Cons (-) Check in was a nightmare, they didn't clean my room in-between nights, woken up by a drunk man banging on my door because he needed to use my bathroom (for 30min) I don't stay here again. Staff was pleasant to deal with. $17 per night for Wi-Fi and breakfeat wasn't cheap!

Cons (-) I was charged TWICE for overnight parking and I was also charged for my guest overnight stay and he didn't even have a parked car. So I was charged $30! and an additional $20 that was ALREADY taken from my card from when I checked it. I HATED THE RENNAISSANCE HOTEL AND WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!
