Pros: Friendly owners, clean and tidy facility. Location is near A1 main road which was convenient to us.
Cons: It would be good idea if they improved the signs that lead to the hotel.
Pros: Everyone was very welcoming, and the owner helped coordinate a driver for dinner and to see Glistening Waters for a good price. The breakfast was delicious and we had lovely conversations with everyone. You will need a taxi/driver to get to the house, as it is in a small family area and away from the main road, but I think that's part of its charm.
Pros: The service, the beautiful property, the food, the staff
Cons: The access to the property
Pros: Very nice hosts, comfortable beds , parking garage for one car, nice view , superb breakfast
Cons: Surroundings odd , hard to find , you have to go up a rocky path .
Pros: It was clean. We felt comfortable. We arrived mid afternoon and without question they made a light lunch for us without charge.
Cons: A beach or more amenities in the area, however, this is not something the owner can do much about.
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice view. We’re served a lovely breakfast. Arranged for a car and driver for us.
Pros: Staff was super nice and if you wanted to go somewhere they would help you get there. Breakfast was awesome. Food was very fresh. Close to the luminous lagoon.
Cons: Location is a little weird but everyone is very friendly.
Pros: It was a home away from home nice n cozy was clean n welcoming
Cons: Breakfast was great
Pros: It's a beautiful property with a full 360 degree view from the rooftop. The entire building is sparkling clean and everything is in working order. The best thing was the personal attention I got from the minute I arrived. The tour of the room and the property, the breakfast just like I asked for it......... I'll definitely will be back.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like
Pros: The Tranquility
Cons: The road way getting there needs improvement, better advertising.
This Falmouth property is on the beach, 1.6 mi (2.6 km) from Luminous Lagoon, and within 12 mi (20 km) of Silver Sands Public Beach and Greenwood Great House. Bengal Beach and White Witch of Rose Hall Golf Course are also within 16 mi (25 km).
Pros: EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING
Cons: I have absolutely no complaints.
Pros: The room it's great and the swimming pool. They have a serious pool for childrens.
Cons: If you are ready to wait a 1 hour to lunch in the thematic restaurant you shouldn't consider this hotel. Some people from the staff hasn't any sense of service. Please stay away from the loyalty membership team, they just want your money. The Jaden restaurant it's closed permanently. They only have 1 restaurant for breakfast
Pros: The resort was clean and buffet food very well done. The staff are the highlight. Very friendly and helpful staff all throughout the resort.
Cons: We arrived late and were told we’d have to move rooms by checkout time the next morning. We were “comped” a cabana for our inconvenience. These things happen and it wasn’t a real negative. However, we didn’t have hot water most of the seven days we were there. I took one hot shower the whole week. We did occasionally have hot water to the tub and my wife and daughter were able to take a warm/hot bath three times during our stay. They appeared to try to fix the problem. We now know it is a common and recurring problem throughout building #4. Unfortunately after “fixing” things we actually had no water and no functional toilet for our last night at the resort unless I accessed the plumbing control panel in the hallway to turn the water on and off to the room. This was necessary because after “fixing” things one of the shower heads ran continuously(cold water) and the only way to stop it was to shut down water to the whole room. If hot/warm water is a must it would be wise to avoid this resort until adequate repairs have taken place.
Pros: I had Donville and Paul as butlers and they were both great. I also had Vernon handle my bags and he was wonderful too. Absolutely no complaints about those three guys. Donville and Paul especially were great, attentive and made it their business to make sure me and my wife enjoyed our honeymoon. I'm grateful for those two.
Cons: The food wasn't all that great and the entire resort did not have hot water. Also outside of the three I mentioned above, a lot of the staff conflicted on information and sometimes just completely forgot about me. When we got to the resort we were supposed to check in at 3, it took till 3:45 to get to our room and that's cause I had to keep annoying the front desk. Also when they came to address the hot water, they just told me to turn on my sink and let it run till they came back. Well a couple hours later they came back, the water was still cold and that was the last time I saw maintenance for the rest of the week. So we had to take cold showers for 3 days.
Cons: AC, not enough. Everywhere.
Pros: The staff members were great. Leavan from the pool, Raymond from the Martini bar, Leo from the pool, and Paul from the lobby bar were all excellent people.
Cons: The very brash and pushy demeanor of the VIP associates trying to convince you to buy the package.
Pros: Very clean, well maintained. Really welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful resort and great restaurants. .
Pros: The drinks were great
Cons: There was no hot water and the ac was poor quality

Pros: The room was clean, bed comfortable and appreciated the refreshments available. The beach and pool was lovely and clean. Definately coming back again!
Cons: The only negative we encountered was that we were not able to check into our room for over an hour after check in despite being told initially it would be ready in 15 mins.
Pros: The atmosphere
Cons: The room was missing a jacuzzi
Pros: Facilities are beautiful & service is amazing Coming back next year and I can’t wait!
Pros: It’s just a great location! The ppl are what’s best about the resort
Pros: How clean it was
Cons: Beach was really small compare to other Royalton resorts
Pros: I enjoyed the variety at breakfast and the many choices for dinner. There were a ton of different activities to enjoy. The staff everywhere around every corner was awesome always smiling helpful and welcomed my godson as their own.
Cons: The shower was a challenge to get the right temperature, we either jumped in and out of scolding hot water or froze in ice cold water, wash cloths weren't restocked, our fridge wasn't restocked daily as initially told, and our bed linen was damp everytime it was changed which made my purple and blue hair color bleed onto the pillow.
Pros: I like everything else
Cons: The only thing I dont like is the check in time.

