Clean Problem with staples coming through carpet but was fixed next morning.
Sea to Sky Gondola.
The hostess downstairs was kind enough to let us eat breakfast at an earlier time than scheduled. She was very helpful and accommodating. Thanks, Sandman!
The kitchenette in the room was very nice. There were lots of electrical outlets in the room to plug all my electronic equipment into. This is usually a problem and I have to bring a power bar with me. The bed was comfortable. The TV didn't work properly. The remote would not change channels and the screen display kept going dark. May have been settings or may have been locked down.
Spacious room with nice amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Updated furniture that is well appointed. Kitchen stocked with enough cookware to cook simple meals and settings for four. Friendly staff. Amazing value for what you get. Roughly 45 easy minutes to whistler. Couldn't be more satisfied. Not much to complain about here.
Kitchen, great rooms, clean, customer service
awesome views No hairdryer in room just ok bed quality no breakfast service of any kind, only coffee maker in room and free coffee pods at front desk
Great accommodation close to whistler
The fitness center is a joke, and the treadmill, the one in there, doesn't work
Great value, great views room had every ammenity of home
Friendly, nice décor, spacious
Heating and air conditioning unit in room never stopped and kept me awake at night despite many attempts to quiet it. Should have called staff to look into this
Spacious room and a great value! In suite kitchen!
The location in downtown Squamish made everything we needed very walkable. Our room was...fine. Safe and cleanish. But when we plugged in any electronics (computer, phone charger), the lights didn't work. There was hardly any toilet paper in the room when we got there, and one light completely burned out.
Location Towels were on the toilet from previous guest
I visited the hotel during the olympics in Vancouver. The place was clean, room was nice and renovated and there was free wi-fi. The price was well below anything in Vancouver and Whistler at the time of the olympics. Nothing was particularly wrong with the place. There was a slight smell of tobacco coming from the bar at late evenings but it wasn't incredibly bad and was only at the entry hallway and not in the room itself.
Karaoke nights on saturday nights, where some rooms are directly above the bar. Is not an issue unless you plan on sleeping before 1 am.
the price stairs, smelled of urine in room on carpet. No fans nor air conditioning. Opened window and heard rowdy people outside til 2 AM. Didn't care for the parking lot.Didn't like the door bell method for after 10 pm. Should have a key scan.
The front desk was good and they provided a fan prior to arrival. The room was clean. It would have been a good experience however it was advertised as airconditioned at booking. It is not airconditioned and it was extreme temperates so we had no sleep. Not sure what the theme of the room was as advertised. It was called green and was painted green.
There is a very loud and active nightclub just below the hotel. You could hear music pounding through the walls from the nightclub downstairs. There are no rooms immune to this noise.
This is a very underrated hotel. Reception staff are friendly and know about events and activities and even where best to eat on what your budget is. I would stay again if passing through.
It was uncomplicated to stay at this hotel. The housekeeping service was great. In hot summer days with no air conditioning it is nearly impossible to sleep during the night. I missed a fridge, toaster and an hair dryer.
Hotel was ok but not great. However, did get into a major argument with the owner who wanted to screw me on the bill
very poor and noisy big fan in front of the room window
I liked the convenience, the town and the people were friendly. I had a hard time sleeping as the pillows and mattress did not work well for me.
Very comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, good water pressure and plenty of hot water in showers Cleanliness and maintenance were sub-par. Provisioning was quirky--lots of bottles of conditioner in the bathroom but no shampoo, only one bath-size towel but several hand towels (room was for two people), several table knives, but only one fork and glass
Great quiet location. Near the Howe Sound Brewery. Great view of the 'Chief.'
Its location is very good, closed to lots of stores. And the good thing is the children can play at the playground, for those who have children.
People were great, and they served a good breakfast. Location would have been hard to find without a good map or GPS
Enjoying the gorgeous view from a nicely decorated house perched on a hill near Squamish center.
They we're extremely sweet and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The driveway is a little steep but you can always park on the street.
the beds where very comfortable should have another chair in room
The hotel staff seemed dedicated to providing a very private stay. The staff was helpful and efficient. We were given an upgraded room with out additional fees. The in room coffee maker was not adequately stocked with sugar and creamer. More sugar should be provided with out having to go to the desk to ask for more.
location to pharmacy and grocery store no food available except machines
