Stadthagen Hotels

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the town center with restaurants and pubs close by. Breakfast is generally very good The interior is clean, but outdated and could use a bit of an update. Parking on the premisis is limited, but (paid) parking is close by the hotel. The one-way system in operation makes it difficult to get to

Very comfortable bed. Clean quality cotton sheets and two large feather pillows as standard. Room not very large but equipped with desk, small table and three comfortable chairs. Bathroom was superb. White tiled throughout with tall radiator, good size walk in shower and best of all - under floor heating. Very comfortable indeed. Restaurant good qality and fair prices. Pleasant staff with good English. Requested a non-smoking room but supplied with a smoking room. Hotel didn't appear to be full but was informed that all non-smoking rooms had been taken. Room however was very clean and only minimal smell of previous smoke. Breakfast slightly limited for a 4* hotel but fair quality.

The staff was nice, though not always possible to make conversation in other than German. The hotel advertised with having Wireless LAN. They had but it did not work very well. It was possible to log on and pay for access, but the access itself was so slow, that it was a joke! Packetloss 70% which makes it impossible to even surf the internet! Not good!

The staff were very helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere. Clean and orderly with very pleasent work staff.

Good restaurant

Excellent staff and service. I arrived very late at 2am and they just handed me the key without having to check in.
