Cons: The hotel IS NOT AT THE TERMINAL 5!
I was traveling by myself with 2 little kids. Bought it thinking it was right at the terminal, convinient location I thought... NOT
THE HOTEL IS GOOD 15min FROM THE AIRPORT and you have to take a bus and pay for it too!!
Cons: Hotel was fine but location of this hotel shouldbe madeclear at booking. Myself and several others booked Hilton Hotel at terminal 5 thinking it wasHilton Hotel at terminal 4. Hilton Hotel at terminal 4 has direct access tosubway and shuttle busses to anywhere, Hilton Hotel at terminal 5 is in fact not at terminal 5 but quite a ways away requiring costly shuttle busses or taxis. Shuttle busses also do not run to terminal 3, but require taking a bus to terminal 5 and then another bus to terminal 3, or the expence of hiring a cab to get you there
Located just minutes by car from the impressive Heathrow Airport Terminal 5, the Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 is surrounded by beautiful landscaped grounds and is less than 30 minutes by train from central London. Savor aromatic pan-Asian specialties in Mr Todiwala’s kitchen and dine on traditional and contemporary British dishes in The Gallery, prepared with an emphasis on freshness and seasonality.
Cons: The location of the hotel was outside of the taxi's 'hotel zone' leading to £60 cab fare, far exceeding the price of the hotel. This hotel should be removed from 'Heathrow Airport Area' by all costs.
Pros: Clean & quite
Cons: For our purposes it is too far away from the airport with no goo transportion available without a great deal of expense.
Food was great and service was wonderful... 5 stars
Pros: I had a great experience with my stay, the staff was second to none and the manager was part of a great team. If I am able to in the future I shell stay there and have told others.
Cons: The sink had a crack in the base but that was a problem for Maintance and that is the only thing I saw.
I was a single female traveler and I felt comfortable and safe. Staff were great. Clean room and very quiet.
Pros: Great room. The staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: Great stay. Nothing negative to stay.

This is a holiday inn express. So with that come certain standards. Upon arrival only one of 2 elevators worked. Upon arrival into our room our heat did not work. The hotel staff sent 1 person to our room. did mot know what the problem was. They then sent someone else to our room. Could not fix the problem . So I asked for another room we were told there were no other rooms available . Sent us a portable heater. The heater was sparking when it turned on. Afraid of a fire I unplugged it. Call the hotel staff. They brought 2 more blankets. Next morning we were moved to another room. Had to repack. Upon arrival to new room, the hair dryer did not work. Called hotel staff. Lost our 1st day hanging around and switching rooms. The showers were warm .No hot water! Noisy rooms due to construction of a building next door . I asked for 2 days room comp. The manager offered us a free dinner. This was a insult. The other elevator broke after 5 days of being there. So now no elevator. We were on the 7 th floor. Finally fixed one elevator. I feel all the manager did was listen and just said it is all mechanical and not their fault.. Well it's not my fault , I paid for a room with working essentials. Very disappointed in the hotel management on how everything was handled . The hotel was clean. Also close to train station. Breakfast was ok. I would not stay here again. I went through Priceline if they don't stand behind us with our complaints and refund at least some of our money I will never book anything through them again. I am 53 years old traveling with my 20 year old daughter. We went to India 2 hotels,Scotland 2 hotels. This by far was the worst place we stayed at!!! And it was the one that cost the most!!! Suzanne Bold USA
Pros: The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly.
Cons: Lack of heat. Lack of hot water . Hair dryer did not work. Elevator was not working for the whole six nights we were there. Noisy because of construction outside. When we complained hotel staff was minimal help. Always we can't control mechanical issues.

Pros: Very rude and Unexperienced managers
Cons: Very rude and Unexperienced managers
Because of the expense of hotel shuttles by the person (4 pounds singe 7 pounds return)due to the location, we moved to another hotel that did not have free breakfast nor free wifi but was within walking distance of city bus/tube services. This hotel should think about a free shuttle to the airport so that one could catch city transportation from there, since the hotel can do nothing about its location, I would definetely stay again if I didn't have to pay for shuttle service to use city transportation. As it is a taxi will cost you about 20Pounds each way or Hotel Hoppa 4 one way 7 round trip.
Pros: Free Breakfast and Free in Room WiFi.
Cons: The room thermostat did not work and I went to the front desk & they blew me off. They did not offer any assistance. I had to prop the door open until I was ready for bed because it got way too hot! Otherwise a nicely appointed room.
The staff was fantastic.
Pros: The breakfast was great.
Cons: The blanket on the bed was not long enough for two people. Also when we booked it was for a room with a sofa bed and a double. Unfortunately we ended up with a twin bed for two adults.
Pros: Rooms were much bigger and nicer than expected
Cons: The shuttle to the hotel runs only every half hour and it is quite a ride to the airport.
Hotel was suppose to be close to the airport and specifically terminal 5. It was about 15 minutes from the airport and a 4.5 euro bus ride. breakfast was a zoo and alot of the plates were dirty..
Pros: Some of the staff were great and very helpful.
Cons: Hotel was suppose to be close to the airport and specifically terminal 5. It was about 15 minutes from the airport and a 4.5 euro bus ride.
it's great for a one-night stay from the airport
Pros: great breakfast
Pros: It was the staff who warmly welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. The customer service was superb. I mention Darius as very helpful with giving me tips and directions to good food sources.

Pros: Location with essy bus access to Terminal 5, clean rooms, good interner.
Cons: Hard to figure out shower controls.
Pros: The room was clean with a nice decor. Everything was in good order. The restaurant there was nice and had a good selection.
Cons: The hotel is located close to the international terminal so I feel as though they should expect international travelers. The cash machine only worked for people that were from Britain so in order to get cash we had to go somewhere else. Also, I would have liked to have washcloths in the bathrooms.

You can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge, and the restaurant is the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat. Also, this hotel is 5.2 mi (8.4 km) from Eton College and 6 mi (9.6 km) from Frogmore House.
Cons: The plumbing was a bit dodgy - it kept making odd gurgling noises, and we didn't have any water at all for about an hour one night. Also, it would be nice if there was a little shop (for toiletries, etc), and especially if there was a cash point in the hotel.
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. The size of the room and the facilities in the room were good.
Cons: The car park was poor and being used as a store for new cars, so at peak times it was difficult to find a space. It was impossible to shower without flooding the floor. The towel rail was rusty.

Pros: The room was clean and quiet.
Cons: No public transportation, had to pay 45 pounds for a 20-minute ride to the hotel. Definitely not even closely related to Heathrow (as the name suggests)

There is sometimes a view is that hotels can be a bit dull, faceless and unfriendly. Either that, or interesting but just plain expensive! So the Upton Park hotel has set out to do their bit to change all that by infusing some real passion and natural warmth into the property. What you'll find here is a hotel with style combined with a homely feel and charm. They believe that good design is important but after a long day's work or sight seeking you'll also want to be able to flop with a nice drink in a warm, comfortable and convivial atmosphere - and, if you feel like it, be able to chat with discreet, friendly and knowledgeable staff, who won't view you simply as a number (and they've all know that feeling at one time or another!). In fact it's fair to say that they see their visitors as their friends rather than customers. And that's a significant point - because everything that they do here revolves around this ethos.
