Very slow service of dinner in hotel restaurant, I would not recomend anybody ti try to have dinner there

The service was efficient, it's location pefect for our visit to Hockenheim. The facilities are good, food quality is also good.

The internet access is a RIP OFF !!!! Free of charge, the line is 512 K which is just ridiculeous in the 21rst century. The premium access is charged 10 euros per 24 hours for a promised 100 Mb line...I paid and I had 3 Mb !!!! Despite a complain, nothing back ! the bar is also very limited :(

Rooms rather small

I had my dinner in the restaurant. A smiling and welcoming waiter took good care of me. Besides that the food was very good.

Comparred to other hotels, I think, that the room was very small. I had a single room, as it was booked for 1 person.

Sehr nahe am Centrum. Museum und Dom sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Bad roch muffig (nach Gully). Der Aufzug war außer Betrieb. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war mäßig. Leider keine Klimaanlage (bei 38 Grad draussen bedeutet das 30 Grad im Zimmer)

The room was not clean. The shower was very mouldy. We had requested 2 beds, but were placed in a room with only 1 small bed. All 2 bed rooms were smoking rooms. We left after one night.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous; providing directions to area and breakfast staff was on the spot service..

Lack of elevator in the hotel.

Plentiful off street free parking, good breakfast selection, free internet, helpful staff who kindly informed us that if we went into the town centre that after 7.47pm we would have to get a taxi back as the buses didn't run after that time

It was a convenient location for me and the room was large. The hotel is in a relatively quiet town although my room overlooked a road that had regular traffic (except during the night). The hotel was clean and well maintained and the breakfast was good.

On the whole I thought the staff could have been friendlier but this may have been due to the language barrier (I cannot speak or read German).

Great location right near the station with very helpful staff.

The shower curtain was in a bad state and required replacing.

It is close to the train station, convenient for traffic

I loved this hotel, modern big clean rooms, excellent breakfast, excellent value. After staying in some hotels in e.g. Denmark that were double the price and half as good, I really enjoyed this place.

Only snag - a bit far from the train station. But this hotel is great.

Staff was vey friendly.

There was a mouse running around the lobby and bar area. The staff was aware and seemed undisturbed.

You have to pay to use the internet, that is so dumb when it is so simple for the hotel to provide. Also, having so many English speakers visiting the hotel, there was only one channel for English and that was CNN.

A bit scary location, feels very uncomfortable to go out in the evening...but inside is good and nice service although not very good with English. General note OK.

When I checked in I had to wait for 1 hour but it's not important......when I checked out there was a mistake in the hotel bill (+50 euro...it's really not very fine).. but when I came back home the hotel contested me the failure to appear ahhh behhh that's absurd!!!!!!!

Excellent dinner at reasonable price. XL breakfast. Very kind and professional staff. Reserved parking space for women was a nice plus.

The room was maybe a bit too noisy but that depends I guess from the other guests - not the hotel itself...

The owners are very amiable and helpful and the breakfast staff too always greeted you warmly as well. Although this is a bit of a "bare bones" operation, you did not feel treated that way.

It was exactly what I expected -- a clean hotel, very centrally located in Speyer but on a quiet street. Lovely breakfast spread included. Clean, hot shower with soap and shampoo and extra towels on request. Tv and blow dryer worked perfectly fine.

I liked the profesional treatment and the spirit of the hotel. The stuff was very helpfull in all the subjects!

Overall impression was good.

The last day of our 3-day stay there was no Interned connection in the whole hotel. It was not corrected the next day as well - in my opinion it is not acceptable for a hotel in this localization.

Very good and friendly staff, they made a beautifull small breakfast for me on request at 5.30 in the morning! They also have the best strawberries on their farm I have ever had in my life! Very spacious rooms, good bed, good tv's, very nice shower. All in all a very nice place to stay!

Only small minus was the lack of airconditioning in the room, that would have made the stay perfect.

Everything! The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and recommended a super restaurant in town( only 3 mins away by car). The guesthouse was super-modern located in a working farm. It was a delightful place to stay - I wish we had longer than one night!

We enjoy the romantic room which was clean and had adequate space for luggage.

The only thing I can say is that the location is perfect, just at the door of HBF, seasy for the guest to Ludwigshafen

Very poor air conditions, noisy, hardly work, the room was cold at all. No heater in the bad room, horrible.

The air conditioning system was not working properly and it is very noisy. Other people left the hotel for this reason but I only had to stay one night

Quiet situation not far from the motorway

Reception was not open in the morning (06 h) so that we could not pay at that moment

Super clean in an out of the way city! Lovely restaurant and biergarten with great food. Very kind staff speaking many languages. Highly recommend!

nothing, it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, dirty, we couldn't sleep because of the noise coming from the cars on the street just like if you were sleeping on a highway

It's centrally located to the center of town, and the historic section of town. The perfect blend of current and historic.

Staff, breakfast, shower

A staff member came into my room early on the first morning, perhaps to clean it. Putting the 'do not disturb' sign on the door meant it didn't happen again though.

Very friendly staff, spacy room, cuddly towels and very good breakfast. Very good value for money.

I arrived late. Unfortunately the room to the restaurant downstairs was open, hence you could hear the noise (until midnight) and the typical smell of a beer tavern was all over the staircase and the room (I opened the window, but in winter this woud be fairly difficult).

Very pleasant staff. Everything just "in ordnung". Quite good connection to Mannheim.

VERY UNIQUE SETTING AND VERY MUCH CITY CENTER BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC, BUT PRICEY

WIFI ABSOLUTELY WAS TERRIBLE. CONSTANTLY IN AND OUT. VERY DIFFICULT TO DO ANY WORK OR COMMUNICATE ROOMS WERE NOT REAL QUIET - EVEN ON THE 5TH FLOOR
