Pros (+) All the staff we came in contact with was so friendly and eager to help.
Cons (-) There were some weird smells and the elevator was unbelievable slow.

Pros (+) We booked our room for my partner to run a half marathon. The start was in Snowmass and the finish was in Aspen. Great location, restaurants within walking distance, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. We thought the price was fair and much cheaper than staying in Aspen. We will definitely stay here again.
Pros (+) Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was tiny but workable. Hotel was quiet , beds were really comfy and the restaurant was delicious.

I thought we would not like the location because it was off the main area in Aspen, but it ended up I enjoyed the drive every time Also we ordered extra coffee to the room , and the staff was really prompt to get it up to us
