Pros (+) There is no breakfast, no carpeting, and everyone smokes inside.

Cons (-) The bed spread needed to replaced and the sliding glass doors in the room were fixed and I was unable to open it. I had a no smoking room but there was a funny smell in the room so I bought some air freshner for it. The little refrig. just barley got cool.
