Pros: Flight landed safely
Cons: At the check-in desk I had difficulty hearing the agent because my ears were stopped up from my previous flight. Instead of being helpful he mocked me by acting as if he also had a hearing problem. When I asked where the departures were, he started making emphatic gestures and speaking loudly as if he were talking to an idiot.This person, an older caucasian male, should be sacked, fired, removed... whatever you may call it and put on public assistance. He can probably have his personality disorders paid for by the government. The flight attendants were unfamiliar with the credit card machine for on-board purchases, unsmiling and unhelpful.
