and especially if there was a cash point in the hotel.
The breakfast was a complete farce There was not enough tables I had to eat in the bar There was also a wait for all items on the menu that arrived one at a time resulting in the first item selected being cold by the time the last item actualy getting from the kitchen
size of the room... only the food was terrible, breakfast was a disaster and the dinner was not better.. I thought it was overpriced and it isn't really worth it..
Convenient for us to travel by train into Central London which meant we could leave our car at the hotel N/A
Shower only ran hot - no cold water! Toilet didn't flush either. And this was one of their refurbished rooms!
nobody to see you to the dinning room for dinner or breakfast.dirty cups &plates etc.
We were looked after very well from our arrival to our departure. All the staff were friendly. It would have been nice to have a pool
Absolutely everything! It was excellent from the moment we arrived as a group on business to the minute we left the hotel. The staff, rooms, restaurant were beyond expectations. I will definitely stay there again if I get the opportunity to take my husband. Nothing I didn't like, but two of us didn't get our early morning call - not a huge problem as we were already awake, but worth mentioning!
a nice big room
Friendlyness of staff
very pleasant staff, nice room - well furnished and equipped no fridge in room very restricted menu
noce location bit "tatty"
spacious family room, complementary breakfast as art of package there was a wedding reception with v. loud disco right next to our room and on the patio in front of our room, which we weren't told about beforehand. Even when we arrived we were only told of there being a reception, and not about the disco. My three children and the two of us subsequently couldn't sleep until after 1a.m. because of the hideously loud music, and it really spoiled the weekend. Had we refused the room upon arrival we would have been liable to pay the room fee regardless.
Summer special good value for money compared to other hotels in the area
Welcome arrival and efficient checkout at reception The sounds from the outside bar area in the 'garden' echo around the enclosed quadrangle, and residents were allowed to make a lot of noise until past 3.30am. The hotel management should take this into account when setting the policy for the use of this facility as it kept us and other residents awake.
We had no running hot water and had to use our daughter's room to wash & shower. There was also a lot of building and upgrading going on. Also the rooms were too far away from the main reception and dinning room.
It was good morning breackfast. I did not like staff, bad servise. they have 2 computers also very old, dirty and dusty. one was out of servise completely. onather working very poor. no printer scanner copy facilityes everithing was not working. They do not have suttle bus to windsor city and ordering taxi was quite expencive and time consuming. there was not any acces to rail as well. no tooth brush, no slippers, no adaptor, TV aged as my gradmather, very dusty room, no air conditionering, bad smell in room...no iron... i will never stay here agin.
The room was pleasant and had everything I needed but not "superior" The restaurant food, the dirty toilet, the attitude of staff
The room and the dining experience The lack of direction to get from one part of the hotel to another
The swimming pool & outdoor drinking areas The bedroom was too cramped& the pillows were too firm
The rooms were very comfortable, well-appointed and clean. During a muggy June, it would have benefited from air conditioning in the bedrooms. Dinner in the dining room was disappointing. They seemed to use leftover bacon from breakfast in as many dishes as possible, including a caesar salad.
very quite and peacefull, outstanding breakfast, very polite staff, good security. excellent well kept grounds.I was also upgraded to a room in the main building owing to disability. absolutely nothing
Good sporting facilities (gym, tennis, squash, swimming pool. Poor service at the reception. Had a room at the very far end (6-7 min walk!) and very frustrating when no phone calls any day were picked up at the reception desk. Very slow internet speed in the rooms.
easy access location good - pleasent area
building and grounds attractive staff entered room while I was in the bath ( no knocking or prior warning)!! no milk for tea and coffee in room.
Price and restaurant facilities Too much noise from emptying of bins outside window at 11.30pm and 6.30am
Exceptional value for money to stay and to eat Breakfast only starts 7:30
the staff were very polite and the food was excellent The location of the hotel was not very well advertised and when I did find the hotel it was unclear where to go as signs were a little ambigeous. The room was clean however some of the amenities advertised were not available in the room (tv channels for one). I also spent the evening in the dark as was unaware that the room card had to be inserted into the wall for lights to work. (this was not explained and no notices any where)
Room not serviced after first day - they had us only staying 1 day. Loud disco in Friday night, woken up at 05.00 - noise from another room.
breakfast was not included in the price
There were lots of cobwebs, in both the rooms we book,
Clean and good value for money Only problem was hot tap in sink didn't work properly.
The room and bathroom was very clean and lovely and worm. The bed was to small, it was more like a large single bed.
nothing was good apart from location the room was as big as a shoe box
Efficient check in and out, easy prking, clean room and best hotel brekfast this year.