Pros: The location of the property the comfort of 24 hour security. The landlord was very informative and kept in touch with us to the point of checking out
Pros: Bed comfy.
Cons: Place needed air conditioning.
Pros: The property is a great property just need to be properly maintained the owner was awesome great communication
Cons: Comforter on bed needs to be replaced pillows need to be replaced and the maid should wait until guest check out before start cleaning felt uncomfortable the last few hours before check out maid started cleaning bathroom without finding out if anyone needed to shower before.. should also think about putting air conditioning at property and charge extra but was very hot fans was not good enough.. I would also recommend white bath towels not brown that was not welcoming
Pros: Tge owner was constantly intouch with me.was running late and he stayed awake in Canada just to make sure that i arrived safeley. Now thats what i call great customer service.
Cons: No cable channels
Pros: nice accommodation!
Cons: hard question! First of all he tried to have more money cause of cleaning fees, but thats already included in the booking.com price. Power went of for almost our entire stay.
Cons: The owner all up into my business sending people to watch me and harass me. Then I get no peace are sanity while I'm bed they slamming concrete over my head from 7 in the morning. It's the worst stay ever. I hated it. I ask fir my money back to leave. But He refuse. He made me get no rest. He talk to people very aggressively. I hate him
Pros: everything was great
Cons: no problem
Pros: 1) Coral Spring is a quiet residential area. 2) Not too far to shops after first day. 3) friendly neighbourhood. 4) Good price of accommodation. Please keep price keen, albeit, I've highlighted a little cost effective improvements. ..lol. 5) Comfortable beds. 6) Continuous running water. 7) WiFi good and a must in today's modern. 8) Good selection of kitchen goods. 9) Comfortable easy seating. 10) Gate people was helpful. 11) TV good. 12) The owner very helpful and sounds friendly. At the end of phone if you have any concerns. Quick response.
Cons: 1) The gate people should have a plan map of Coral Springs. This would aid location of house. The gate people did not know where I could find the place. MAP given out would solve this. 2) I know Air Conditioning is expensive to install, however Jamaica is a hot country. 3) With little expensive,Coordination in colours throughout would greatly enhance the whole interior. (Sorry I'm a designer). 4) Patio/Veranda table and chairs please. Vast attraction. Outside living...lol 5) Coral Springs should have a shop for food items at least. 6) Outside lights would also vastly aid location, greet you on first seeing the place at night. 7) We could not see house number. Needs moving up on front elevation. 8) I know work is being done to the property. However, a cut of grass and a couple of colourful flowers/plants in the front. Vastly kerb, homely appeal...lol 9) Tell Coral Springs Development. ..NEED CORAL SPRINGS SIGNS ON BOTH SIDES OF ENTRANCE AND TO BE LIT UP IN LIGHTS. So needed at night. If you will fly pass. Without knowing. To show off your colourful flowers on both side leading in.

Pros: Roy was excellent at looking after me
Pros: The place was what we were expecting. Our room had a/c and a great balcony. The staff took great care of us. Everything was great. Thank you
Cons: TV wasn’t working all that well.
Pros: Not much
Cons: No water in the zink. No hot water No soap, shampoo, nor conditiner No minibar No TV-remote= no TV No gas in common kitchen No fan No AirCon, just the box Plenty of mosqitoes, no net. No internet Not even the promised trashcan!
Cons: surroundings and generally the town
Pros: room. wifi, conditioner.
Cons: bathroom dirty. Staff (old mean) - grumble, wery hard understan. pay just cash, no credit card.
Pros: The hostel was very well located (having in account that all attractions in Falmouth like the Rafting Village and the Luminous Lagoon are dispersed, and you have to take taxis) - but GnR is in the heart of the City Centre. Not that clean, staff not great. But good value for money.
Pros: Property was very clean and easy to get to.
Cons: It was a bit tricky operating the air-conditioning but managed it in the end!
Cons: The water in the bathroom was cold and was not properly flowing . The reception/security present in the night was rude and was inappropriate . There was loud music playing in the neighborhood until 11 pm.
Pros: Central but noisy.
Cons: Near heart of town, but really noisy area and bar down the block. Hot water only available when asked for, due to "leaking tank." Owner offered an affordable trip to luminous lagoon, but then it was $50 plus $10 for him to drive us a mile...we had rental car that would have been fine if we'd known. Maybe it was just miscommunication, and we liked the lagoon swim, but his "service" didn't add value worth the price.
Pros: The room was spacious. We had our own balcony and bathroom with warm water. We could park our car inside the fence.
Cons: It was really dirty, except our sheets. Especially the kitchen was very dirty. It looked like the fridge has never been cleaned.
