my room was close to the stairs since there were no elevators.
literally....everything. it was seedy and gross. we didn’t even sleep in the sheets. we bought our own and slept on top of the bed.

The room: lots of hair on towels Which were on the on rack when we got int room, room smelled, refrigerator did not work and was moldy. Never had towels to replenish, thank goodness we had our own thinking the pool would be open. The pool was not open and it was not stated on website. We would not have stayed here in the first place. Kid wanted to swim.
Bare essentials for night before airport
We had to get to the airport at 6, and it was this or a 4 am shuttle for $80. The room was clean, the bed felt nice, and the staff was nice. The shuttle in the morning was quick.
No mini fridge, which seems like a minimum essential these days. The walls were paper thin, I either heard our neighbors or they heard us several times. The AC unit rattled a little. The whole place was a bit shabby, with a bad paint job, dirty and hot hallways. I thought more than 3 towels should be provided for a 2 person room.
The pool isn't going to open this year, but no notice given. Spotty housekeeping for our room. We never new if we'd get clean towels, coffee, garbage emptied, etc.

Old motel, new comfortable beds and furnishings. Chose it for price and was pleasantly surprised with cleanliness and new room furnishings.
Provided a very nice breakfast at the adjacent Golden Pancake restaurant. (2 eggs scrambled, 2 link sausages, hash browns, and choice of coffee or orange juice). would have liked a small choice that included pancakes.