The food and the staff were excellent. The room is very nice and modern but the block that we stayed in has no lifts which was a bit inconvinent with large suitcases.
The rooms was very nice and the service was very good. One small thing which was i used to irons that were provided and they did not get hot enough.
The room location
Everything. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was also excellent. No
Staff and food excellent None
The staff were excepionally welcoming, The room was adequate, included bath robes and slippers. The breakfast was brilliant. I regularly stay near the Airport and the free parking here puts this hotel above them. Nothing. it was a great stay (Summer would be better as the gardens are just lovely )
Fantastic breakfast and all included in the excellent B&B rate.
Room service at 3am cleanliness of the bath
The room was excellent, had everything i needed, and very comfortable there wasnt anything i didnt like
it was very nicely run
Room was very well presented and comfortable Fitness room was small, and very disappointing
Very good value and close to where we were going and friendly staff Seats in room were well worn
Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet Breakfast outrageously expensive and I think designed to 'trap' those who are going on holiday as hotel near airport. Cannot see how price is justified and refused on principle to have breakfast at hotel.
Resturant and room service menu Room quality
Polite helpful staff; lovely, clean, comfortable room. Cannot comment on other facilities; as only stayed one night.
Ideal location for a night out in Windsor and for Heathrow early next morning. No - obviously doing alot of upgrading but we were given a very nice room away from all the work.
Its location and ease of access to both motorway and to Windsor For some unknown reason, the booking form information that our reservation was 'inclusive of breakfast had not transferred and we had confusion each morning
Friendly, helpful staff. Children had their own beds. Made to feel welcome, adults and children. Good choice of food. Excellent value for money.
,easy to find, parking good, staff friendly, room comfortable and good value the staff didn't seem to know how easy it was to use the morning-call facility on the TV, which I worked out for myself
the staff were very pleasant hand helpful and breakfast was very good with lots of choice. We would stay here again.
Staff excellent, lovely spacious room, beautiful grounds, food a bit pricey but really tasty, Active Hotels told us it was £7.50 for breakfast but it was in fact £11.50, however a really nice cafe 1/2 a mile away for £4.50. Active hotels had booked us for a single room in spite of my booking for two adults and a child, my daughter and I had to share a small double bed and we had to make up a bed on the floor for my grandson
Helpful staff. Comfortable room.
Good sleep policy None
The hotel staff were very good, the rooms clean, well decorated and comfotable, quite spacious for a budget hotel. The breakfast and evening meal menu was very good. This hotel is a half mile walk to the railway station - ideal for a day trip into London The rooms are well sound proofed from outside noise, but that is not the case if there are noisy guests in the room above. Regrefully we had the guests from hell in the room above on our first night who were totally inconsiderate of other people staying in the hotel. That said the second night (Saturday) was very quiet and we had an excellent nights sleep in a very comfortable and solid 7` bed.
Huge bed very nice. Very noisy in the bar/reception area
Clean hotel and staff were friendly - breakfast was well stocked and loads to choose from! Building works going on outside yet hotel are suppose to offer money back policy if you do not get a good night sleep - only found this out while filling in an online review of our stay with Premier after returning from our trip!!! Table service in the evening was terrible - waiting 40mins for a sandwich!!! Was asking waitress for the sandwich every few mins and got "in a few mins" and eventually when we got it she said "oh there was a backlog" that even annoyed us even more, if we were told this in the beginning we would not have ordered as we were in a rush to meet with friends (which was the whole point of our visit to Slough!!)
Reasonably clean Much more expensive than the advertized rooms , didnt accept three children and one adult easily despite me booking one child as an adult.
The quiet and natural surroundings
Dinner in restuarant was very good quality, and good service Bed was very old and room decoration was tatty.
It's position in the countryside
Excellent ! A real haven of peace !
Excellent food: in most hotels the dishes all start to taste the same after a few day. Not here, every dish was different and delicious. Excellent service : waiters were attentive, helpful, friendly. Neither intrusive nor obsequious. Minor things only. Small side table had wonky legs that fell off and had to be repaired. A little disappointing that the staff had not noticed and dealt with this automatically. Too many pillows.
I only over-nighted I thought the hotel was badly let down by its entrance; beautiful hotel front, lovely inside, but a really shabby glass door leading to reception! I though £5.95 for a bottle of Magners was razy, especially given its high price in comparison to the wine menu
Newly decorated and clean room
excellent food, proffessional and friendly staff
The hotel offered the feeling of luxury throughout all public areas. Whilst the main areas were modern, the room we stayed in was cramped, and in need of redecorating, not what you would expect for a 4* hotel. In some ways we found this fairly deceptive and thus chose to spend as much time out of the room as possible.
Convenient location, right next to the station
It is a quiet and clean hotel. The staff are helpfull and polite.
Very good rate and close proximity to rail station Breakfast room too small to accommodate large number of guests eating breakfast in morning.
Adjoining room complained of noise, we were only talking!! Need better sound insulation between rooms
Good clean bright and comfortable rooms Insufficient parking and bar tv not working
The rooms were very nice and comfortable and clean. Staff was pretty nice and friendly. The hotel has no food. Besides the continental breakfast, there is nothing to eat, not even a vending machine, even though the "hotel services book" in the room said there was at least a vending machine. Furthermore, there is no fast food or restaurants nearby the hotel.
Convenient for train station into London, easy parking Bar was poorly stocked, even ran out of lager!
friendly and helpful staff. very clean.
Big lounge, helpful front desk service. Discounted pricing relative to other hotels in the area. Outside decor and current renovations give very poor first impressions. Room was typ Marriott-type accommodations. I'd recommend spending the extra $10+ to stay elsewhere if possible, but would consider again at same price range when renovations are complete.
Comfortable room and fast internet and ease of taking the public bus system 5 minutes to the terminal cannot be beat. Hair in the bathroom and in the tea cup suggested it did not get cleaned well, and about a 45" wait to get checked in made the stay less than ideal. Both are probably one-off issues though based upon reviews available.
Staff attention to detail, quality of room and location
What a great location. As a weary traveler it's nice when everything goes smoothly. Staff was very accommodating .
Room is Comfortable and modern. Lobby and pub/bar very spacious and comfortable. Endless corridors and small rooms for such a huge hotel.
Location Service in the restaurant was very efficient and friendly We were not informed that the hotel is going through a TOTAL renovation. We were initially placed in a recently finished room. After a real ordeal to get there, we found out that our room reeked of chemicals (gave us a headache within 5 minutes and watery eyes), still had some construction debris and the bathroom door handle was not installed. Had to carry all our luggage back and had to be moved to a different room.
Quite up to date Small room
Location This hotel is old and not very clean. I am surprised that Marriott has let this hotel go this far in dis-repair. Not worth 200 USD a night.
Executive lounge small room.
Location State of repair/decor. Food---terrible !!! Seemed cheap for a Marriott --now understand why.
Location, lounge 1.the hotel could not find my kayak reservation so I am Not sure that I paid the kayak rate, in fact there is a good chance but I was charged twice and I'll have to find some way to reconcile this. For some reason the kayak reservations were not acceptable for their confirmation numbering system, the staff acted like they never seen a kayak reservation. 2.none of the hotel had internet access whatsoever it was down all night. Only one staff was manning the concierge desk and with the internet down the line was very long, yet it seems like the staff didn't put 2&2 together....perhaps you should increase the number of people at the concierge desk when the internet is down. At times the concierge would just just disappear I think probably hoping people would just disappear as well. Myself and another guest helped ourselves to the concierge desk computer print out our boarding passes for flights. 3. the entire hotel smelled like smoke despite the non smoking room. 4. the television didn't work in the hotel room and looked quite dated even at the kayak rated this hotel is not worth the money
Close to airport, clean and upgraded rooms. Dinner was very good and the breakfast buffet was great.
It was totally fine for an overnight stay at an airport hotel. The pull out couch was actually more comfortable than the beds themselves. The air-con did not work in our room and they gave us a small fan to rectify the situation. The front desk staff was also very helpful on the phone, but never followed through with the requests we made.
The staff in reception is really rough, especially some guy from indian or middle east, ask the staff to let me join the novotel club for 3 times, but he did not anything and lie to me.
The staff were very good. Public areas ofthe hotel a bit tatty but the rooms excelent.
clean, modern and comfortable
Good service and a decent room. Free wifi. Overall, I was there for 2 days before I left England so it served its purpose. Check in was supposed to be at 2 pm. I got there around 3:30 and still had to wait about 15 minutes before getting my key.
Convenient for our touring itinery.
Location adjacent to M4 -good for connection to London but tube connection better than bus routes. High taxi fares in the locality because of this High taxi fares-charged £28 for 7 mile trip.
The food at the restaurant was excellent - a fantastic meal.
Extremely polite and service-oriented staff. Convenient location. Good value. Flexibility in accomodating a family of four in one room, a rarity in Europe.
Location of hotel, which allowed quiet ambient atmosphere during the short stay
Comfortable, clean hotel. No real complaint about the hotel itself but it could be better signposted from heathrow/M4 and the junction
The staff were polite, helpful, and unobtrusive. Also they were well turned out. The evening meal could have been better, however the full breakfast was excellent
